That night, you rested on your bed as Sunggyu gently rolled a hard-boiled egg (without its shell) along the large bruise on your forehead. At first, when he suggested the idea, you thought he was crazy and protested that egg would get all over your hair. However, with some persuasion, you managed to give in. 

Your phone suddenly rang. You tilted your head and answered it. “Yeoboseyo?”

You heard Youngmin’s chirpy voice on the other end. “~~~~~~~-ah!”

You grinned. “Youngmin oppa! Merry Christmas!” 

Heads turned your way when you announced his name. Sunggyu stared at you with wide eyes, holding the dejected egg in his hand. ‘Youngmin? What does he want now?’

“Hey, ~~~~~~~! How’s Japan?” You could hear him smiling.

“It’s great! The weather is beautiful here! What about you? How’s the mountains with the lovebirds?” You laughed lightly.

“Ugh, don’t remind me.” You heard
