Jae Rim’s POV
So Eun was never someone to back down from a challenge.

Cutting wood was no exception.

She was extremely adventurous and he found that adorable, even if she didn’t cut wood very well.

‘I can do it!’ she demanded, ‘I’m just tired tonight.’

He laughed, ‘ok, next time I’ll teach you how to cut wood.’

‘I thought you’ve never cut wood before?’

‘But I cut wood don’t I?’ he challenged.

She blushed and said, ‘you do look very y when you cut wood. Until you started putting your play voice on.’

He smiled, ‘you would be too awkward if I didn’t make it fun.’

She smiled shyly, ‘how do you know so much about me?’

He didn’t really know, he just saw her and he had…a sense of himself in her.

To be served by her was a strange feeling so to make it less awkward he joked with her and pretended to act out movie scenes.

She plays along so well now with his jokes.

He loved this light hearted side of her.

She was quite a funny woman when she chose to be.

But when she told him about how she wanted to gain weight for a role he knew she wanted him to say, ‘I think you’ll be beautiful either way’.

She tried to interrogate him but the one thing he hated more than anything is for a woman to sneakily do that.

He knew she was doing it because it was part of the script but he also knew she wanted to find out his real answer but he didn’t like being manipulated like that so he gave vague enough answers to satisfy a general audience but leave her fuming.

He wasn’t going to give her everything that quickly, and of course he liked her as she is now, not unhealthy or at 100kg. It wasn’t a lie.

When they took a quick break from filming she said, ‘I’m going to audition for that role anyway!’

He nodded and smiled at her, ‘of course you will, you are my daring So Eun. You do not back down from roles just because someone tells you to.’

She looked at him cautiously, ‘so you respect me as an actor but you cannot accept my weight as a girlfriend?’

‘I love you for you, but I can’t lie and say that I don’t like slim pretty women,’ he told her.

She seemed to consider this fact.
