Jin Hyuk was with Shin Hye the whole entire ordeal, Dr. Stevens explained to her that Seon Kwan has Atrial Septal Defect while he is explaining she stared blankly on the wall and tears streaming down her cheeks, when the doctor left Jin Hyuk  grab her hand "he will be fine, you have to be strong and think positive" she looked at him crying "is this my punishment? because i dod not tell your brother?" he stood up and hugged her "sssssh, it is not your fault...it is no one's fault" "will i loose him?" When she got home Jin Hyuk showed her the nursery, althought they purchase all the essentials she did not have the time to fix it because she was so busy with school, even when she was pregnant she never stop going and she only submitted her leave of absence last week.
