Tomorrow finally came, and Minjeong was sitting far away from her best friend and the others under the shade of a tree.

She wanted to isolate herself and think for a while before the bus arrived.

There she saw one of her "people" who had his back laid against the tree, Dong Sicheng.

Minjeong rolled her eyes, "I'm smiling because I'm crazy." she answered with sarcasm.

Win chuckled, sliding down his headphones around his neck. Then he casually sat down next to the girl and gave her a particular card.

"I had two, you can have this one." The taller scratched the back of his head, "You never really told me anything but I think you might've liked that since we do have a lot of things in common."

It was a hundred-dollar steam gift card.

Minjeong always adored games and would spend most of her time inside her apartment to play them. However, the sudden gift from this person got her taken aback.

"Why are you giving me this?" she tilted her head.

Win shrugged and focused his eyes on the crowd of students in front of them, "I won it inside this arcade back at the hotel."

"Oh? You don't have any other intentions do you?"

Win shook his head, "I'd be too lazy to think of one." he laid his back on the backrest.

Minjeong could only snicker at the taller's answer and put the card inside her bag, then also laid her back on the backrest.

"Thanks."

"Mhm, then you don't mind me sitting here in silence right?"

"Yeah, that's fine."

The two just sat down on the bench without exchanging any words, and the fact that Win was so quiet made the girl's thoughts more comfortable.

It was unusual to have a company that didn't seem like a company... if that even exists.

On the other side, Ning and Aeri couldn't help but notice these two and gaze at them in awe.

"They have a lot of things in common huh?" Ning pulled out her phone to take a picture of the two figures.

"They look cute together." Aeri nodded her head, "Plus... Minjeong seemed to be comfortable around him."

Ning chuckled, "You talk like that as if you know her."

Suddenly a bottle crumpling was heard beside the couple which caused the two to look towards it and see Jimin who was drinking the bottle of water.

Jimin quickly noticed this and paused her drinking, "Ah... Sorry, I was drinking too fast that I didn't notice that it was already empty."

The girl threw the crumpled bottle into a nearby trashcan and walked beside her boyfriend as if nothing happened.

The couple just looked at each other confusingly and shrugged this off.

When the bus finally arrived a few minutes later, Minjeong and Win stood up from the bench and gave each other a fist bump as a farewell.

They rarely interacted with each other, but both felt a small friendly connection as they walked away from each other.

Minjeong walked towards the others and greeted them, the four of them then lined up along with the other students to go inside the bus.

"You and Win seem close?" Ning automatically hooked her arm around her best friend.

"We're acquaintances." Minjeong shrugged, "We just both happen to like silence."

Ning grinned, "Is that so?"

Minjeong rolled her eyes and patted her best friend's back with medium force before sliding away from the girl's arm and going inside the bus.

Walking further inside the bus, she saw Jimin who was already tapping on the seat next to her.

The shorter only sighed and sat down next to her.

Even though things are now settled between the two of them, Minjeong couldn't help but feel slightly awkward around the girl.

Maybe it's just her.

"You feel awkward around me huh?"

Jimin asked, causing the shorter to flinch and widen her eyes.

"Wow, so blunt."

"I'll make sure to keep an appropriate distance."

"Appropriate?"

"...I'll wait till you're comfortable."

Jimin replied with her head facing down her lap, her voice traced a bit of disappointment but soon sighed it off and laid her back on the backrest.

Minjeong huffed and patted the girl's shoulder.

"Then when will you tell me?"

"Hm?"

"When will you spill everything?"

Jimin pursed her lips, "I believe that some truths should never be known."

"I'll respect that, but if you ever consider telling me... I'll wait."

Minjeong wore up her headphones and focused on the scenery through the window.

Jimin couldn't help but look at the girl hesitantly as she dropped her head down on the shorter's shoulder, sighing.

"I miss being close to you like this..."

Minjeong felt her shoulders tensing up for a millisecond though quickly softened as soon as she saw the taller falling asleep, she didn't react further and released a long sigh.

It was weird.

The foreign feelings she threw away years ago abruptly appeared, her heart was thumping oddly.

Her ears were occupied by the irregular chaos of her heartbeat, causing her to raise the volume in her headphones and close her eyes to calm her pounding heart.
