New Power
The Second Child~Myungsoo’s POV~
“Oh god, please. Hayoung, wake up… I need you to be alive. Why won’t you respond?” was all I could think for days as Hayoung laid in her bed, not moving, stirring or even breathing. The fact that she wasn’t breathing wasn’t too much of a problem because we don’t necessarily need air, but the fact that she had no rosy tint to her cheeks or a glow to her skin worried me. In fact, she was a ghastly pale color, and getting thinner. It was impossible to feed her because there was no way to get blood or food into her system. Please wake up.
“Myungsoo, how is she doing? Does she show any signs of waking up?” Sunggyu asked me. I shook my head in dismay. “No. No signs of her waking up yet,” I told him. We stared at the ground in dismalness. Our ball of joy and laughter was in a coma and showed no symptoms of arousing.
We sat on the ground not knowing what to do. The ever so childish Sungyeol sat still and was serious for the first time. Songjong didn’t make any witty comments about how the colors of the wall paper didn’t match, Dongwoo sat in the corner, growing mushrooms and poking them hopelessly while Hoya laid on the ground in deep through. The ever so greasy Woohyun wasn’t even throwing cheesy hearts at Sunggyu… We all just sat on the floor in utter hopelessness.
