Jessica’s POv

“What should I do? This little bunny is sick… and it’s freaking me out… Aish… I’m going to ask ahjumma what to do… right now!”

Jessica ran to the reception area to ask the ahjumma that welcomed them.

“Excuse me… Omonim, my friend has a fever, what should I do?” Jessica asked in a worried tone

“The bubbly kid a while ago has a fever?”

“Ne, omonim… she’s shivering right now… I… I… I don’t know what to do…” Jessica answered

“Ok… calm down… I think I still have some paracetamol in my medicine cabinet… Oh here, let her take this,

and put these cool packs on her forehead. “

“Arasso Omonim… Thank you…” Jessica said as she took the medicine and cool packs from ahjumma.

Before she went back to their room, she bowed to ahjumma and uttered her thank you’s again…

Sunny was still shivering, tightly covering herself by the blanket.

“Sunny...”

Jessica grabbed bottled water at their side table, opened it up and seated on the bed to wake up sunny.

“Sunny… wake up for a while… you need to take this medicine… sunny…” shaking sunny lightly

“Sunny… please… wake up for a while… you really need to take this medicine… sunny…” Jessica tried once

more.

Sunny stirred from her sleep. “uhm… jessi….” Sunny mumbled

“Hey… wake up for a while sunny, you need to take this medicine.” Jessica said

“Where did you get that?” sunny asked half asleep

“To ahjumma that you talked to at the reception.”

“Oooh… you’re worried sick right?” sunny teasing Jessica

“Tsk… still has energy to tease me huh?”

“Hehehe… was that a yes pink bunny?” sunny asked grinning now

“Let me help you up, so that you could take this medicine…” Jessica said supporting sunny to get up.

“Eeeeeyh… trying to change the subject? Hehehe”

“There… *sunny already on a sitting position* here, drink this now…” Jessica commanded handing over to the

medicine and water.

“Yes Ma’am!” Sunny answered and took the medicine. “I guess that’s a yes then…” she said as she returned the

water to Jessica.

“I’ll put this cool pack on your forehead; you’ll feel better later…” Jessica said still not minding sunny’s teasing.

“hahahaha… so cute! Avoiding giving an answer… hey jessi… don’t worry about me, I’ll be alright… I do have

the best nurse here…”

“Huh?! Who?” Jessica asked

“You!... Thank you…” sunny answered grinning…

“Tsk! For sure I am!”

“Hahahahaha… Of course…”

“Now… have some rest…” Jessica said as she pushed sunny lightly to lie down and pulled up the blanket.

Sunny closed her eyes as she felt the softness of the pillow, then she felt asleep…

Jessica’s POV

“Aigoo… this bunny really… I hope she’ll be better…. I don’t want to see her this fragile; she might be teasing

me always, putting a smile on her face, trying to show that she’s okay,  but still I can see it through her eyes

that she’s in pain…”

“Aish! Stop! Why am I feeling this way? Why? Tsk… I just pitied her because she’s sick, and besides I should

return the favor… she saved me from being stranded in the middle of nowhere… yeah… yeah… yeah… that’s

right Jessica… that’s just about that…”

Jessica felt asleep while watching some tv shows, but she woke up when she heard sunny muttering her name…

“Je…ssi… Je..ssi… Jessi…It’s co… old…” sunny called out trembling

Jessica got up from bed; turned off the tv, checked the heater… ‘It’s working…’ and then she looked out the window… ‘It’s still raining hard’.

Then she walked back to bed, with a hoodie in hand looking worriedly at the sick bunny

“Sunny wear this…” Jessica said as she put on the hoodie to sunny…

“Jessi…” sunny softly said eyes half opened

Jessica checked the time, its 12 midnight already.

“Ahjumma might still be up… I really hope so… I’ll go down to ask for an extra blanket…” Jessica thought

Jessica was about to get off from bed but stopped by sunny grabbing her hand.

“Where are you going?” sunny asked softly

“I’m going down; I’ll try to ask for another blanket.”

“Don’t leave me…”

“It won’t take a while… I’ll be fast promise…”

“Jessi… please… just stay here… please…” sunny pleads weakly

Jessica bites her lower lip, trying to control her emotions. She wanted to cry being so helpless but she couldn’t…

she don’t want to be weak in front of sunny at this moment.

“O… ok…” she answered stuttering

Jessica lies down on the bed, and then sunny snuggled closer to her.

“She’s really trembling…” Jessica thought as sunny snuggled to her.

“Jessi…” Sunny spoke softly as she wrapped her arms around Jessica and rested her face at jessica’s neck

“My goodness… her breath is warm…” Jessica thought

“Sunny, I think we should call your parents now.”

“Uhmm… No need, I’ll be better when the sun is up. I don’t want them to worry about me. You know, they’ll be

freaking crazy when they’ll know about me being sick…” sunny replied

“But…”

“No buts… I’m fine… will going to be fine…” sunny uttered

“Ok… Whatever… Let’s sleep now…” Jessica said as she hugged sunny tightly…

“I guess the best thing I could offer now to ease her coldness is by hugging her… Body Heat keeps her warm…

Aigoo… I feel calm hugging sunny bunny…  Why am I feeling this again? Tsk… I’ll not think about it… I need to

sleep now…” Jessica thought as she dozed off… “Sunny bunny…” she mumbled…
