Juri stared at his hopeful face, wondering what to do. "I..I..." she started. Jungkook nodded her along. Juri slipped out of his hold, slightly pushing him back.

"I can't. This just isn't the it time to suddenly confess, Jungkook! I don't...I don't know how to answer, okay? There's just so many things going on right now...I'm sorry."

Jungkook's face fell as he looked down at the floor. "O-Oh...okay..." he said quietly. Juri's heart clenched, 'Why are you denying your feelings!' She thought to herself. Juri shook her head and walked away, tears starting to brim her eyes. 'I'm sorry, Jungkook. Maybe what Dongmin said is right...I can't take my chances.'

Jungkook clenched his fists, fighting tears that were starting to fall. "Wait, Juri," he said, trying to keep his voice level. He looked up to see her stop, but not turn to him. 

He walked up in front of her. Jungkook handed her a bag with a small red ribbon tied on it. Inside were chocolates. 

"Happy White Day," he murmured. Juri stared at the bag in her hand as Jungkook walked off. 

When he finally walked out the door, Juri fell down to the ground, sobs racking her body. 'I'm so stupid! I lost my chance!' She thought as tears continued to streak down her face. 

She bit on her lip to try to keep quiet, but only resolved in making her whimper. 

"Juri! Where are yo--OMG! What happened!?" Dahee ran up to Juri and kneeled down next to her. She encircled her arms around Juri's shaking body. 

"Shhh, what happened?" Dahee asked, patting Juri's head comfortingly while hugging her. Juri could only shake her head and cry into her shoulder. 

"Dahee? Juri?" V said, walking up to the two girls. He kneeled down and rubbed circles on Juri's back, exchanging worried glances with Dahee. 

They sent each other a mental message before he stood up. "I'll go look for Jungkook." Dahee nodded as Juri cried even more, clutching on to the bag of chocolates. 

V ran out the door Jungkook did, leaving the two girls. After a couple of more minutes, Juri's sobs started to cease. 

"Do you want to tell me what happened?" Dahee asked quietly. Juri shook her head on her shoulder, sniffling. 

Dahee sighed, "Okay, just tell me when you're ready." Juri nodded as she hiccuped. She stared at the bag of chocolates. 

'I lost my chance...and there's no going back.''

Juri stared back as he looked at her with a hopeful face. 'Should I say yes now? Or should I wait?' Juri thought. "I...I.." she began. Juri looked down at the button of Jungkook's jacket. 

"I like you too," she whispered, not daring to look up at him. Jungkook embraced her again, "Really!? Really!?" he asked ecstatically. Juri gave a small nod against his chest. He laughed in joy before lifting her off the ground. 

"So, you're saying that we're a thing now, right?" he asked, setting her down on the floor. Juri blushed and smacked his arm, "Yah! You didn't even ask me out properly!" 

Jungkook stared at her blankly, "Isn't confessing to you pretty much asking you to be my girlfriend...?" 

Juri turned around, a bit flustered. "A-Ani! You didn't even ask me with the proper words! You only confessed to me!" Jungkook smiled down and took out the bag of chocolates the ahjumma had given him before. 

Jungkook backhugged her and put the bag in front of her face. "Will you be my girlfriend?" he said sweetly. Juri's heart raced even more than usual before she reached up and grabbed the bag from his hold. Jungkook set his head on her shoulder, "You didn't even say a proper 'yes'." 

Juri glanced at him before pushing him off her shoulder, "Yah! Just because I'm your girlfriend now doesn't mean you can be so close!" Jungkook stumbled, but had a goofy grin on his face. 

"But you didn't say 'yes'!" he said. Juri scoffed before walking away, totally flustered. Jungkook's smile widened even more before he followed after her, "Juri! Fine, you don't have to! At least you admitted your feelings and acknowledged it!" he yelled. Juri spun around and covered his mouth, "Jungkook! Shut up! Do you want the whole student body to know!?" she whispered harshly. 

Jungkook nodded vigorously. Juri pushed his face away, "You're supposed to say 'no'!" Jungkook laughed again, "How can I? I'm going to be showing you off to everyone on Monday anyways. I don't want anyone else taking you or hitting on you." 

Jungkook slung an arm around her shoulder and oulled her close to him. "Should I walk you home?" he asked. Juri stared up at him before pushing him away. "Jungkook, what did I say about not getting too close?" Jungkook looked up at the ceiling and thought a moment. 

"Hmm, I don't remember..." he said. Juri sighed and rolled her eyes, "Fine, I'll just go ask Dahee to take me home." Jungkook's eyes widened, "Yah! I'm your boyfriend now! It's my duty to make sure you get home safe! No one else!" 

