Chapter 22      It was just as Minseok had said. The minute Sojin arrived, she regretted her decision. She regretted splitting the guild into small teams. She hated herself for thinking it might be faster. She hated her impatience and she hated that she couldn't return it back now. All she could do was regret.      In front of her was a bunch of black demons, a lot bigger than they used to be. And in the middle of the whole mess were her friends, teammates. Kai and Jackson were close to collapsing. Unlike Jae Wook, who already passed out on the ground, blood covering most of his body. The scene in front of her made her widen her eyes and she gasped. The scene in front of her, it brought back unwanted memories.      Wasting no time, Sojin dashed in, piercing the demons that were in her way with icicles. She jumped on one of the demon's back and stabbed its head. Bending her upper body back, she stabbed another demon and jumped down. Out of frustration and worry, she growled loudly as she kicked off a head of one of the demons.       Wind slashed through the demons' bodies as she raised her arm and hissing sounds filled her ears. But she ignored them. She ignored the disgusting liquid coming from the demons and looked over at Jae Wook, Kai and Jackson, who now have also collapsed. But unlike Jae Wook, they were still conscious.      Sojin created a shield around the three injured males while fighting her way towards them with Jungkook and Taehyung right behind her. Sojin looked around as she sliced a demon with the air. The amount of demons that were there were too much for only the three of them to handle. They had to made a run. Sojin helped Kai up and he smiled a little as he saw her.      "This brings back memories" he whimperedand Sojin frowned, helping him stand up by wrapping his arm around her shoulder. "You're even smiling in a situation like this?". Jungkook had to actually carry Jae Wook on his back because male was totally knocked out. Fortunately, Jungkook was very strong physicaly. He was trained for situations like these. While Taehyung helped Jackson up, Sojin froze the demons for as long as possible so that they had time to escape.                "We've escaped but... we have to treat them now, or else they'll lose too much blood. Sojin looked at the boys and nodded. Sighing, she looked around, spotting a very small village near by. When they got there, it seemed that there was only few houses. Sojin called a random person for help.      "Huh?" a lady turned around as Sojin tapped on her shoulder. Upon she saw the boys with all bloody clothes, she widened her eyes. She understood that it was no time to ask what happened or who they were and immediately led them to her house which was just by the corner. It turned out to actually be a nursery room.     "Please, place them on the beds" the lady said and put on her white coat before washing her hands. "Are you a doctor?" Sojin asked and she chuckled. "Doctor might be too much of a word...but I did study in a medical class" she walked to Jae Wook and closed his wounds with her healing power.      Sojin helped her out with the things she could help with and so did Taehyung and Jungkook. "You're lucky to have met me. If this guys wound didn't close in time... well, you know" she said as she moved on to the other patient. Sojin looked at Jae Wook, sighing. He was a mess. There was a long scratch on his stomach and an awfully deep wound on his leg. Blood soaked all of his clothes and Sojin had to even wince at the sight. It looked so painful.      "But there's no blood we could transport to him..." the lady turned to Sojin once she was done and continued, "The two others are fine with a lot of
