Kyungsoo ~ Absolutely

We Will Meet Again (KaiSoo ft. ChanBaek, HunHan, & SuLay)

TIME SKIP~~ just a month tho(and then another month oops hitting you with the time skips again xD)

I walked up to the apartment shared between Jongin and Sehun. I knocked on the door, stuffing my hands in my coat pockets. It just seemed to be getting colder by the second, whether it was only autumn or not. Tonight was mine and Jongin's anniversary. Two years flies past you quickly when you know you're really in love with someone. I was dressed in a simple black sweater and grey skinny jeans, with sneakers. I never liked anything celebrated super fancy and elaborately, and neither did Jongin, quite frankly. Last year, it was just before I left so we didn't really celebrate it. Guess that's half my fault.

I had no idea what he was planning, but he'd told me to just come over. Which leads me to here, waiting for him to open the damn door because it's freaking cold. I became impatient so I knocked again, harder than the last time I did.

"I hear you, I'm coming!" That's not Jongin's voice. Sehun. The door opened, revealing Sehun clad in jeans and a long-sleeved tee. He smiled slightly at me. "Hey, hyung. Jongin's in the shower, he'll be out soon."

I grunted. "He's the one that planned everything...I'm gonna kick his , Lord in Heaven."

Sehun chuckled then opened the door wider for me to come in. I did so, rubbing my hands together for warmth. I slipped my sneakers off and walked into the living room, sitting myself on the couch.

"I'll tell him you're here."

I nodded, laying my head on the armrest of the couch. I heard a bunch of shuffling around, very quick shuffling. That caused a smile to rise in my face, and in a few minutes, Jongin came out, hair wet and dressed in black skinny jeans and a white sweater. His expression was panicked and frantic.

I laughed, shaking my head. "You ."

"Shut up, I'm just running a little late."

I sat up and rose to my feet, then walked up to him, smiling wider. I moved a few wet strands of his hair in attempt of relaxing him. That gesture seemed to work, seeing his expression softened to a loving one and he smiled. I leaned up and pressed a kiss to his lips, which he returned unhesitatingly.

"I'll blow dry your hair for you." I said against his lips after the kiss was broken.

I felt him smile again. "Sounds good to me."

We went into the washroom. I plugged in the hair dryer, and switched it on. Jongin sat on the toilet seat as I ran my fingers through and dried his hair. The few minutes I did that were silent, besides the dryer being loud as it was. But I enjoyed the silence. He'd smile like a dork at me from time to time, as I continued to dry his hair. I just smiled back and stuck my tongue at him once or twice. When his hair was damp, but on the dry side, I shut the dryer off. I played with his hair a little bit, moving it in how I want it to look. Not that whatever he did would be good too, but I quite liked playing with his hair. It was soft to touch, and light.

He stood back up eventually, taking hold of my hand. "You ready to go, then?"

I nodded. "Yeah."

He kissed the corner of my mouth briefly, then lead us out of the washroom. Sehun was back in the living room, watching some action movie. He looked up at us. "Have fun, lovebirds." A smirk played on his lips.

Jongin darted his tongue out at him. Sehun did the same back. I couldn't help but chuckle just a little bit at that. We got to the front. I tied my sneakers on before Jongin did, being he had to grab his coat. When he was ready, he smiled warmly, grasping my hand again. We walked out of the apartment, cold air surrounding us immediately.

", it's freezing!" Jongin exclaimed, causing me to laugh. He held my hand tightly. "Guess that just gives me every right to keep holding your hand."

I kicked him in the shin. His face contorted in pain. "I'm not ready for your corny yet, kkamjong."

"C'mon, babe, it's our anniversary and I'm corny as with you everyday."

I pouted. "Fine."

He pulled me down the stairs and onto the sidewalk. As soon as we got to the bottom, he kissed my lips again. I wasn't expecting it, therefore, I couldn't even kiss him back, it surprised me so much. He broke away, his eyes clouded with love. I blinked twice, and breathed out. He, then, whispered in my ear, "Happy anniversary, Kyungsoo."

The way he called my name made me blush. He usually didn't use my full first name...but he did now and it made my cheeks hot. A smile grew on his lips, and he continued leading me.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"You'll see."

I humphed, asking no other questions. We kind of just walked in silence after that. Eventually, we stopped. We were in front of my parents' restaurant.

"Jongin, what's going on?"

He smiled down at me, squeezing my shoulder. "Don't worry. Your dad set up a room for us and the food should already be made." Then he said in my ear, "It'll just be you and me. No one will bother us."