Juri shook her head and continued to walk towards the exit. "Okay, okay! Fine! I won't get too close!" Jungkook yelled, running after her. He was about to sling an arm around her again, when she shot him a look. The hand he was about to use, quickly went to his hair. 

Juri couldn't help but to chuckle. "That was smooth," she said. Jungkook walked next to her, his smile never ending. 

As they walked home together, their hands and arms would occasionally bump into each other. 

"Can you stop that?" Juri asked. Jungkook turned to her, feigning innocence. "What?" Juri looked down at their hands, which were barely apart.

"We keep bumping into each other. Can you move a bit to the left?" Juri asked. Jungkook glanced down at their hands. "Why would I move? I can do this instead," he said, grabbing hold of her hand. 

Juri's face instantly turned pink in embarassment. She tried to pull away, but he held it firmly. "Stop denying me, will you? This isn't as big as announcing to the whole school you're taken," he said, quietly. Juri glanced at him and saw him looking down at the sidewalk instead. 

She sighed, no longer putting up a fight. Jungkook was right. The least she could do right now was face her embarassment and hold his hand. There wasn't anything wrong with that. 'Stop being so embarassed Juri. Y'know you secretly enjoy it,' she thought to herself. She wanted to punch her brain for thinking such a thought. 'No! I don't!' she argued with herself. 

She shook her head.'Being with him is making me crazy..' she thought. "Are you cold?" Jungkook asked her, snapping her out of her thoughts. 

"Huh? Oh, ani..I'm not. Are you?" Juri answered. Jungkook shook his head, awkwardness filling the air once again. Juri begun to unconsciously swing their hands. 

"Excuse me," a lady said, pushing past them with her two friends. Juri scooted closer to Jungkook, letting the three past. Jungkook glanced down at her and noticed her cheeks had a light pink color on them. He reached out and touched them, taking Juri by surprise. 

"What are you doing?" she said quickly, pulling away from his touch. "Your cheeks are cold," he said. Juri blushed as Jungkook stopped, taking off his coat and draping it over her shoulders. 

"You don't have to, yknow..." she murmured. Jungkook shook his head, taking her and again. "Nuh uh, you're my girlfriend now. I have to take care of you." 

Juri smacked his arm with her free hand, "Yah! You're too...cheesy!" Jungkook looked down at her, "Wae? You want me to be mean to you?" Juri bent away from him in embarassment, "A-Ani..I'm just saying! It's weird seeing you like this.." 

Jungkook chuckled as he straightened up again. "You're too cute when you're embarassed." Juri blushed even more as Jungkook tightened his hold on her hand. 

Soon enough, they arrived at Juri's apartment complex. "You can leave me here," she said. Jungkook turned to her and shook his head. "Shouldn't I tell your parents about us?" 

Juri's eyes widened. She had totally forgotten about that. "N-No! I got it! I'll tell them," she said, pushing him away. Jungkook raised an eyebrow in suspicion but smiled it off. "Alright, just call me afterwards so that I know you're still alive." 

Juri couldn't help but to laugh out at his comment. "I sure will!" she waved and took a step before she was pulled back by Jungkook. She crashed into his chest. 

"Jungkook!" she gasped. He lowered his head and kissed her forehead. "Good night," he whispered, their heads together. Juri could feel her heart clench with happiness and embarassment, turning breathless. 

"You're crazy..." she managed out, smiling down. Jungkook pulled his head away, giving her a goofy grin as she pulled away. "I may be crazy, but I'm only crazy for you." Juri chuckled and pushed him away. "Aigoo, you really! Go! Good night, get home safely," she said. 

He shook his head cutely, "Go inside first!" Juri walked backwards, to the building. "Okay! Now go!" she said, waving him off again. 

Jungkook also walked backwards. He put his hands up in a heart, "I LOVE YOU!" Juri's eyes widened, looking around in embarassment. Jungkook laughed out loud before turning around and running down the sidewalk. 

Juri bit her lip to stop the squeal that was dying to come up. Instead, she went inside to her apartment complex and apartment with a huge smile plastered on her face. 

"Welcome back! How wa--What's wrong with you?" Junghwa asked, looking up from the movie they were watching. Juri's parents, Junghwa, and Jin turned to look at her. 

Juri snapped out of her thoughts and looked at Junghwa. "Eh?" Junghwa raised an eyebrow at her. "What happened? You look waaay too happy," she said. 

Juri scrunched up her face, "So? I can't be happy?" Junghwa shook her head jokingly, "Nope!" Juri threw a pillow at her, "Unni!"she whined. 

