A/N : I was reading and I thought maybe I could try writing a little bit of poems. It’s not gonna be good but this will be counted as one of my practice for writing *-* I hope you’ll be able to tolerate my nonsensical writing ><

Light

‘Tiffany?’ Yuri called out as she saw her staring into space.

‘Yeah?’ Tiffany looked up.

‘Nope, just wanted to inform you that I am making orange juice. You want to have some?’ Yuri offered.

‘Sure.’

‘Maybe if you write me a poem about how you feel when you see me, I might love you back,’ Jessica laughed as she gulped her cup of whiskey down . She loved how the liquid burnt mercilessly before it reaches her stomach.

You requested for this piece, so I thought I could write you something.

There’s something so undeniable when I see you

I love how your eyes look

Sometimes they look so cold, detached and unreal

It makes me shiver even when the Sun’s shinning warm.

Sometimes you pierce me with those brown orbs, you stare and stare and stare

And I love the attention you could offer within those seconds.

There were days where you’ll leave me alone, untouched

You’ll disappear to somewhere where I don’t know.

You’ll make me leave voicemails on your phone

There was once you came back after a few days

You threw your phone towards me, screaming ‘why did you call me so many times?’

I wanted to tell you how much I miss you but you wouldn’t pick up your phone.

I miss your voice dearly, then I remembered that I could hear you through your voicemail.

So I called. I called you when I woke up ; I called you before I slept.

This repeated for days till you came home.

You make me so mad; mad for going completely useless without you

Mad for loving you.

I think it’s little too risky to say ‘I love you’

But I wouldn’t mind just to show you

How much you mean to me

You make me see light when you run your fingers up and down my spine

You burn me like fire when you leave me with your ghosts touch

I think I know how heaven feels like

It’s like how my heart swells with joy

when I’m with you.

‘You know, you’re pretty okay with your writing,’ Jessica whispered.

‘I know. Will you be able to love me now then?’ Tiffany asked bravely.

‘I guess so because you do wonders to my heart too,’ Jessica moved closer, wrapping her arms around the brunette.

If Jessica was confusing, Tiffany wouldn’t mind being confused by her.
