**BANG BANG BANG**

“Soo Jung!” I heard loud banging on the other side of the door, startling me. “Are you done in there yet??”

“Oh! Yeah! Hold on!” I closed my diary hiding it under the stack of towels. I turned around flushing the toilet as if I did something, washed my hands, and took a deep breath before re-entering the scene outside. I looked around and saw Unnie in the kitchen cutting up fruit while Sehun and Kai were on the opposite ends of our tiny couch. Oh no…Unnie isn’t going to make me—

“Soo Jung, sit down!” Soo Yeon motioned me to sit on the couch as she brought over a plate of various fruits. I looked at the two of them, and saw that Sehun and Kai were both looking at me waiting for my next move. I took a gulp and slowly walked over to the tiny couch. Following Unnie’s orders I sat perfectly in between the two, our shoulders now touching each other. Gahhh, kill me now.

“Here boys, have some fruit.” As Unnie was feeding fruit to both Sehun and Kai, I gave her the stink eye when I saw a certain gleam in her eye. It’s as if she KNEW this was torturing me. It was if she was punishing me without her fireball of words…At this point, I’d take the words over what’s playing out right now.

“Sooooo….” Soo Yeon grabbed the vacant chair next to the sofa. “Does Kai know?”

“Kai know what?” I asked giving Unnie big eyes. I tried to use our sister telepathy, screaming into her head NO NO NO UNNIE PLEASE DON’T TELL HIM ABOUT OR FAKE RELATIONSHIP WITH—

“Mr. Oh Sehun likes my Soo Jung-y here!” Unnie squealed clapping her hands. Bomb. Clap. You hear that? The bomb ticking inside my heart exploded. I’m officially dead. I bet the two of them on either side of me could feel the heat of embarrassment radiating off my body. “You know, I never knew that my own sister would reel in such a catch and—“

“Unnie…” I spoke up carefully only looking at Soo Yeon. “Look Sehun and I—“

“Are moving in together too” Sehun’s voice spoke up.

“WHAT!?” Kai and I said at the same time. WHAT THE WAS SEHUN SAYING NOW?! WAIT, I KNEW THIS WAS COMING…BUT HE CAN’T BE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS NOW?!

“That’s why I’m here…” Sehun looked over at me and reached to take my hand in his. I could see that Kai was watching every move Sehun was pulling out. “To break it to you, Soo Yeon-ssi, so she could get some of her stuff tonight to spend a night or two at mine.”

PULL THE FUKING FIRE ALARM CAUSE WHAT THE HELL WAS HE SAYING?! HE CAN’T JUST PULL OFF THAT KIND OF A THING WITHOUT MY FREAKING CONSENT!? I looked over at Unnie to plead her with my eyes to stay, but her face looked kinda blank. Yes! She was on my side now! She couldn’t possibly let me out of the house since I’m like her second hand around here! I mean…I take care of the twins, I cook, I clean—

“Noona! You can’t possibly let Soo Jung move in with him!” Kai stood up pointing at Sehun. Oh, well I was half expecting that kind of outburst at Sehun from Kai… “I mean, she’s a girl and he’s a—man.” Oh whoa, wait, what!? I turned to look up at Kai with a “the ” face. Me? A girl? I’m 19 years old…I passed the puberty stage a LONG time ago…What girl is he talking about…

“Kai. Sit down and lower your voice…the twins might wake up” Soo Yeon said in a stern voice, her eyes still trained on Sehun though. Kai sat down closer to me than before, as if he was ready to hold onto me if Sehun tried to steal me away. “Look Sehun, I don’t know if it’s possible for Soo Jung to move out. You see, I really need her—“

“Yes, yes of course you need her. And I should have said this earlier, but when I say she moves in with me…I don’t mean full time and forever. I mean on the days that you don’t need her, is it okay if she stays with me?” Sehun pulled our clasped hands closer to him, while I could feel Kai clenching my arm now trying to pull me closer. Oh my god, I was that little string in the middle of a tug-of-war battle.

“Ohhhhh” Soo Yeon formed into a perfect “O”. “Why, yes, of course that’s fine.”

The alarms were going off in my head. The sister telepathy didn’t work!? , , no! I can’t spend a night—or wait—NIGHTS with Suits!! I need to say something! Anything!

