YG Family finally arrived at the ski resort after that 4 hour long drive. They each got their stuff and loaded off the bus. Everyone went straight for the hotel’s lobby.

While YG went ahead to the front desk to do their rooms, everyone sat down in the lobby. It was almost 7 A.M. and they weren’t tired at all. They were more excited instead.

“Okay, we were all able to get rooms next to one another. I only got us 8 rooms; your seniors got their own room. That’s okay, right?” YG announces to his artists. “So Big Bang and 2NE1 partner up”

2NE1 didn’t mind rooming with each other; they couldn’t have it any other way. They would actually mind if YG had told them that they each got their own room. They were so close to each other that they love being together.

“Okay, so how are we going to do it this time?” CL asks as she looks towards her members.

“We should partner up by status this time.” Bom says as she eyes Dara and Minzy.

“Unnie, what status?” Minzy questions Bom.

Dara, who quickly caught on, said “I think I know what she means Maknae. Fine, Maknae and I will room together.”

“Then it’s settled. Since me and Bom are both on the same status level then we’ll room together.” CL says. When Bom meant status, she meant their relationship status. Since CL and Bom didn’t have a boyfriend, they room together while the other 2 with boyfriends room together.

Gummy laughed as she watches the members of 2NE1 decide who to room with whom. She also knew what Bom meant when she said status. Gummy was also close with the girls of 2NE1. She would sometimes help cover for Dara and Minzy when they wanted to meet their boyfriends. Gummy had been through the whole sneaking behind YG’s back to meet her boyfriend who is now her fiancé. So she was glad to help the girls when it comes to their boyfriends.

Big Bang also didn’t mind rooming with each other. They were, after all, a group that is practically brothers. Since there were 5 of them, YG had gotten a room specially made for 3 people to room together.

“I will room with Seungri. Someone needs to watch that troublemaker.” GD tells s.

“Hyung! I’m not a troublemaker. I will be on my best behavior, I promise.” Seungri complains to his leader.

“That is exactly why you’re rooming with me.” GD replies. Seungri on his best behavior is hard to believe.

“I’ll help you with him then.” TOP speaks up. He has to admit that their maknae is hard to control. He’s always getting himself in trouble.

“Okay, so me, TOP and Seungri will take that room for 3 people. Taeyang and Daesung will room together then.” GD finalizes their room arrangements.

They each head to their room to unpack their things. YG had told them to unpack, freshen up, or whatever and head to the restaurant so they can have a family breakfast.

Once 2NE1 had finished unpacking, they met up and headed downstairs towards the restaurant for breakfast.

“Great news girls!” Dara exclaims as they enter the elevator.

“What is it Unnie?” CL asks. Dara was overly happy.

“Spill it” Bom says as Minzy smiles happily at Dara. It seems like Minzy knows what Dara is going to say.

As soon as Dara was about to announce her news, the elevator opened again letting 2 males in. Dara decided to tell the girls after because she couldn’t risk anyone overhearing what she was going to say.

“Minzy!” A male exclaimed as the elevator doors closed.

“Taemin?” Minzy looked up from behind her members.

“Oh 2NE1, hello” Minho bowed to the girls. Taemin, who couldn’t stop smiling at the sight of his girlfriend, also bowed.

“Hello” 2NE1 bowed back.

“So this is where your schedule is at?” Minzy asks Taemin.

“Yeah, we have a performance here. Come watch!” Taemin replies excitedly.

Once they reached the lobby, Minzy and Taemin didn’t want to separate so Minho went ahead to workout at the gym. CL, Dara and Bom had decided to let Minzy and Taemin spend a few more minutes together. They waited around the corner to make sure no one sees the couple.

“Unnie, what were you going to tell us earlier?” CL asks as they stood on the lookout for Minzy and Taemin.

“Yeah, spill it already” Bom says.

“Oh yes! I was going to tell you guys that Wooyoung is also here. They are also performing here.” Dara replies excitedly.

“Did we miss something? Is there an event going on at this resort?” CL asks her Unnies. They both shook their heads wondering the same thing as CL.

YG wouldn’t vacation at a place where other idols are at. This was what made YG Family different from other agencies, the fact they don’t go where other idols are at. YG Family only met up with idols outside of their company at events or ceremonies. CL didn’t feel right knowing this.

“What are you girls standing in the middle of the hall for?” The girls jump in surprise at the sound of YG.

Bom, being the quick witted, replied “Oh we didn’t see anyone at the restaurant so we were planning on walking around while we waited.”

YG seemed to believe Bom’s statement so Dara continued, “But now that you’re here, we can just go to the restaurant together.

“Where’s Minzy?” YG asks as they walked towards the restaurant.

CL played it off and made it seem like she forgot to wake up their maknae from her nap. So she volunteered to go wake Minzy while Dara and Bom accompany YG to the restaurant.

