Shin Hye did cut short her spring break vacation to go back to New York, before she heads back she did book another flight from Seoul to Los Angeles to get to the bottom why he did not show up and why he was unreachable for how many days.  Before she left she had a heart to heart talk with her mother, she dislike her before but her mother loves her unconditionally like her own. Shin Hye feels awkward if she talks to her father so she decided to talk to her mother instead, she thought she would understand her better because she too is a woman. Her mother brought her to the airport, she hugged her "if you need anything don't hesitate to call anytime of the day, if you can't handle it and you decided to come home your appa and i will be waiting for you, remember we love you so much no matter what happens" she nodded and hug tight "i will miss you and appa, thank you for being there for me when i needed someone to talk to, i will call you the soonest i land and if i can't handle it" 

Shin Hye landed at LAX, she called Jin Hyuk before she left Korea according to him he was not able to get hold of him and he can't leave his post in the hospital to go to LA to check on him, that is why she decided that she will see him instead and she wanted to sort out things with him as well. She made sure that she will be in LA early afternoon, she knew that he would be home during those times. She hailed a cab and gave the address to the driver, the driver keep glancing at her in the rear view mirror because she looks really pale and tired "ms. are you alright? you look really pale" she gave him a faint smile and said "i am just a bit tired but i am okay" the driver pulled over the drive way of Min Ho's house "can you wait for me here this will not take long" the cab driver was kind enough to wait for her. She walked towards his front door and rang the door bell and her heart was beating faster, she can't understand why.....when the door opened she got the shock of her life when she saw Fiona in her underwear and he heard Min Ho "what are you doing? put this back on and get...." his jaw dropped when he saw Shin Hye outside his door "so, this is the reason why you did not go home and ignored all the calls and text messages" she said with tears in her eyes, he pushed Fiona
