I locked my apartment door and we went straight to the elevators. We rode as soon as the elevator came and before we did, I saw a neighbor who was staying upstairs inside already. It was a guy named Tao. He’s Chinese but he can speak Korean now. He’s actually the first guy I dated after I broke up with Dong Woo. When I moved here, I bumped unto him at the lobby and he insisted to help me bring my luggage up to my room. He was a nice guy. I’m not actually sure if he has a girlfriend now.   “Hey Sun Hee.” He greeted bowing a bit. I greeted back and said hi as well.   “Umm … this is Kris.” They shook hands after I introduced them to one another.   “Hey. I’m Tao. Is he your boyfriend Sun Hee?” My boyfriend? Hahaha. I don’t even think I’m going to have one if I continue acting like this.   “Oh no no no. We’re just umm – “ Kris cuts me off before I even finished.   “We’re going on a date.” Kris said placing his arm around my waist. Pffft. He’s taking advantage of me huh.    “Oh I see.”  I don’t exactly know what to do next so I just chuckled and smiled. Good thing the elevator reached the ground floor before everything got more awkward.   “Bye Tao. See you around.” I waved goodbye and pulled Kris out of the elevator quickly.    “Did you guys date before?” Kris asked. Oh how observant.   “Yeah but it was a long time ago.” I said chuckling.    Kris opened the car door for me and I went inside. Kris followed and then drove. I still have no idea where he’s taking me though; he wasn’t really mentioning it when we were talking in his car. We only talked about food, movies, favorite places etc. It was mainly a getting-to-know-each-other conversation.    And then when I was just about to ask Kris where we’re going, he stopped the car. I looked outside my window and found a beautifully constructed building beside us.    “Wow. What is this place?” I asked. I sound so amazed.    “This is my father’s company. It’s my mom’s birthday and she invited me.” It’s so huge. Wow. KRIS is RICH! But why’s he working as a DJ and Se Hun’s cook?    “Oh I see but why are you – “ He cuts me off suddenly.   “Ask questions later. Come on. My parents are waiting.” Kris went out of the car and then the valet guy opened the car door for me. I stepped out. Oh these heels are going to kill me.   “Goodevening Mr. Wu.” The valet guy said after getting Kris’s car keys. This guy is rich and he doesn’t tell me.    “Miss Jung?” Kris linked our arms together on purpose and then smiled at me. I gave back a sarcastic smile. I hope I don’t embarrass myself in front of the rich people upstairs.   We walked inside the building and the inside was as incredible as the outside. The building and the interior design was mesmerizing. I’m really dating a rich guy. A rich DJ!   Anyway, we rode the elevator and Kris pressed the Penthouse button floor.    “Kris?” He looked at me after I called his name.   “Yes Miss Jung?” He said smiling.   “Why’d you not tell me you’re a son of a billionaire?” He started chuckling when he heard my question.   “Most of the girls I bring here are often after my money not me. When I met you and got to know you during our cruise trip, I thought of you differently. You weren’t like any other girl I met before. I felt like you’re a girl who I can tell anything about and you wouldn’t think badly about me.” When he answered that, I thought to myself, I am just a regular company worker and a serial dater.
