Seyong P.O.V

I decided if we were going to get married we needed to know each other a little more so I took her to the park for a picnic

“Do we really need to go on a picnic?”

I nodded “It’ll be fun”

“I doubt it” she muttered

“What would you rather be doing?”

She shrugged “Shopping?”

“We can go shopping later”

Hanmi P.O.V

He dragged me all the way to the park for a stupid picnic when I could have been something better...

“We can go shopping later”

*When did I ever mention ‘we’?*

“Lighten up” He smiled

“Don’t want to”

Seyong P.O.V

*wow, is she an emo? She seems to always be unhappy*

“Smile~” I pleaded but she just sat there emotionless

“I packed kimbap, eat” I picked up a piece with my hands and tried to feed her but she just took one for herself and ate it

“Tasty?”

She nodded

“Eat more” I tried to feed her another piece but she continued to feed her self

“So...the weather is nice”

We made small talk for a while which was very awkward. After the disastrous picnic we just went shopping. *so much for getting to know each other*

When we walked into the shopping centre, first thing she did was run into different stores and buy a load of things that she probably didn’t need

“Having fun?”

She smiled and happily nodded

I pinched her cheeks “You’re finally smiling” I teased

She pushed away my arm “Ya~! I do smile!”

“Well, you don’t do it enough” I giggled

“What do you think of this?” She pulled out a dress from a clothing rack

“It looks...alright” I looked through the many dresses and took out a good looking one “here, try this”

“It looks too...”

“It’ll suit you” I pushed the dress into her hands and shoved her into a dressing room

“Try it on”

“No” She attempted to get out but I wouldn’t allow it

“Let me out! Why do you want me to try on this stupid dress anyway?!”

“Trust me” I lightly pushed her in the changing room and closed the door

After a few minutes she came out looking amazing. I couldn’t stand but stare at her beauty. She came out shyly “You like it?”

I nodded “You look stunning” I gave her the thumbs up

She gave a small smile “thanks”

I approached her and curled a piece of her hair behind her ear and took out my phone

“What you doing?”

“Couple photo, smile~”

I held up the phone and took a picture of us both. She was still smiling but only a very small smile.

“Perfect” I looked at the picture

She walked back into the changing room and back into her clothes

I took the dress from her and headed over to the checkout

“Ya~! I don’t want it!”

“Who said it was for you?”

“It’s not?”

“Well...it is”

“I don’t want it”

“Too late” The lady handed me the bag and my credit card back.

“Here” I gave her the bag

She rolled her eyes “I’m never going to wear this”

*What changed her mind so quickly?! Only a minute ago she was happy and smiling o_O*

She walked ahead of me and gradually the gap between us got bigger and bigger

“Wait up!” I ran up to her

“I’m meeting someone, you can go home first” She walked slightly faster

“I’ll come with you” I quickened my pace and caught up with her

“Look, I promise I’ll come back home safely. Just go home and I’ll meet you later”

“You sure?”

She nodded

She walked quicker and I quickly lost her

*Damn, she’s gone...she better come back* I decided to leave the shopping centre and go home

Hanmi P.O.V

It took a while to get rid of him but I finally did it J

“Hanmi!”

“Jina!”

We hugged and queued in starbucks for a coffee

“How are things between you and Seyong?”

I didn’t say anything

“When’s the wedding?”

“Stop asking questions about the stupid wedding!” I yelled

Everyone started looking at us funny so I calmed down

“What are you going to do about Thunder oppa?”

“Nothing...just drop the subject”

“Fine fine...”

“Thanks”

“So...have you kissed Seyong yet?”

I sighed *Why am I even friends with this girl?*

After an hour or two we both parted ways to go home

*, I didn’t bring my car*

I made my way home by foot, it was dark but it wasn’t too scary

*Now...which way is home?* I looked around, lost and clueless

“What’s a pretty thing like you walking around and this time of night?” A deep voice came from behind me. I turned around to see who it was but his face was covered by the darkness. He edged his way closer and closer with his friends

I quickly took out my phone and searched through my contacts to see who could help me.

*Step-mum...useless, dad...useless. Hubby? When did I get his number?!*

Before I could call one of them grabbed my arm and took my phone and dropped it to the ground

“What do you want?”

“You’re that Lee Ho’s daughter right?”

I shook my head “Who’s Lee Ho?” I lied

“Don’t play dumb, you’re marrying that big shot Kim Seyong aren’t you?”

I gulped “I don’t know what you’re talking about” I tried to keep my cool but I started to shake nervously

“You’re going to make us a lot of money” One of the guys smirked

“What do you mean?”

They all laughed and dragged me into a van

*Why did I have to walk?!* I thought whilst mentally punishing myself

I tried to struggle my way out but they tied me up

“We’re here” One of the guys smirked

Opening up the van, one of the guys grabbed my arm and pulled me into what looked like was a nightclub. I loosened the knot of the string that was tying me up. I quickly untied myself when they weren’t looking, punched the guy next to me to the ground and made a run for it. They quickly chased after me around a few blocks. After a while it looked like they were long gone and weren’t going to follow me anymore. I was out of breath so stopped in an alley where hopefully they wouldn’t find me.

*That was scary...damn, where am I?* I looked around and there was nothing I could recognise.

*Wait~! I’ve seen that tree before!* I must have been crazy but I walked up to the tree hoping I would regain my memory of where Seyong’s house was.

I looked around a bit more until I stumbled upon the guys who tried to kidnap me before.

*!* I quickly ran away but one of them caught my arm and pulled me towards him

“We meet again” He smirked

“Let go of her, Joker”

*Joker?*

I turned around to see a dark figure walking up to us, it was too dark to see his face. He grabbed the guy’s arm and twisted it. Joker quickly let go of my arm and broke free of the other guy’s grip and ran away.

“Are you ok?” The figure turned to me, I could see a bit of his face as he stepped more towards the light. *What if this guy wants to take me too?!* I didn’t want to take chances and ran away.
