When the two parted for breath, they gazed into each other’s eyes. No words were spoken as neither knew what to say. There was an awkward silence before Jonghyun leaned forward once more. Key came to his senses and stood up from the bed. He had loved the kiss they had shared and wanted nothing more than to kiss him again, but it was wrong. Jonghyun-hyung was dating Se Kyung-noona. It wasn’t right to do this behind her back.

“Hyung, we can’t do this,” Key said.

“Why not?” Jonghyun asked.

Key looked at the man in disbelief. Why not?! Had he just asked ‘why not’?!

“Why not?! Because it’s wrong, hyung!” Key exclaimed.

“It’s wrong?! It’s wrong that I want to kiss you?!” Jonghyun stood up in anger.

“Yes it is!” Key responded. Was his hyung going mental?

“How could you say that?! You’re the one who loves me and you’re telling me it’s wrong for me to kiss you?! Aren’t you being a hypocrite?!” Jonghyun snapped.

Wait, what? What was Jonghyun-hyung talking about?

“How exactly would I be a hypocrite?!” Key shot back.

“You’re the one who likes guys and you’re telling me it’s wrong for us to kiss?! How is that not being a hypocrite?!” Jonghyun retorted.

“Wait, wait, wait. Hyung, you think I’m telling you it’s wrong for us to kiss because we’re guys?!” Key asked in disbelief. Had Jonghyun-hyung forgotten that he had a girlfriend?

At Jonghyun’s sharp, “Yeah!” Key realized it was a misunderstanding.

Sighing, Key looked at the man he loved and softly said, “Hyung, it’s not that. I’m not saying it’s wrong for us to kiss because we’re both guys.”

Jonghyun was confused. Then what the hell was Key talking about?

“Hyung, you have a girlfriend. Have you forgotten about Se Kyung-noona?” Key asked.

At Jonghyun’s look of realization, Key realized that he really had forgotten.

Key sighed, “You really did forget. Hyung, I still love you, and I really liked that kiss.”

At this, Jonghyun grinned and Key rolled his eyes.

“But,” Key continued, “You have to figure out your feelings first. I don’t want to hurt Se Kyung-noona.”

Jonghyun sighed and ran his hand through his hair. “I know. I don’t want to hurt her unnecessarily either. But I meant what I said. My lyrics were about you, Key.”

Jonghyun looked Key in the eyes and Key could see the sincerity and he believed him.

“You should go shower, hyung. It’s getting late,” Key said.

Jonghyun nodded and gathered his things. When Key heard the running of water, he walked over to the window and pulled back the curtain. Taemin stared at him in shock before a sheepish smile appeared on his face. Taemin got off the window sill and the two of them sat on a bed.

“Not a word, Taeminnie,” Key warned.

Ignoring the older male, Taemin said, “Key-umma! You two kissed!”

“How was it? How was it? How was it?” Taemin was practically bouncing on the bed.

Unable to resist the maknae’s cuteness, Key laughed, “Calm down, Taeminnie.”

Taemin did as asked and demanded, “Well?!”

Key smiled, “It was great. It’s not easy to describe Taeminnie, and I don’t think I want to give you all the details.”

Taemin pouted.

“What’s on your mind? You must have been thinking about something when you were staring out at the moon,” Key said.

Taemin blushed, “Nothing! Good night, Key-umma!”

“Yah!”

The next day, SHINee was back in Korea. As they made their way through the airport, many fans crowded around them. They made their way to the car and everyone breathed a sigh of relief as the car started for the dorm. Unfortunately, their relief was short lived as they suddenly screeched to a halt when a taxi suddenly cut in front of them. They barely avoided colliding with the front taxi. The members flinched when they heard another screech and a crash. Looking to the left, they saw that another car had rammed into the passenger side of another taxi. After checking to make sure everyone was okay, their manager got out of the car to find out what happened. Key turned in his seat to check on Taemin and Jinki as soon as he made sure the other members were fine. Jinki was rubbing his shoulder in pain, but seemed fine other than that. Taemin, however, was white as a ghost.

“Taeminnie?! What’s wrong?” Key exclaimed as he looked him over. Taemin didn’t seem to have a single scratch on him.

“Taemin?” Jinki called.

Taemin couldn’t hear his hyungs calling him nor could he see their worried faces. No, the only thing he saw was the girl in the taxi that the other car had crashed into.

Key grew more and more worried as Taemin grew paler and paler. He reached over and shook Taemin.

“Taemin!” he practically shouted as he shook him.

It seemed to jar the younger male out of whatever daze he seemed to be in.

“Taemin, are you alright? What’s wrong?” Key asked again.

“Hyung…that car,” Taemin pointed to the taxi.

“It was crashed into, Taemin-ah,” Jinki said.

Taemin shook his head.

“What about that car, Taemin-ah?” Key asked.

“That car…she’s in that car,” Taemin whispered brokenly as tears formed in his eyes.

“Who? Taeminnie, who’s in that car?” Jonghyun asked.

“Maggie,” Key whispered.

Key had looked in the direction of the taxi to see what had shaken Taemin so badly. At first, he saw nothing wrong. However, as he stared at the taxi, Key realized there was a girl lying against the window in the backseat of the passenger side. Her head was bleeding, she was unconscious, and she was the girl Taemin liked.

Hello hello!! It's been...ages since I've updated. (Not really, but I'm too lazy to count.) You're probably all very unhappy with me because I haven't updated in a while...and because I left a cliffhanger xD I was really stuck on what to write for this chapter so I've been typing and then deleting everything many times TT BUT this chapter is longer :D Am I forgiven? ><

Also, I'm still working on responding to everyone >< I've been so busy lately that I've only gotten to thank and reply to a few people >< But I'm free (kinda..sorta..somewhat..not really TT) once Friday is here! Spring Break!