“Then you’ll barely have any nights with her cause Noona needs Soo Jung ALL the time…” I heard Kai say a little bit above a whisper. I looked at Kai and he was staring down at the ground, as if the wood floors were the most interesting thing in the world.

“Well, then we’ll cherish the small moments that we have with each other now, huh?” Sehun asked smiling looking at Unnie then me. “Absence makes the heart grow fonder, right Jagi??”

**COUGH COUGH COUGH**

Kai loudly pulled out a loud cough as if he was reminding Sehun that HE was still there. Sehun reached over my shoulder and patted Kai’s back. Loud. And hard.

“Whoa there buddy, you all right there?” Kai suddenly stood up, brushing off Sehun’s hand.

“I’m fine.” He turned to Unnie. “I think I should head home now…” He gave her a small bow and grabbed his jacket off the armrest of the couch.

“Yes, Kai thanks for taking care of the twins tonight…” Unnie stood up. “Let me get my purse and—“

“No need to pay me.” Kai looked at me. “I’ll just go…” As Kai walked towards the door, I felt myself stand up on my own two feet with Sehun.

“It’s getting pretty late, huh?” Sehun pulled my arm turning me around quickly to face him. “I’ll pick you up tomorrow night okay? Just stay here for the night so you can organize what to bring.” He leaned in and gave me a kiss on my forehead then a quick peck on the lips. DID HE JUST KISS ME IN FRONT OF UNNIE!? When he let go of my arm, I placed a hand gently on my lips. Oh my god, what is this feeling growing inside of me?

“Good night Soo Yeon-ssi. Thank you for the fruit and your time for dinner.” Sehun gave Unnie a bow, and she ree back.

“Oh no no no thank YOU.” She pointed to the door with her hand. “Here, let Soo Jung you out to the elevator, yes?”

I looked at Unnie with pleading eyes. Me!? Why ME!? Actually wait… “Yes, let me you Sehun….” I grabbed his wrist and pulled him along behind me, not caring if he was being dragged or not. I pulled him out into the hallway, and didn’t stop moving till we reached the elevator. There. Now we were far enough from Unnie to beat the crap out of his perfectly chiseled face…

“WAIT!” Sehun put his hands up in defense before I even moved a muscle. “I CAN EXPLAIN WHAT JUST HAPPENED.”

“YES. PLEASE. DO.” I said through my clenched teeth. Fists tightened at my sides. “Say something stupid, and you won’t even see it coming. So think hard about what you said and did tonight….”

“Okay, so I got carried away with some things tonight, alright?” Sehun kept his arms up even though I wasn’t moving at all. “It’s just that, I needed to create a better image for myself.”

“A better image for yourself?!”I exclaimed putting up a fist. “What about me you dimwit!? You know how much that added to my plate of lies!?” I waved my hands. “EARTH TO SEHUN. WHAT HAPPENED TO ACTING NORMAL IN FRONT OF UNNIE!?”

“I mean, we were acting pretty natural!” Sehun counter attacked.

“So what is the meaning of telling her that YOU LIKE ME!?” There. I asked it. I finally asked the question that has been on mind this whole night now and—

“I do like you.”

Pause. Wait, WHAT!? “Wait, what? You—“

“I like you…the Krystal you though.” Sehun looked pretty smug. “If you can recall, I answered with a ‘her’ and not a specific person. Which means her can be seen as either you or ‘Krystal’ sooo…I mean that I like—“

“What ing alter ego problem do you have dumb !?” I finally gave him a little punch on his shoulder. “Pabo! I am one in the same person! I am Krystal and Soo Jung! You like her, you like me!” I slapped my forehead. Oh my god what confusing play on words was he trying to… wait, wait… If we’re one in the same person…did that mean that he liked me either way? Or that he— Before I could clear up what he was trying to say, I suddenly felt a pair of lips on mine. Hands on my cold cheeks, I could feel the warmth radiating from his cheeks and his mouth. Holy what was this…

He pulled away just as the elevator doors dinged open. He stepped back into the elevator wiping his mouth seductively with his thumb. I stood there standing there in shock. Did he just really kiss me?! After all he said!? What the hell was he trying to say!?

“Good night…Jung Soo Jung…” He reached over to press a button on the wall making the elevator doors close. “See you tomorrow…Krystal.”
