SHINee had finished performing at the festival and were currently resting at the hotel. Taemin had showered and was sitting on the window sill behind the curtains, staring out at the night sky with a smile on his face. Key-umma had translated everything Maggie had said.

“She likes me,”he thought with a smile. He saw the moon and wondered if she was staring out at the moon as well.

“Key, we need to talk,” Taemin heard Jonghyun-hyung say.

Curious, but knowing it was wrong, Taemin was deciding whether or not he should stay hidden behind the curtain or come out and give them their privacy.

“What is it?” Key-umma replied.

“I need to tell you something, and it involves us both,” Jonghyun-hyung replied.

There was silence and Taemin wondered what was going on before he heard the creak of the bed and crinkling of sheets. They must have sat down.

“The song we wrote…” Jonghyun-hyung started off.

“What about it?” Key-umma asked.

“Originally, the song I was writing was about Se kyung,” Jonghyun-hyung said, “But now, I realize that my lyrics no longer talk about her.”

“Okay, but what does that have to do with me?” Key-umma asked.

There was silence and it seemed Jonghyun-hyung wasn’t going to answer.

“Do you…like someone else?” Key-umma asked.

“I don’t know,” Jonghyun-hyung replied.

Taemin’s eyes widened. Jonghyun-hyung didn’t know?! Does that mean hyung has feelings for someone else other than noona now?

“The lyrics you wrote…who were they about?” Jonghyun-hyung asked.

Wait, what? Key-umma wrote lyrics too? Were they working on a song together?

There was a long period of silence and Taemin wondered why Key-umma wasn’t responding.

“Key?”

“They were about you, hyung,” he finally responded.

The bed creaked again and Taemin heard Key-umma say, “Hyung?” before it was silent again.

What was going on?!

OTHER SIDE OF THE CURTAIN

Key stared in surprise as Jonghyun came closer to him. They were barely an inch apart. Key stared into Jonghyun’s eyes.

“Good, because mine were about you too,” the vocalist said before leaning forward.

Key’s eyes widened as Jonghyun’s lips met his in a sweet kiss. With a little bit of coaxing, Key responded to Jonghyun’s kiss. The kiss grew more passionate and they only separated when oxygen became a necessity.

MEANWHILE…BEHIND THE CURTAIN

What’s going on?!?!?!

Taemin desperately wanted to know.
