Chapter 7
Distractions[A/N: Sorry Readers, much like Reily I do a lot of drawing in my spare time but also for school, I had to prioritize a little and also my attention is being divided between two other stories. So here's your preview, please continue to be patient with me, you won't regret it]
"Oh god, oh god, oh god, god, oh god, oh god, oh god, god"
Is all I can say pacing back and forth. Tao and I have been waiting ten minutes for Faerin so we can actually go into the mall, get the stupid shopping done and leave.
"Will you stop already? You're only getting yourself more worked up" Tao says catching my arm, his grip stops my pacing momentarily.
"How long has it been, if a teacher doesn't show up fifteen minutes into class I can leave right?"
"Reily, Faerin isn't a teacher and this isn't school, it's shopping."
I start to bite my thumb nail as anxiety begins to build all over again. I don't understand why I'm reacting so badly, so my mom left me in a mall when I was five, she came back for me eventually but still I've avoided malls log enough for the most part. Shouldn't I be able to face my fears after all this time? Am I still not strong enough?
My breathing quickens as I start to pace again. If Faerin doesn't come in the next thirty seconds, I'm leaving.
"She's still not here! Can I murder her now?"
"Will you get a grip already? Look I see her now"
"Hey guys sorry, my mom's pms-ing at me so I kind of had to sneak out of getting grounde
