Once they reached the house, Luhan had immediately broke away from Sehun and shut himself in his room. Sehun was completely dumbfounded. He attempted knocking on the other’s door, trying to open it but with no avail. He moped on the couch, aimlessly watching the television.

“What’s wrong with you?” A voice suddenly asked.

Sehun propped himself up to see Tao standing there. He shrugged as a response.

“Boyfriend problems?” Tao mused.

The younger buried his face in the couch, “Go away.”

“I suppose I’m right then.”

Sehun felt Tao’s weight on the couch.

“What’d you do?” Tao asked.

“I dunno,” Sehun grumbled, “I just messed with him in the park. I didn’t think he’d get that mad.”

“Mad enough to...?”

Sehun sat up and continued, “Mad enough to push me away legitimately. Like, he’s done it before, but he’s knows it was a joke because I always do that to him. And he was just distant.”

“Distant meaning?”

“He’s been weird around me. As if he doesn’t want me anymore.”

He doesn’t want me anymore...?

Tao hesitated, “Do you know why?”

“Have no idea. Do you?”

Tao took a bit too long to answer, “I don’t.”

“You do!”

The older sighed and left the room without a word.

“Wait, what? Tao!” Sehun called out, “You could at least tell me!”

There was no response. The maknae groaned and laid back down on the couch, pinching his nose bridge. 

What is up with everyone today?

His mind wandered back to what he had said to Tao.

“As if he doesn’t want me anymore.”

As if he doesn’t want me anymore.

A strange feeling welled up inside of him, most predominantly in his chest. He clutched his shirt, trying to calm himself down.

...I think I might be die.

Luhan peeked through his door, making sure no one - or more importantly, someone - was around. Seeing no harm, he took a step out. His stomach rumbled; it being the reason why he had to surrender to his retreating. He made his way out of the room and into the hallways.

“Where do you think you’re going?” 

Luhan yelped as a pair of arms wrapped around behind him. He carefully looked behind his to see Tao smiling at him.

“Oh goodness, Tao,” Luhan exasperated, “You scared me. I thought you were-” He stopped himself before saying anything.

Tao shrugged, “Why? Who you think I was?”

“Um...”

The younger raised an eyebrow.

Luhan sighed in defeat, “I thought you were Hunnie.”

Tao loosened his grip, “He’s upset, you know.”

“I know,” Luhan replied, “I know.”

“Are you going to do anything about it?”

The older shrugged, “I don’t know, Tao. What can I do?”

Tao began to walk away, but he looked at the older.

“Tell him.”

“But-”

Before Luhan could finish, Tao had already stalked away. 

“I don’t want to break his heart.” Luhan whispered.

Right after the encounter with Tao, Luhan had quickly dashed downstairs into the kitchen. Luhan quickly crammed whatever there was in the pantry in his mouth, not wanting to stay in the kitchen for too long. After he chugged down the water to help flow the food in, he made a quick escape to his room. Unfortunately his eyes wandered to the boy on the couch. Cursing his self-will, he crept closer to find Sehun sleeping. Luhan sighed as he put a blanket over his boyfriend.

“Hunnie.” Luhan whispered. He stoked Sehun’s cheek with his hands. Instantly, the younger’s eyes shot open. Sehun grabbed his hyung’s hand and flipped the positions, him being above Luhan who was now on the couch.

“H-Hunnie.” The older stuttered.

“Hmm?” Sehun leaned down and kissed Luhan full force. His hands began to sneak up their way underneath the boy’s shirt. The older shivered at the touch. Sehun soon made his lips trail along Luhan’s jawline and down his neck.

“Sehun!” Luhan yelled. The boy’s eyes grew wide as he stopped what he was doing. He looked at his older who’s eyes were unreadable.

“H-Hyung?” 

Luhan shoved him off and sat up with his head low.

“Can you quit it,” he mumbled, “Can you just stop?”

Sehun reached out for his lover but to only have his hand smacked away.

“Leave me alone!” Luhan hissed. He pushed Sehun out of the way before retreating back to his room.

Sehun stayed their motionless. His mouth was agape, and his eyes soon felt watery. The tears soon streamed right after. He laid back down on the couch with a thud. Sehun’s heart shattering into pieces.

I-Is this part of the sickness too?

In a room not far away, muffled sobs were heard. Luhan buried his face in the pillow, trying everything in his power to stop the flow. The pain in his chest was way too strong though. It was overwhelming him with every second passing.

“Oh, God, Hunnie,” Luhan cried, “I’m so awful. I’m so sorry. Please understand. Please forgive me.”

Luhan took a deep breath and whispered, “Please, please forgive me.”
