PositiveWhile someone was trying to put makeup on, someone was trying to dress him up. Hyesung had gotten used to this so he just stood patiently in the middle of the room and waited. “They don’t fit,” he commented to the stylist.
“It has to fit,” she sounded confused. “You always fit this size.”
“Are you sure?” Hyesung raised an eyebrow.
“I am sure, Hyesung ah…” She promised. “This is the size I always choose you.”
Hyesung looked at himself from the mirror. The shirt fit quite well, but the pants just wouldn’t close. “Maybe this stylist uses different scale?” Another person chimed in to which Hyesung nodded. “Maybe we should try another pair.”
The young stylist heaved a long sigh and went back to the wardrobe. She came back with another pair of pants and told the man to get in them. “They don’t get closed either.” she commented dryly. “Are you sure you have not gained weight? I know we haven’t asked you to come over in couple of days.”
“Why would I eat?” Hyesung asked shocked. “I know how my body works.”
“Well, whatever it is, these pants won’t fit and you won’t be able to do the photoshoot.” The stylist spoke and took the discarded pants from the floor and wrapped them over her arm. “I will call Jaejoong then.” she flipped her hair and stepped forward.
Hyesung hesitated.
“Wait!” he yelled.
The stylist turned around.
“Yes?”
“I’m…I’m pregnant…”
“What!?” she and the other girl screamed.
“Why are you sitting in the dark?” Hyesung heard his ex-boyfriend’s voice from the doorway; the lights were switched on. “Yah, why aren’t you answering me?” Eric dropped something to the floor. “Fine, I won’t give you the cheeseburger then. As a matter of fact, I will eat it.” he mumbled.
“Wait…” Hyesung murmured. “Don’t eat it…”
The older man turned toward Hyesung and stared at him. “Well? What went wrong?” The model glanced at him. “You think I wouldn’t know? When we were together, you did this when something bad had happened. Tell me.” Eric slumped down next to his ex-lover and placed the warm bag from McDonald’s onto the lap.
“Well, I sort of got fired today.” Hyesung flashed a painful smile.
“How…sort of?” Eric still wore his enormous winter jacket.
“It was not really fired, more like…go get your baby and wait for our call.” Hyesung unwrapped the paper and revealed the cheesy goodness – it smelled amazing. “As in…they won’t call me ever again.” he chuckled dryly.
Eric stared at the profile of the model and then sighed. “See, I told you, you should have told them earlier…” once Hyesung glared at him, Eric closed his mouth. “I kind of heard about it already…that’s why I came.”
Hyesung scoffed.
“I got a call from an agency,” Eric explained. “I will start taking pictures of Jaejoong next week.”
Hyesung stopped munching.
“Wait what?” he asked, mouth filled with cheeseburger. “You…and Jaejoong…alone…in your studio?” he stuttered.
Eric ogled at the model with big eyes as if not understanding a word Hyesung was uttering. “Well, since…I don’t want to work with you anymore, the agency called me and signed me in.” he explained. “And I need the money.”
Hyesung scoffed yet again.
“How can you do this to me?” he muttered after he swallowed. “How can you work with that job-stealer like this?!” Hyesung placed his hands onto his stomach. “How can you do this to our baby…?” he interrogated seriously.
Eric recoiled.
“What do you want me to do…?” He asked.
“To take my side.” Hyesung pouted.
“You lied to your agency, Hyesung…” Eric sounded monotonous. “But fine, I won’t take the job. But you better find me a new one…better one!” he stood up and removed the jacket. “Shin Hyesung, you owe me big time.”
“Since when…?” Minwoo murmured while he was watching the flirtatious show of Kim Dongwan and his busty girlfriend. “Nuna, since when?” he repeated when Youngmi seemed to not care about him.
“I don’t know,” She answered. “I asked around but no one seemed to know.” Minwoo stared at the woman from head to toe and scoffed. “I could have asked the nerds of the IT-floor
