chapter 20: Dinner

 

The atmosphere around the table is still heavy.

 

"Guys lighten up" I said but they just stared into space and decided to ignore me.

 

"Okay for our customers who wants to share their music the stage is all yours." An  employee announced; there is a grand piano on stage I decided what to do next.

I started playing cannon in D  on the piano.

 

There's no one else here but me, my brother, and my friends. 

 

This is for telling them I'm fine because I got through the problems that came my way. 

 

I got over the hurt I was feeling before and now my life is much brighter because of them. 

 

This is for saying thank you because now that they are here I'm much stronger.

 

Telling them I'm grateful for everything.

 

I'm much happier now especially now that my brother is here.

 

Even though I don't know where the hell he has been I'm just thankful,

 

To Infinite who helps and protects me,

 

To Teen Top who makes me laugh,

 

To the ever faithful maknaes even though they bug me, they never fail to make me happy.

 

For all of them because my laugh is more colorful than the rainbow.

 

The melody is unique and more beautiful than any musical piece there is.

 

They make me sing in joy,

 

Every moment I have with them is being cherished and I'm sure there will be more to come.

 

In everything I do they remind me they have my back,

 

When everything goes wrong I know that they will be there to comfort me,

 

For problems that will come we will stick together and help each other.

 

I know they don't know much about me because of my personality,

 

But now I'm ready to open the door that has been closed for a very long time.

 

Because of them I have a different light,

I finish the song and heard everyone clap as I stood up and bowed.

 

"That was awesome dongsaeng." Gikwang oppa complimented.

 

"It made me tear up." Yoseob faked crying.

 

"Wahhh! noona is awesome!!" Sungjong exclaimed.

 

"JJANG!" Ricky added.

 

"Fantastic!" Changjo clapped his hands.

 

"Hehe thanks guys."

 

L's POV

 

Wow I can't believe she went through all of those. You never fail to surprise me every time ~~~~~.

 

I wish I could be the person who will make you smile.

 

Then I heard a piano playing; I look up and saw her.

 

Her fingers move gracefullt around the piano making me feel like somehow I'm even heaven. The melody played like she's telling a story.

 

She's happy I can see that, I just wish that smile will stay on your face because it'll hurt me to see you hurt.

 

I don't know why...

 

But I really LOVE you...

Damn I hate it!

 

Why did she have to suffer like that?!

 

Don't worry I'm here...

 

I'll never let anyone hurt you from now on.

 

I'll be your shield.

 

That smile please continue smiling like that.

 

Because it brings light not only to me but to people around you.

 

I'm falling for you deeper and deeper.

 

So please don't cry.

 

Because I will hurt more and more to see you in a state you've been before.
