Ann's POV

I was about to switch off my phone before I received a text message from Ivan

Ann don’t go, James is in the hospital right now he met a car accident, He needs you

“James is in danger, but how, I just left him the hospital hours ago how he possibly meet an accident”

*But that’s not important right now I have to see him*

With no hesitations I left my luggages at the airport and grab a cab as soon as I can

“Wait for me My James I will be with you soon” I said to myself trying to calm myself

*Oh God please don’t let James leave me permanently.* I prayed

I called Ivan to ask him which hospital was James taken and told the driver the directions.

Meanwhile

Ivan's POV

“Ann’s on his way” I announced 

“great now let’s move on the next step shall we” Tricia said 

“James hurry you don’t have enough time before she got here” I said as I looked at James who was just finish putting on a hospital gown while Jenny put make up on him to make him look like he has bruises

“Bret did you get the fake blood” Jenny Asked 

“yeah it’s right here, why do you need it for anyways?” he asked

“yeah! jenny what the blood for?” I asked

“you said make him look like he really met a car accident”

“Yeah but his already taken care of by the doctor by the time she got here”

“Is that so, oops, sorry I didn’t know” jenny said as she sticks her tongue out

“Jenny, are you not finishing yet?” James asked

“I will finish sooner if you stop moving, Ryan did you get the bandages?”

“Yeah right here” Ryan said as he help Jenny to put some bandages around James head

“Bret give me the blood, we can still use to make it look like the bandages covered up some blood”

“Nice Jenny” I complimented

“Okay your good to go” Jenny happily announced

“Wow Jenny nice job it really looks like James met a terrible accident” I complimented

“Well thank you, I did want to be a professional makeup artist” she replied

“Okay enough of the chit chat you guys know the plan right” I said as we prepared the rest for Ann’s arrival.

Ann's POV

When I arrived at the hospital I asked immediately the front desk is there is any James 
Corgan that has been confined in the hospital and to my dismay she said yes. She point directly at the ER.

“When I went to the ER Ivan, Tricia, Jenny, Ryan and Bret where already there.

“Ivan what happened?” I asked, my voice is a little bit shaky.

“Ann , He was on his way to the airport to stop you from leaving but, this accident happened”

“How did he know that I’m leaving?”

“He called me earlier he was looking for you , then I asked Tita May about your whereabouts and she told me your leaving so I told him the details about your flight” He said as I try to let his words sink in to my thoughts

“It’s my entire fault; I shouldn't have left him without a proper goodbye”

“You have no faults Ann; No one wants this tragedy to happen.” Bret said

“How is he?” I asked as I feel the tears finally coming down to my eyes

“He’s okay, the damage wasn’t that big so you should stop worrying now” Tricia said as she tried to comfort me.

“He’s being transferred to a normal room now” Jenny said

“Can I see him” I asked trying to fight the tears from falling any further.
They all nodded and brought me to his room

“We will let you be alone with him. If you need anything we will just be outside” Ivan said before closing the door behind me.

There he is lying on the bed. With bandages all over , I started to make my steps to get closer to him as tears fall down at the same time.

When I reached his bed I sat down next to him

“James I’m terribly sorry, I shouldn’t have leave you without a good bye , I still love you James with all my heart , I should have stay with you for better or for worst , If you want me back, I’ll stay with you forever, I love you my James”

Authors POV

Little did Ann know that James is awake and he is currently watching the crying Ann on his side.

*I love you more that you could ever know My Ann, I won’t let you leave me even if you beg me to let you go and I’m sorry if I have to do this* he thought

Ivan , Tricia, Jenny , Ryan and Bret was also discussing about their plan

“Do you think we did the right thing?” Jenny asked 

“I don’t know but we at least have to try to get these two lovebirds together again” Ivan replied

“Let’s just hope for the better” Bret said as they quietly listen to Ann’s sobbing through the door.

James POV

When Ann entered the room I remained quietly as possible

She started to cry and it hurts me a little to know that she cries because of me but at the same time happy because she still cares for me and when she started crying her heart out and saying the things I wanted to here for a long time. I was happy

*I love you more that you could ever know My Ann, I won’t let you leave me even if you beg me to let you go and I’m sorry if I have to do this*

I decided to end my act.

Ann's POV

After a few minutes of confessing to the one I love that I still do love him I heard him 
call my name

“Ann, Ann” he said I panicked and started to wake him up after a few seconds the monitor went

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

And I started to see that straight line forming on the monitor, his heart stop beating 

“James wake up don’t leave me , I'll never leave you, just please stay alive” I started to cry out loud I went outside to call a doctor or a nurse or any help I could get just to save his life

“Ann what happened?” Ivan said

“James , James you got to help him, his dying” I screamed as I pulled Ivan inside the 
room to take a look and the rest of them followed

“Call a doctor his--, his gone” I took a look at an empty bed I went to take a closer look as I blink to see it more clearly but he really is gone I turned to look at Ivan he was no longer there anymore or any one for that matter but the door is close. I check the bed again to see if James is really not there as I started to pinch myself to see if I’m not dreaming.

I wipe the tears away from my cheeks then suddenly I felt someone hugged me from behind it was James and his okay 

“Your okay” I said not knowing if I should be happy or mad right now

“Because your love cured me” he said

“You tricked me” I said now I’m a little angry but still happy to see him alright

“Now you know how I feel when you decided to leave me” He said his voice sounds a little bit shaky 

“So you trick me?” I asked in a higher tone

“I have too you’re leaving me” He said as I looked at his apologetic eyes, full of yearning , longing as I realized how much I missed him

“So you decided to tricked me” I said my voice sound like I’m yelling as I pretend to be mad at him

“Babe I’m sorry” He said

“Apology not accepted, I can’t believe I missed my flight because of your nonsense” I said trying to escape from his embrace

“Ann Please I heard you earlier you said you’re not leaving me, that you love me” His voice sounds like pleading

*Hey I got to make him taste his own medicine*

“No I didn’t, now let me go, I have another flight to catch” I said but he holds me even tighter

“Stop denying Ann” he said, as he opens the door and let our friends enters the room

“I have my witnesses “ He said as he hold me more closer to him

“And we got it on tape too” Bret said as he showed me the tape that could have my entire sobbing and confessions to James that I did earlier in video

“Ivan you too?” I asked

“Actually his the mastermind” James said

“What?!” I exclaimed

“Sorry but we have to stop you from leaving” He explained

“Well you can’t stop me now” I said as I freed myself from James but everyone block the door

“ Sorry Ann we can’t let you go” Jenny said

“You too Jenny?” I said as I pretend to cry in front of them 

“Ann Please, let’s start over again” James said as he hugged me again

“But what about your baby? Devon?” I asked 

“You have nothing to worry about Ann, The father of the baby is with my sister right now” Tricia said

“Father? That means it’s not James?” I asked and she nodded

“I told you to trust me” He whispered to my ears

“I did, but” I was about to reply when he put his index finger in my lips ordering me to shut up and let him all do the talking

“Let’s just forget everything that happened okay” He said 

And I just nodded then we share a passionate kiss after that. I can hear our friend’s cheers and applauds at the background.

“I love you my James” I said

“I Love you more my Ann “he replied as he places my hands on his chest

“As my beating of my heart continues, I’ll Love you, for my heart only beat for you”
