the good wife
screams and flashes everywhere ,it was chaos . joohyun wanted to scream at them ,those reporters who invaded the hospital entrance , she wanted to cry and shout that her beloved husband was dying inside alone in a cold room but she remained quite and tried to walk between the crowd .when she received the call from chanyeol earlier she thought it was just a nightmare and she'll wake up but then like a rough slap on her face ,she found herself driving to the hospital in a total panic ,her mind racing with thoughts
how did it happen ? will he be alright ? what if he can't survive ? no ,she can't think about losing him ,changmin won't leave
her ,he loves her .he can't do this to her ...no. she shook her head at the thought and focused on the sea of reporters in front of her , she wanted to say something but went dry and nothing came out ,suddenly someone grabbed her forearm she looked up to see chayeonl smiling reassuringly at her "let's go " he led the way ,pushing through the journalists . inside , Mr and Mrs shim seemed devastated , changmin's mother was crying while his father was leaning against the wall ,eyes closed ,hands shaking .even jessica was there smoothing Mrs shim's back and whispering comforting words " how do you feel noona ?" chanyeol on the other hand was very calm "what happened ?" her voice was so small ,so weak "his car crashed with a truck " joohyun gaped and ran her hand through her hair " oh my god ,what did the doctors say ?"
" not much ,only that he has an Internal bleeding and that his lung are in a really bad shape ,I'm sorry ,really sorry " her legs were shaking she couldn't stood up ,she fell down and started crying with burning rage. all she could think of it now is how she suffered when she lost her parents ...her dear parents ,they say love is stronger then death but that didn't stop it from taking her familly , frist her daddy and mommy and now .. "joohyun-ah , are you alright ?" tears blurred her vision but she could distinct jessica's face " sweetheart look at me" jessica sighed seeing no response from joohyun she stood again and sat next to chanyeol ,she felt really sorry for joohyun even if they weren't friends , looking at her state now made her heart ache ,same goes with changmin's parents ,only chanyeol seemed to be strong but she knew it was only a facade ."it's my fault " joohyun finally talked " what are you saying ? " she and chanyeol exchanged questioning looks " thi..is mo.rning ..he ..asked me if he could stay at home with me I told him to go to work ,I should have said yes " she blamed herself ,if she has agreed to his request this morning he won't be in this condition
"it's no body's fault " declared mr shim with a firm voice , this is meant to stop joohyun from blaming herself " be strong joohyun-ah ,my son needs you more then anytime " he went beside her and held her up ,taking her weak body he made her sit next to his wife " do you want some water ?" joohyun nodded " yes ,please ".
hours passed without any news ,it felt like an eternity when the doctors came finally from the operation room ,all the family memebers gatherd around them " we did our best to stop the bleeding ,but he already lost a lot of blood , his lungs aren't working and we had to put him on Artificial respiration " the doctor in charge stopped for moments to look at the desperate face before him " his legs are also pretty damaged .I'm sorry but your son is in a great danger and even if he wakes up he wouldn't be the same as before " changmin's mother held the doctor arm's and shook him furiously " save my son please ,let him live please " the doctor gave her an apologetic look " I'm sorry ma'am" joohyun watched the back of the doctor as he was disappearing in the croweded white corridor .she felt her heart race and her head spin .she was dizzy all of sudden ,she tried to hold something ,anything for support but she was already falling ...and then nothing.
yunho was in his office ,he had some work to finish so he had to stay so late ,actually he was waiting for some big news to be announced .speaking of ,the call he was waiting for all the evening finally came
" how did it go ? "
" very well ,turn on the tv " and he did ,all the channels reported the same news :

" well done ,you'll receive the remaining money tomorrow morning" he tossed tossed his phone on his office table smirking ;

joohyun woke up in a white room ...where am I ? flashes from the last events played in her mind. CHANGMIN !....she tried to get up but her head was hurting so much " hold on please ,you need to rest " a young nurse holding a folder stood erect next to her bed " what happened ?"
" you fainted , I'm nurse kim and I have to ask you some questions " joohyun nodded "do you have any anemia antecedent ?"
"no "
" do you have any nausea ?"
"no " the nurse nodded and wrote something in the papers she was holding " when was your last period ?" joohyun thought about it then answered " I think I'm late of three days "
"alright ,you have to see our gynecologist as soon as possible "

"you might be pregnant "...