I blushed again, and nodded my head. I'll have to thank Dad later. We walked inside, the atmosphere as familiar as it always was for the past eighteen years. I practically grew up there, my family's restaurant. My parents were always there, Hyunsoo, my brother, and I always helped out, cooking, cleaning, or waiting on tables. I learned to cook there. It may seem...cheesy, you could say, but I couldn't be more happy about Jongin bringing us there.

Taeyeon, the hostess, and my brother's girlfriend, smiled wide when she saw me. She engulfed me into a tight embrace. "I haven't seen you in forever!"

I smiled, patting her back. "Good to see you too, Noona."

She let me go, then looked at Jongin. "Oh, is this the famous 'Jongin' I've heard much from your parents about?"

Jongin smiled as well. "Sure am."

"I'm Taeyeon. Hyunnie's girlfriend."

I couldn't help but smile at their meeting. Taeyeon is a really sweet girl, same age as my brother, which is by four years, really smart, hardworking, and living towards Hyunsoo. She led us to a room in the back. Only one table was in the room, two tall, lit candles in the middle of the table. The table cloth was black, accented with red designs on the edges. There were empty wine glasses on the table, and a bottle of red wine, what I presumed. My heart began beating faster. Tears formed in my eyes. Taeyeon smiled at us again, and left.

I turned to Jongin. "Nini, you didn't have to do all this."

Jongin smiled gently. Our fingers entwined together. "I wanted to. I did it for you." He cupped my cheek with his other hand. He wiped my eyes, noticing the tears that had appeared. "Don't cry. You're supposed to be happy, not crying."

I chortled slightly, and threw my arms around his neck and kissed him. It lasted for a few moments, then it was broken. We sat down at the table. Our food came out a couple minutes later.

After dinner, it began to snow. In the middle of October. Yes. October. Just that cold, I guess. More than that, it was sticking. And the snow was falling in small clumps. But it was pretty, really. I always liked watching snow fall, especially at night. At night, it's just calming. We went on a walk, snowflakes falling into our hair. I kept my head nuzzled into his chest, and his arm was wrapped around my shoulders. Everything just seemed right.

But it should. At least, for now.

"You look beautiful." Jongin said out of the blue.

I must have turned a crimson red. I looked up at him quickly. "W-what are you–"

"The snow," he intercepted, "you look beautiful with snowflakes in your hair. But you look beautiful everyday."

"Again with your corny ."

"I can be corny whenever the hell I want to."

I snorted, looking back up at him. Our lips met halfway in a chaste kiss. Suddenly he stopped, causing me to stop too. ", I almost forgot." He began digging in his coat pocket, his actions piquing my interest. A box was in his hand. I furrowed my eyebrows. He removed the lid and handed it to me.

A pair of rings sat inside. They were silver. Black music notes were all around them.

My free hand shot up to my mouth. "J-Jongin..." I was completely speechless.

"I saw them at the jewler shop. You know, when we went with Chanyeol for Baekhyun's ring. The manager dimmed down the price, and I bought them for us."

A tear left my eye, which I wasn't expecting at all. I looked back at him. He was smiling that gorgeous smile I loved so much. "They're beautiful, Jongin." I buried my face in his chest, my arms wrapping around his waist. His body was so warm. "Thank you." His arms closed around me, one of his hands fondling in my hair. He kissed my head. Then he let me go and took the box from my hands. He removed one ring out, grabbed my left hand, and slid it onto my ring finger. I bit my lower lip as I took the second ring out, and did the same for him.

His lips melded into mine first. I whimpered a bit, the kiss taking me by surprise. My arms ended up around his neck again, and his around my waist, deepening the kiss further. I mewled when he bit my lower lip, his tongue entering my mouth.

I stopped him. He looked at me strangely. "What's wrong?"

I rested my head on his chest, hearing his heartbeat. "I don't want anything too heated. I...I just want to cuddle and fall asleep while cuddling. That's enough."

"You're cute, Soo."

"You're an ."

Jongin laughed. "Thanks."

I lifted my head up, smiling at him. "I love you so much, Kim Jongin."

He smiled back at me and kissed me once more. "I love you too, Do Kyungsoo. I love you to the moon and back. You could repeat that as many times possible, and it wouldn't be enough to explain how much I love you."

"You're a corny . But I love you just as much."

He snorted, his nose scrunching up. Our lips met again, but only shortly. "What do you say we go back to my room and have some cuddle time?"

"Absolutely."
