"So, you just wanted to go for a walk?" Ahra asked Kyungsoo who purses his lips and nods.

"I'm quite sick of the idiots I'm surrounded by." He commented as Ahra nodded in agreement. As much as they loved these people, it did get tiring after a while. One thing they didn't get tired of was each other. Their conversations always interested the other and however much the spoke, they always found more to speak to each other about. They naturally gravitated towards each other due to their similarities.

            The two sped ahead, leaving behind the two known as the manga couple who had just encountered each other and stepped onto the gravel road that wound its way around the campus they lived in. It was often desolate except for the occasional student or faculty car that drove by or the late evening joggers.

            “So,” Kyungsoo began, looking at Ahra from the corner of his eye “I know this may sound awkward, but tell me, if you would rank someone on campus as someone you would like it date, who would it be?” he stumbled over his words halfway through, in his attempt to remain casual.

            Ahra looked at him, taken aback by the sudden question, her cheeks burning as his eyes surveyed her face with great interest.

            “D-do I have to answer that?”

            “Of course you do!” he said in a tone higher than necessary as Ahra mentally ran around in an imaginary box screaming “How do I tell him it’s him?! Especially after we publically told everyone we weren’t interested in each other?”

            “Ahra? Everything okay? ” Kyungsoo waved his hand in front of her face as she shook out of her panic (visibly only).

            “Eh, uh, yes!” she replied, trying to figure out how to put it to him only to have the relief of someone calling her name. She looked u to see Donghae jogging down the road with a sheaf of papers in his hands.

            “Kyungsoo, you don’t mind me borrowing Ahra for a couple of seconds do you?” Donghae plastered a thick smile on his face while signaling to Ahra to come towards him as the latter very reluctantly made her way towards the older while Kyungsoo glared at him for intruding an important moment. He watched the two very suspiciously as Donghae led her aside and whispered into her ear as she took three steps back and squealed as Donghae pressed his fingers to his lips and asked her to hush as she grabbed his hands (papers and all) and jumped up and down as Donghae gave her a shy smile. Kyungsoo’s insides twisted as he watched Ahra whack Donghae on the shoulder with a huge smile before speeding back to him.      

            “I’ll meet you in your office!” she grinned as Donghae reluctantly nodded, making his way to the help desk with the sheaf of papers tucked firmly under his arm.

            “What was that all about?”

            “New love blooming!” Ahra grinned feeling particularly victorious as Kyungsoo’s heart fell. Ahra remembered the awkward question he had just asked.

            “So…who I’d date?”

            “It’s okay, you needn’t answer that.” Kyungsoo raised his hand, he had understood the moment he had seen Ahra and Donghae together
