“Very funny. You just asked me my name and now you want my to marry you?” I laughed.
“I would have just asked you to marry me from the start, but I wanted to know the name of my future bride first. I thought that was polite.” He smiled a toothy grin and his deep dimples came out. I could see every feature on his face even though this bar was dimly lit.
“Does this pickup line ever work?” I laughed out as he stood there looking totally serious. “What if I said yes? Then what? Would you actually marry me? That would be insane!”
“I would take you to the courthouse first thing in the morning to make it official,” He said seriously as he locked his eyes on mine.