As CL rushed back to get Minzy, she ran into Minho who was also rushing to get Taemin.

“Do you know where they went?” Minho asks CL worriedly.

“No, where did those 2 run off to?” CL looks around for her maknae.

They ran towards the place they had left the young couple at but they were gone so they went around towards the back of the ski resort. They immediately saw the couple snuggling in the corner.

“Taemin” Minho yelled, “Manager is looking for you. We gotta go.”

Taemin and Minzy jumped in surprise at Minho’s voice and look towards Minho and CL.

“Such bad timing that Manager of ours.” Taemin mumbles.

“Minzy, we have to go too. YG is looking for you.” CL says to Minzy.

At the sound of YG’s name, Minzy jumped up in shock. “Taemin, I have to go.”

“Wait! Promise to meet me up later then” Taemin holds out his pinky.

“I promise” Minzy locks pinky with Taemin. They both smiled then ran towards their members.

All 4 of them walk back towards the lobby. But as they were saying their goodbyes, 5 guys appear out of nowhere.

 

“I’m starved. I hope we have an all you can eat buffet” Seungri complains.

“Yah, just remember what I said in the room. You create any trouble at all then I’m getting you” GD warns their maknae.

“How about we do something after breakfast?” Daesung cuts in.

“Like what?” TOP replies. He wanted to do anything to keep his mind off of her. The girl that made his heart beat that certain beat he thought he didn’t have anymore.

Flashback

“So what if I told you that I think I like you too?” CL says quietly as she slightly brushes his hair away from his eyes.

As she slightly brushes his hair, TOP could feel his heart beating faster. What did this mean? When she got up and left, he opens his eyes and watches her walking away.

TOP was unsure of his feelings. A small voice keeps popping up in his head every time he sees CL, “You just like her because she reminds you of that other girl. The one you loved”

TOP knew that was just his conscious speaking but he couldn’t help but agree with that conscious. What if he really did like CL because she looked like her?

It would be wrong for him to like CL just because she resembles his past. TOP couldn’t do that to CL, she would end up hurting because of him.


“Well we were thinking that if YG gave us free time then we can go skiing.” Taeyang said as he and Daesung had thought of that idea as they were unpacking.

“That actually sounds like a good idea” GD commented on Taeyang and Daesung’s idea. Skiing is fun and can help relieve some built up stress he had.

Once their elevator reached the lobby, they each filed out and walked towards the lobby.

That was when TOP saw her, CL, the girl he can’t stop thinking about. But she was smiling and talking with another guy.

As the 5 members of Big Bang kept walking they saw the maknaes of 2NE1 talking to 2 guys. They looked like idols but they didn’t know their names.

“Who’s that?” GD asks getting overprotective of his girls.

“Shinee boys I believe.” Daesung answers. He was on a variety show with 1 of them.

“What company?” TOP asks feeling jealous seeing CL give other guys her infamous eye smile.

“SM Entertainment” Seungri joined in. “Their known as the pretty boy idols.”

“But the question we should be asking is WHY they are with our girls?” Taeyang joins in. He was always the humble one but he considers 2NE1 as his sisters. And we all know that brothers get overprotective of their sisters.

“I don’t know but let’s go ask” Seungri says as he approaches them.




CL immediately saw 5 guys approaching them and couldn’t help but panic. She tried not to let it show on her face and quickly thought of a cover up.

“Maknaes” GD smiles towards 2NE1’s maknaes.

Minzy jumped in surprise at GD’s voice while Taemin and Minho quickly looked toward the 5 approaching guys.

“Oppas” CL says trying to show an innocent smile. This was the eye smile that TOP didn’t want her showing to anyone else.

“Hi Oppas!” Minzy says cheerfully hoping that her face doesn’t give away the fear that she feels at the moment.

“Hello” Minho and Taemin says together and respectively bows to their seniors. Taemin tried his best not to look like he had just done something guilty.

“What are you guys doing here?” Seungri interrogates the 2 Shinee members.

“Huh…” Taemin is at loss for words. Taemin felt intimidated by the infamous Big Bang.

“We’re here for a performance.” Minho jumps in to save his maknae. He looks towards CL for help and TOP notices it.

TOP didn’t know he could feel so jealous of someone. He has never felt this way before.

“Me and Minzy were on our way to the restaurant when we ran into them here. They were telling us about the event that they will be performing at.” CL immediately says whatever that comes to mind. She couldn’t let Big Bang find out the truth.

The members of Big Bang seem to believe what CL said. But they still didn’t let their guards down. They kept eyeing the Shinee boys.

Once Minho and Taemin left, thanks to their manager calling Minho’s phone looking for them, CL and Minzy walked towards the restaurant with the 5 members of Big Bang.