Jin laughed and picked up the pillow from the floor. "Juri, why don't you go get changed and join us?" Juri looked at him and nodded, "Okay!" Juri ran to her room and changed out of her dress. As she was putting on her pajamas, she got a text from Jungkook.

Juri smiled at the text and changed his display name before answering. "What should I change it to..?" she murmured to herself. 

'The Boyfriend'? she thought. Juri smiled and shook her head. "nah..." Then she typed in, 'Kookie Oppa.' Juri laughed and squealed. But then she sat up, slapping her cheeks. 

"Juri, what are you doing!?" she asked herself. She slapped her cheeks again, "I'm crazy, I'm crazy, I'm crazy!" she looked over at the mirror and stared at her reflection before breaking out into another smile. 

"I can't believe it!" she laughed again. Just then, she heard a knock on her door. Juri quickly composed herself, "Come in!" Junghwa opened the door and rushed in, closing it behind her. 

"Yah, what happened tonight!? I know something happened!" she said, rushing next to her. Juri bit her lip, "I..." she took in a deep breath. "I'm dating Jungkook." 

Junghwa stared at her a moment. Then she squealed loudly, jumping on Juri. "I KNEW IT!" she squealed, hugging her tightly. Jin knocked on the door, "You girls okay?" he asked. Junghwa stood up and jumped on him. 

"THEY DID IT! I TOLD YOU! I WON THE BET!" she cried out, jumping up and down. Jin watched her jump in front of him, nodding along. "What happened?" he asked. 

"JURI'S DATING JUNGKOOK!" she yelled out. "Juri's what!?" The three of them turned to the door to find Juri's parents there. 

Juri bit her lip, "Omma..appa...I'm dating someone..." she murmured. Her dad raised his eyebrow, "Who exactly are you dating?" he asked slowly. 

Junghwa cut Juri before she could answer. "She's dating Jungkook!" Both her parents turned to Juri in surprise. 

"Really!?" her mom said, her eyes wide. Juri slowly nodded. Her mom turned to Junghwa before they both jumped together. "WE BOTH WIN THE BET!" she yelled out. Juri glanced at them in happiness and confusion. 

Her dad smiled approvingly, "That's good to hear! You have my approval! I just didn't think it would happen so soon, though." Juri's mom hit his chest, "Of course it would! You confessed to me on a night like this too!" 

Her dad scratched his head, "I did?" Juri's mom smacked him again. "YAH! YOU DON'T REMEMBER!?" Juri's dad laughed as he ushered her out, "Fine, fine. I do,I do!" 

"Don't lie!" she said, her voice getting farther away. Junghwa turned to Juri, "I told you, you two would end up together!" Juri stuck out her tongue, "So!? It was still my decision! And when did you ever say that!?" 

Junghwa smiled brightly again and winked at her, "I just know! Come on, oppa! We can go home now!" Junghwa took Jin's hand, pulling him out. "Congrats Juri! We wish you two the very best!" he called out to her. Juri nodded as she waved them goodbye. 

"Thank you!" she yelled after them. Jin closed her door, leaving her with silence. Juri couldn't stop the smile that was constantly coming back to her face. She picked up her phone and texted Jungkook. 

My parents approved! ^^ 

A minute later, she got a reply. 

Good. Mine did too! Now, get some sleep! We have our first date tomorrow! I'll come get you. Good night!

Juri bit her lip again to stop her big smile. She said 'good night' in reply before she locked the screen, letting it charge. 'I'm Jungkook's girlfriend...his girlfriend!' she thought to herself. She squealed one last time before pulling up her cover and closing her eyes, a smile on her face. 

Juri woke up when she felt herself get unbelievably cold. She opened one of her eyes and saw someone sitting at the edge of her bed. She shook it off and got up to grab her blanket.

She pulled it over her head and started to doze off again, until she felt it disappear again. 

Juri rubbed her eyes, sitting up. She reached for the blankets again, but she noticed that it wouldn't budge. She looked up to see why it wasn't moving. Then she let out a loud scream. 

"WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING!?" Jungkook yelled, covering his ears. 

Juri screamed again, chucking pillows at him. "YAH! STOP IT!" Jungkook yelled, defending himself. Juri's mom opened the door judt as a pilliw flew by. 

"What's wrong!?" She said, protecting her face. Jungkook stood up next to her, pointing a finger at Juri accusingly. 

"She's attacking me with pillows! I didn't even do anything!" Jungkook yelled. Juri pulled her blankets close to her, pointing an accusing finger at Jungkook as well. 

