Kwon Junah waited to get out of college so her summer vacation can start. She tapped her fingers along the rhythm she was humming to herself as she was thinking about what she would do this summer which made her smile. She thought, maybe she can see her best friends again. Her and her best friends would always meet up after school I'm high school and before but now that they were in college, they rarely see each other.

Finally, Junah's vacation has started. She ran out to see her mother near their family car and went to hug her. That was a good way to start the vacation; seeing her mother after a long time. Her mother teared up after hugging Junah.
"Oh my gosh, my baby girl has grown so much now. I remember when we took you to Kindergarten and you were crying. Now you're in college, soon to be your second year in college."

"Momma...lets go and get some ice cream, it's really hot!" Junah suggested.

They both went in the car and drove to their favorite ice cream shop. When they got there, her mother got a called from Junah's doctor and stayed in the car.

"Junah, go inside and order for the two of us, okay?" Junah nodded.

Her mother answered the doctor's called and listen carefully. The doctor told her that Junah has a disease that causes certain glands to produce abnormal secretions, resulting in tissue and organ damage, especially in the lungs and the digestive tract which is called cystic fibrosis. The doctor explained that the reason Junah would sometimes have a hard time breathing was because of having asthma and cystic fibrosis. The disease can slowly kill Junah but to prevent that, she needs to take medication and/
