‘Ah, I am seriously going to fall!’ You shouted. You cupped your head closer to Hoya’s chest, who didn’t seem to mind.

‘We’re almost there.’ Hoya panted. ‘Aish, Saehyun, when did you get so heavy.’

‘BWOH?’ You opened your eyes, your head still on his chest. ‘Did you say… I AMFAT!’

‘Saehyun. Mianhae. I. Don’t. Mean. It.’ Hoya was literally now out of breath. Five more steps, and you guys would be over the finishing line.

‘Ah, what are you sweating so much?’ There was sweat everywhere from Hoya’s back and your forehead and hands.

‘Omo… Kim. Sae.hyun. Mianhae…’ Hoya was panting every last breath he had.

‘AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!’

You gave the biggest shriek you could have let out.

You were slipping.

You were out of reach.

You momentarily forgot where you were.

Ah. I must be flying.

Flying…

Flying?

Ah! I am falling!

FALLING!

HUMPH!

You landed on the ground. Not knowing where you were, you groaned and muttered. The hard athletics ground was concrete and solid. You fell and landed on your bottom. You might have scrapped your leg. You lay flat out on the ground. Your arms were painstaking killing and you were breathing abnormally.

‘Ah, it hurts.’ You groaned. Your arms and legs stood still where they were.

‘Ow…’ You groaned. You sighed and got up and saw Hoya, in a similar position.

‘Saehyun-ah.’

‘What.’

‘Mianhae.’

‘Anyi. Don’t worry about me. Are you okay?’

‘Yeah.’ He muttered, just catching on his breath.

Both of you were just huffing and puffing, unable to comprehend what just happened.

‘Did we win?’ He asked.

Funny enough, when Hoya dropped you, you reached the finish line, but Hoya collapsed just right where he has. Missed by an inch.

‘So our last place, couple is Saeya!’ Eunhyuk happily announced.

‘Yah! Not. Fair. I am already here. I was here first, and being so, doesn’t it mean we are first?’ You asked.

‘Nope, the rule was both couples must get through. And lucky for you, Saehyun- this race didn’t count!’

‘WHAT?!’ You and Hoya shouted at the same time. Then came the endless cries of groaning and muttering.

‘Yah. That is so unfair. I used my whole body and…’ Hoya spoke.

Shindong laughed and shrugged. ‘Maybe you guys shouldn’t be so competitive.’

‘Aish. Molla.’ You got up and ready for the last final match of the Christmas competition.

‘Okay… so this is the truth game. The wives and husbands will ask questions and whoever ends up the with most truths than lies win WGM’s Christmas competition… Ooh… that reminds me… Eunhyuk…’ Shindong explained.

‘Yeah, the prize you guys having been fighting for is…’

*drum roll*

‘The prize is… A WEEK LONG HOLIDAY WITH YOUR PARTNER! But wait. Not in Korea. Not in Japan. In fact, ANYWHERE YOU GUYS CHOSE!’

Your eyes widened at the prize. ‘Whoa…’

Hoya did the same. ‘That’s amazing… Saehyun-ah.’ He turned and faced you. He grabbed your hand and squeezed it tight.

‘We have to win! After all, it’s your wish right?’ You nodded. You were happy that Hoya cared a lot about you and sadly, you felt that you didn’t give back enough love to him.

You nodded. After all, you guys had nothing to hide right?

‘Okay, Saehyun. Ask your husband, Hoya, the really first question. An answer you DESPERATELY want answered.’ Shindong emphasised on that last word.

‘Hmmm, well… Hoya-oppa… Do you like me or Inspirits better?’

-In the studio-

‘Wah! Jackpot! Nice question! I want to know too!’ Woohyun shouted.

‘Howon-ah. You better answer correctly, so we aren’t making news headlines tomorrow.’ Sungkyu said, pointing at the screen.

‘Yah, Sungkyu-sshi.’ The female MC asked. ‘Don’t you reckon, either of his answers is already going to be tomorrow headlines. Sungkyu and Woohyun laughed. Either way, If Hoya liked Inspirits better You or Hoya liked You better than Inspirits…

‘Of course… You, my wife, Kim Saehyun!’ He gave a straight answer.

‘Oh… it’s the truth…’ Eunhyuk said. ‘Okay, next question…’

‘Do you really enjoy spending time with me or is it just an act for the cameras?’ You asked. Hoya bit his lips, and gave an awkward laugh.

‘Ah.’

‘OMO! Hesitation. Is it just a camera act, Hoya-sshi?’ Eunhyuk asked.

‘Nope. I actually enjoy spending time with you, Saehyun…’ Hoya smiled at you. It was the truth.

You smiled. ‘You’re happy, aren’t you, Saehyun-sshi?’ Shindong asked.

‘Yep. Okay. Last question. Oppa,…’

‘Have you ever… dreamt about me?’ Everyone was raising their eyebrows.

‘What?’ Eunhyuk interrupted. ‘Dreams? Is it true, Hoya-sshi. I want to know.’

‘Well… You mean day-dream or dream, dream?’ Hoya asked. Everyone suddenly laughed at his question. (LOL! :P)

‘Of course, dream.’ Shindong clarified for you. ‘So, do you?’

‘Well… no…’ Hoya looked down.

Oh well… I guess that kiss long time ago, didn’t have an effect.

It was a lie.

‘WHAT? NO WAY!’ Hoya shouted. He immediately got up and saw the machine beeping up and down.

‘So, what happened in your dream?’ Eunhyuk asked all of a sudden.

‘Nothing. I don’t know. Maybe? Huh? What am I say?’ Hoya looked confused all of a sudden.

‘Aigoo.’ You walked over to him and gave him a hug. An assuring hug.

It didn’t matter. You loved Hoya.

Hoya loved you.

You smiled and sway side to side, whilst still hugging him.
