Today, Soorin decided to take the other route home. A much longer and safer route. She usually took the shorter route with Woohyun as he would protect her from any dangers.

However, she wanted to be alone for today to sort her feelings out. She went by the school's back entrance just in case Woohyun was waiting for her in the front's.

As expected, Woohyun knew she would avoid him so he waited at the back entrance. He knew he made the right decision when he saw Soorin walking out. He ran towards her to stop her from walking further. Soorin stopped to see who's in front of her and was totally shocked to see Woohyun. She decided to walk away.

Woohyun caught Soorin's hand "Soorin, we need to talk. I know that I have been ignoring you and I'm really sorry. I was not in a very good mood that time. Please don't avoid me. Let me explain." He pleaded.

Soorin tried to turn the other direction but Woohyun’s tight grasp on her arms made her movements restricted.

“I don’t want to hear any explanations from you now, Woohyun, just let me go now please…” Soorin replied, with hurt clearly in her voice.

“No, jus.. just hear me out. Just keep quiet and hear me out please. I am sorry okay, I didn’t know what got into me. My heart.. it just wanted myself to stay away from you I-” Woohyun could not find any more words to say, he did not want to let Soorin know he was jealous of everything she did with Myungsoo.

“What? Continue! Don’t you have anything else to say to me after ignoring me for so long?” Soorin exclaimed while shooting glares at Woohyun. She was devastated. To be very honest, she was disappointed in what Woohyun said.

"Stay away from me? Why?" She thought.

Just as Soorin was about to turn away from Woohyun since he went speechless, Woohyun suddenly grabbed her arms again. “Why are you -” Soorin tried to say but was pulled into Woohyun’s arms instead.

Soorin's heart palpitated wildly. She was too shocked with Woohyun’s actions.

“I said I am sorry Soorin-ah, I didn’t do all these on purpose, you know that I can’t bear to even ignore you for more than a second right? Just forget whatever I said just now... I guess my brain is too screwed now to think, Soorin… forgive me, please?” Woohyun said softly, while Soorin’s hair.

Soorin opened to say something but she couldn’t. With a tremble in her voice and a quaver in , tears fell down her cheeks.

She hugged Woohyun. “I...forgive you.” Soorin smiled. Woohyun brought his hands to her cheeks and wiped away the tears gently.

It was good to see that smile again. That true and beautiful smile that Woohyun love…. It was finally back.

Woohyun felt as though his soul was back into him. He finally felt like himself again. Nothing else felt better than being able to talk to his princess again. His princess is his only source  of energy.
