Rose POV

I didn’t know what happened back there but my head was spinning. Kai just kissed me and confessed that he liked me just when I already got rid of my feelings for him.

I sighed and unlocked my front door and walked in. all I wanted to do was sleep.

A glass broke. I jumped. Someone was in the house!

I slowly crept to the kitchen to see who was there. His back was too me but I recognized him. I let out a sigh in relief. Thank God it was just him. I really need to take my key from him.

He heard my sigh and turned to me holding a pot in one hand and a spatula in the other.