When they reached the restaurant, YG and everyone were seated waiting for them to arrive. They all ordered what they wanted and waited patiently.

“So this is our 1st day here and since I have nothing planned, you guys can just do whatever. But I would like to meet you guys for dinner at 8 tonight. I have something to discuss with you all.” YG announces as his artists’ nods their head.

When everyone finished eating, YG had excused himself to attend some business. YG was always the secretive type, never telling his whereabouts to anyone unless necessary.

Se7en and Psy had already planned to go workout while Gummy goes on a date with her fiancé who made a surprise appearance at the ski resort for her.

“What are we going to do then?” Bom asks her members. It was only Big Bang and 2NE1 left.

“Me and maknae were planning on doing some shopping at the nearby mall” Dara looks at Bom with a guilty look.

“If it’s okay with you Unnie” Minzy joins in with her puppy dog eyes, pleading.

Bom knew this would happen. They had already devised a plan to meet their boyfriends.

“So CL, what shall we do then?” Bom looks towards her leader while Dara and Minzy heads back to their room to get ready for their secret dates.

“I don’t know Unnie. I didn’t really think of anything yet.” CL replies to her Unnie who seems eager to do something.

“We’re going skiing.” GD joins into their conversation. It’s a great opportunity for GD to get closer with Bom. He smiled at that thought.

“Yeah, come ski with us.” Daesung happily commented.

“No, we don’t want to invade your guy’s plans.” CL replies. Even though skiing wasn’t a bad idea, CL could make some sacrifices for her Unnie.

“Invade? This is a family vacation you know. So you girls wouldn’t be invading. Besides Dara and Minzy are out having fun so you two deserve some fun too.” Taeyang says, trying to convince the 2 girls.

CL looks at Bom who still seems unconvinced. She wants her Unnie to enjoy herself and not just sit around doing nothing.
Bom really needs a man in her life, CL thinks to herself. Maybe that is why Bom has been looking gloomy these days.

“Unnie” CL looks at Bom worriedly.

“Noona, it’s our vacation. You should just relax and enjoy it. Let’s go skiing” Seungri finally says to Bom.

Bom finally gave in and decided to go skiing with CL and the guys. She didn’t want to go skiing because she knew GD would use this to ask her out again. But she could tell that CL wanted to ski so she could put up with GD for a couple of hours.

So CL and Bom along with the 5 members of Big Bang headed back to their rooms to get ready to ski. They head to the store near the ski lodge to rent any equipment needed.

TOP, seeing CL struggling to carry her own equipment, shifted his equipment to one arm and went to grab CL’s equipment with his free arm. This took CL by surprise but she didn’t protest. She actually liked how thoughtful TOP was.

CL quietly followed TOP to the spot where everyone was putting their equipment on. Bom, who had troubled putting her equipment on, got help from GD. At this point, Bom didn’t feel like arguing with GD. She just wanted to relax and enjoy her time so she let GD carry her stuff, and let him help her putting on her stuff. Secretly, Bom actually liked the attention that GD was giving her.

TOP could tell that CL was also having a hard time putting on her ski gears. She was even putting it on the wrong way so he bent down in front of her and began helping her.

CL, surprised at how much TOP has been helping her today, couldn’t stop her heart from racing at the sight of TOP bending down in front of her.

“Oppa, I can do it” CL insisted as she tried to grab the straps from TOP.

“I’m almost done.” TOP replies as CL’s hand slightly brushes by his, causing his heart to pound.

Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri had gone ahead and started skiing. GD was helping Bom by teaching her how to ski. CL waited as TOP finished put his ski gears on.

Once TOP had finished, he hadn’t realized that CL was waiting for him.

“Do you mind if I ski with you?” CL asked him.

Since he looked at her questioningly, CL continued, “The other 3 had gone ahead. Bom is enjoying herself with GD. She hasn’t complained at all about him today, I think it’s a good sign. I don’t want to be a third wheel too.”

TOP had to hand it to GD, he may be stubborn but that was what got him to where he is now.

“I didn’t want to ski alone either.” CL finished up saying quietly.

TOP was quiet. He didn’t know how to answer CL. He wanted to be with her but he was still unsure of his feelings towards her.

CL took his quietness as a “No” and got up to leave. As she was leaving, however, TOP grabbed her arm. She looked back at him surprised.

“You can’t just leave without hearing my answer. That’s rude.” TOP calmly says.

CL couldn’t help but laugh at his “That’s rude” remark. Seeing her eye smile, TOP couldn’t hide the smile forming on his own face.

TOP and CL then went skiing together. CL didn’t know much about skiing but she soon got the hang of it thanks to TOP.

Both weren’t aware of the fact that they had been holding hands the entire time. They felt comfortable with just the two of them.

TOP had realized that he was in fact, really in love with CL.

CL realized that she was in fact, really in love with TOP.