"Why are you in my room!? Don't you know about PRIVACY!?" Juri yelled. Juri's mom put her hands on her hips. "I sent Jungkook in to wake you." 

Juri's mouth dropped open. "OMMA! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!?" Her mom shrugged her shoulders. 

"You guys are dating. Jungkook's known you since...a long time. I don't see why not." Juri glanced at Jungkook and noticed his triumphant smile. 

Juri pointed her finger at him again. "But whay if he did something bad!?" Juri's mom raised an eyebrow. "Like..?" She trailed off. Juri's mouth dropped, "OMMA!" she said. Juri's mom patted Jungkook on the shoulder, "Come on, Jungkook. Let's go eat some breakfast. Get up quickly, Juri!' 

Jungkook stuck out a tongue to mock her jokingly. Juri repeated his action. Once the door to her room was closed, she rushed up and went to wash up. 

After about 15 minutes, Juri stepped out of her room, heading to the kitchen. She noticed Jungkook laughing with her mother, and her dad was gone. Juri sat down in her usual spot, observing the two. 

"Jungkook, will you please grab a plate for Juri?" her mom asked, not turning around from her dishes. Jungkook glanced at Juri and winked in greeting before getting up. "Sure," he said, going up to one of the cupboards and taking out a plate, spoon, fork, and a cup for her. 

'Gee, is it just me, or did Jungkook get even cheesier after I said 'yes'?' Juri thought. Jungkook set down the plate in front of her with the utensils before turning around and filling the cup with water. 

"Here you go, yeobo," Jungkook said, setting down the cup of water. Juri smacked his shoulder, "Yah! " Jungkook laughed at Juri's blushing face before handing her the bowl of rice and pushing the side dishes closer to her. 

"Eat lots! We're going to have a lot of fun today!" Jungkook said, smiling brightly. Juri made a face of distaste to him before taking the food and eating it. 

Juri could feel someone watching her as she ate. She slowly lifted her eyes to see Jungkook leaning on one hand, staring at her somewhat lovingly. 

"...why are you looking at me like that?" Juri asked. Jungkook shrugged, his smile never ending. Juri's mom came from washing the dishes and put her hands on his shoulders. 

"He's totally head over heels for you, that's why," she said, laughing. Juri glanced at Jungkook's face to see it slightly color with pink, making her laugh with her mother. 

"Imo!" Jungkook murmured, not looking Juri in the eyes. Juri couldn't help but to fangirl a bit on the inside at how cute an embarassed Jungkook looked. Juri's mom patted his head, "Arasso, mian! That's something only you get to tell her in your own time. Now, love and cherish her lots! Okay, Jungkook-ah?" 

Jungkook glanced up at Juri quickly, but then averted his eyes when he noticed her watching him. "I will, Imo, I will." 

Juri's mom smiled happily before grabbing her coat and bag. She walked up towards Juri and gave her a peck on the cheek. "Okay, well, I have to go grocery shopping. I'll be back home later. Your appa is going to be working late tonight, so make sure to come back home by 10PM. Have fun on your date, you two!" She waved goodbye to Jungkook before turning around, leaving the two together. 

Once the door clicked close, Juri glanced at Jungkook. He was looking down at the table, not meeting Juri's gaze. Juri poked his arm. "Yah, why are you so shy all of a sudden?" she asked. 

Jungkook sideglanced at her before clearing his throat, lifting up his head. "A-Aniya!" He got up and grabbed the plate of food she already finished, walking to the sink and dropping it in. 

"Are you done yet? We're wasting time," he said, grabbing himself some water. Juri looked at his back before smiling down at her food. 'I feel so lucky...and happy!' She set down the spoon she was using and picked up the dishes she finished. 

"Yeah, I'm done. Can you help me put those away?" Juri said, motioning to the dishes she didn't finish. Jungkook turned around and leaned against the sink.

"How about you do that? I'll offer to do dishes, since you should probably grab your bag and stuff and do whatever you girls do that take forever." 

Juri scoffed as she set the plates down in the sink. Jungkook watched her with a sly smile on his lips. Juri stuck her tongue at him. "Just for that, I'm going to take even longer." 

Jungkook laughed as he the water. "Sure, sure, whatever. Just hurry up. We're not going to have fun if we leave in two hours...unless you'd rather have fun here?" he said, waggling his eyebrows. Juri threw a towel at his back. 

"You ert! I'm locking my door!" she yelled. Jungkook laughed wholeheartedly as he began washing the dishes. "Why aren't you sharing the love, babe!? We're dating!" he called after her. 

"JEON JUNGKOOK! YOU BETTER SHUT UP NOW BEFORE I RETHINK MY DECISION!"
