‘Kamsamnida, everyone.’ Hoya, Sungkyu and Baby Soul bowed at the concert staff and camera crew.

(A/N: For those who don't know Baby Soul, she is an absolutely gorgeous and talented singer, under the same company as INFINITE~ :D)

Baby Soul checked her watch. ‘Mianhae, I’ve gotta go, sunbaenims. I’ll see you guys at the concert tonight.’

‘Okay, see you then!’ Hoya and Sungkyu waved, and with that, they covered in sweat and breathlessness, went backstage.

For their Second Invasion concert, Hoya, Sungkyu and labelmate, Baby Soul were rehearsing their rendition of Electroboyz and Sistar’s Hyorin, Ma Boy 2. 

‘Ah, hyung. I am nervous.’ Hoya spoke up.

‘Yah, Howon… Don’t be. All Inspirits will be here and maybe you’ll find your lucky one.’ Sungkyu winked at Hoya, leaving him in confusion.

Eh? What did he mean by that?

You yawned loudly and stretched your arms. You groaned loudly.

‘Morning.’ L chirped.

‘Whoa!’ You were taken aback. ‘When did you get here? And where am I?’

The room was similar to some-sort of backstage area of performers. There was Sungyeol getting his hair stylised, Dongwoo listening to hip-hop music and Woohyun snoozing.

‘Well… it’s like 4PM…’

‘WHAT!’ You exclaimed.

‘Concert starts at 7PM.’ Sungyeol said, while getting his hair fixed.

‘That’s right… You only have like one hour to rehearse. Do you remember the lyrics?’ L grinned.

You rubbed your eyes. ‘Um, I think so… but wait, I need to use the toilet.’ You got up from the sofa and threw the blanket away,

L ran in front of you. ‘Uh, not so fast. Promise me one thing. Don’t let Hoya see you, okay?’

You nodded and L let you through.

‘Ma girl, ma girl, ma girl, ma girl…’ Hoya had the tune stuck in his head, that was until he heard a familiar voice.

‘Ma boy, ma boy, ma boy, ma boy, nado saranghae~’ Wow. That sounds like Saehyun…

I miss her so much...

She hasn't call in such a while...

Or maybe I am just imagining, Hoya thought.

Maybe, Baby Soul is here early.

He was approaching the door.

Where you were rehearsing for the surprise.

He reached the door.

‘Again!’ L and Sungyeol’s demanding and chuckling voices were heard.

You didn't have the perfect angelic voice, like Hyorin-sunbae, yet, YG did train you with some vocal training.

Hoya’s hands were on the door knob.

That was until Sungjong came running to him.

‘Hyung, hyung, hyung!’ He ran and panted.

‘Nae?’ He took out his earphones and Sungjong dragged him away from the door.

‘I am really nervous.’ Sungjong started breathing in and out.

Hoya chuckled. ‘You’ll be fine. Don’t worry.’

‘Let’s take some fresh air.’ Sungjong suggested, trying to make Hoya move away from the hair/makeup room, where you were.

‘How do I look?’ You twirled around, in the dress the stylist noona gave you.

‘Wonderful.’ Sungyeol said.

‘Perfect.’ L clapped his hands.

‘Amazing.’ Dongwoo nodded at you.

‘HOT!’ Woohyun smirked.

‘Yah, she is your sister-in-law!’ Dongwoo snapped at Woohyun, who sulked in the corner.

‘On in ten.’ The stage director called.

‘Okay, Saehyun, you remember when you appear right.’ Dongwoo asked.

You nodded.

‘After our Nothing’s Over performance.’ Sungyeol said.

You nodded.

‘Don’t forget the lyrics!’ L pointed at you.

‘Guys, you’re making me nervous.’

All four of them chuckled. ‘We are too. Anyways, let’s do a fighting.’ Woohyun said.

‘1, 2, 3. INFINITE SECOND INVASION FIGHTING! SAEYA COUPLE FIGHTING!’ You cheered in unison.

‘Okay, we better go to the rest, before they come looking for us.’ And they waved off, ready for a spectacular and unpredictable night.

‘Baby…’ Infinite had just finished Nothing Over and the members, quickly left the stage. Hoya quickly changed into a white t-shirt and a pair of jeans, finished off with a blazer, and Sungkyu was the same.

Suddenly the arena filled with young girls cheering and screams. The familiar piano tune of Ma Boy 2 starting filling the arena.

‘Yeah.’ Hoya started. He stood in the lively atmosphere in the centre of the stage.

He smiled at you.

You smiled back, before singing your first line.

You could only smile at Hoya. You momentarily forgot seeing him with that girl.

Not that it matters.

Because you were so close to him.

You kept your head down, nodding your head in rhythm and walking ever so slowly towards him.

Hoya was oh-so-shocked or love struck that he missed a line of the rap, that was until, Sungkyu came running over, grabbing your wrist and started twirling you around.

Argh, that hyung. I will get you back.

You chuckled, when you saw Hoya getting jealous.

You politely bowed, when Sungkyu left the stage.

There was a massive uproar, clapping and cheering from the audience. Suddenly the lights closed and Hoya grabbed your waist.

You could hear his breath.

‘You know, I’ve missed you.’ Hoya whispered, panting.

‘Surprise.’ You smiled and you planted a kiss on his lips.

He return, he hugged you tighter.

You opened your eyes.

In the distance, someone was just standing there.

Immediately you pulled away.

‘Yah. I was enjoying that.’ Hoya pouted.

You chuckled at his childish attitude and swayed in his arms.

The mysterious guy started walking away.

‘I know… but, did you forget. You’re on stage in two.’ You held up two fingers.

Hoya groaned. ‘Fine.’ He let go of your waist.

‘And I need to go use the bathroom.’ 

You pecked him on the cheeks, before running away.

‘Yah. Kim Saehyun. Make sure, you wait for me after the show.’ Hoya shouted.

You nodded and waved goodbye. In fact, you didn’t need to go to the bathroom. You were curious to who that guy was. Ultimately, you found yourself, outside back of the arena.

You sighed. It didn’t matter. You were happy to be in Hoya’s arms again. Happy to see him again. You momentarily forgot about everything and everyone around you.

Nado saranghae, Lee Howon… You sang, as it echoed in your mind.
