30 Just One Day 하루만

Shin Hye went into the van and saw the box with pink ribbons on the seat. She smiled and happily took the box to open it.

“Oppa when? How?” she asked happily

“Manager Kang delivered it to me this morning,”

“Gomawo,” she opened the box and saw the t-shirt. She looked at it and scrunched her face. She saw the little card and read it. She chuckled when she read what Min Ho had written. She put down the card and took out the shirt again. She turned it over and she saw it then the big number 57 on the back of the shirt.

Omo….So romantic. She laughed and called Min Ho.

Gomawo. Saranghae,” she said the moment he picked up the call.

Min Ho laughed “I love you too. You like it?” he asked shyly.

“Neh I really like it,” she smiled thinking that for someone who is very shy about expressing his feelings she was pleasantly surprised with Min Ho who has been very expressive with his feelings for her lately.

“Odieya?” he asked her.

“I am on my way to the filming site. My days will start getting busy now,” he knew that she had been busy with filming her new movie especially now that most of the scenes involved her character. That’s why he had planned this trip before both of them started getting busier with filming and endless CFs and photo shoots. Their trip would be two days from now.

“Okay. I have to get back to filming now. I will talk to you later,” he said after telling her a bit about his plans.

She was about to put her phone in her bag when she received a text. She opened it and it was from Min Ho. She laughed when she saw the picture he sent. He was wearing a grey shirt with the big number 58 on it. She looked at the shirt he gave her and chuckled when she saw the number. Min Ho had calculated their 150th days to be exactly 5 months and the 7th was for the date of when they first became a couple as she remembered it. He had worn his shirt with the number 58. 8th was the date that he remembered it as and they had both agreed to go with 7th and 8th. She was excited about going on the trip with him too and manager Jun had freed her schedules so that she could go. When they reached the filming site, Shin Hye was feeling excited yet nervous at the same time. Today would be her first scene with her sunbae Go Soo whom she had dreamed of acting together with, ever since she watched “Will it Snow For Christmas?’. She had been working with many actors who were her seniors and this would be her first sageuk. Being in a sageuk movie is very demanding on any actors and she hoped that this role if delivered well would showed people that she is a good actress and also silenced all those who commented on her acting as being mediocre. She had spent the rest of the day yesterday memorising her lines and studying the script so that she could interpret her character well. She had come early since she needed to get her make up done and put on her costume. She loved the brightly colour costumes that she got to wear as a queen but hated wearing the heavy headdress. At the end of filming, it gave her a massive headache and her shoulder and neck would hurt since she would have to bear the heavy weight of the headdress for hours. Today was no exception. She had been wearing that thing from morning and it was night now. The moment the stylist took off the headdress, Shin Hye looked around for Manager Jun. She was surprised that he wasn't near her since he would always have some pain killers on stand by for her whenever her headache got worse like today. She was massaging her head when her coordi noona came and gave her some painkillers and a glass of water.

“Gomawo noona. Where is oppa?”

“He had to go back to the office. He told me to give this to you. And Tae Shin-ssi is here to drive you home. He is waiting outside,”

Shin Hye nodded and walked tiredly to the waiting van. In the van, she closed her eyes and promptly fell asleep.

Min Ho had called her this morning before he had to go to another fan meeting in China. He told her that he would be back a day before their trip. She had just finish talking to Min Ho when her mom knocked on her door telling her that manager Jun had arrived. She looked at the time and was surprised that he had come early today. As far as she remembered, today her shooting would be in the afternoon and it was still early for her to go now. She wondered if the filming time had been moved forward.

“Did the filming time change? I am not ready yet. You will have to wait. I will make it quick,” she said the moment she saw him.
