So Eun’s POV

‘But you’re not interested in the movie right?’

She looked into his eyes, daring him to avoid her question again.

She knew what games he was playing.

In reality, she shouldn’t even be spending time with him alone.

They could get caught and that would be the end of their careers.

She could say goodbye to everything she had worked hard for.

But it was so tempting to ignore all the rules when he was concerned.

‘Um…not…reeeaaallly…’ he said awkwardly.

She crossed her arms and immediately she saw him move towards her in panic.

‘I thought this movie would be alright but I’m not really interested in watching TV. Can’t we just talk? I promise I wouldn’t try anything.’

Secretly, she wasn’t interested in the movie either; sitting this close to him distracted her.

She didn’t know why she was so bold to sit so close to him.

Maybe…she trusted him and longed for that physical connection, beyond their obvious relationship chemistry.

He may be sneaky with his skinship but he was always considerate of her and if she expressed discomfort he would back away.

That was something she appreciated.

No, more than appreciated, she loved that about him.

It was like he understood her needs but he never gave up on her.

She never thought a man would ever be that patient with her.

Because of her trust in him, she would be quite happy to spend the evening just talking to him.

‘Ok oppa, what do you want to talk about?’

His face lit up and he said, ‘we should keep it interesting, we will ask one question per person. And then the other person has to answer and ask one question. How about that?’

She nodded, he was always creative.

‘You start first,’ she said.

‘Why did you want to do WGM?’

He surprised her with that question.

‘Um…I wanted my parents to stop taking me to see match-makers or tell me that I should go and date someone.’

He chuckled, ‘of course, my jagi is smart.’

She blushed at the affectionate nickname.

She should be used to it by now hearing it on the show all the time
