“What’s happening?!”

The guards put their arms in front of me, blocking me from going downstairs

“Sorry miss, we’ve been ordered to protect you and to stop you from running away”

“I’m not running away!”

“Looks like you are” Seyong came out of his bedroom, looking picture perfect

“I’m just going for a morning walk”

“At this time and in this weather?”

I looked outside and rain was pouring down nonstop

“I could have taken an umbrella” I mumbled

“From now on these guards will be looking after you”

“Aren’t you taking this a little too far?”

“Don’t blame me! It was your father’s idea”

“Get rid of them!” I stormed back into my room slamming my door as I did

“Hanmi?!” Seyong was knocking on my door

“What?!”

“They’re gone”

I opened the door to peek a little to see if he was telling the truth and he did! I opened the door a bit more and came out

“How did you get rid of them?”

“I promised your dad I will look after you and be with you the whole time from now on”

“Y-you?” I couldn’t think which was worse, the bodyguards or HIM?!

He nodded “I will be your bodyguard from now on” He smiled

*Urrghh~ that smile irritates me*

“But I don’t want you to be my bodyguard!”

“Well, I can always bring the other bodyguards back”

I shook my head

“Cool, from now on I will look after you”

“Yay!” I said sarcastically

Just then my phone started ringing

“Hello?”

“Hanmi!”

“Cheongdung?”

“That’s me, how’ve you been?”

“I’ve been...ok, what about you?”

“I’ve returned from the Philippines, want to meet up?”

“Yeah sure” I looked towards Seyong, who was waiting for the phone call to end

*Damn, he’s going to follow me*

 “I’ll meet you in 10 minutes, at...Cafe blanc?”

“Ok, meet you there”

I hung up and Seyong looked at me suspiciously

“Who you meeting?”

“Just a friend”

“I’m coming with you!”

“No!” I didn’t want Thunder (Cheondung) to know about my arranged marriage

“Why not?” He pouted

“Uhhh” I tried to think of a good enough reason “You’ll get bored”

“I don’t care, anyways I promised your dad I will look after you”

“Just don’t follow me!” I slammed my door as I went into my room

Seyong P.O.V

*Is she always like this?* I was feeling frustrated. She would always get angry whenever I do anything.

I gave up and went back into my room to take a nap, when I woke up I found out she was gone.

*Why is she always running away?!*

I found a note on her bed

I’ve gone out for a bit, please don’t try to find me or follow me

I’ll be back tonight

*Tonight?!! She’s planning to go out for the whole day?*

I quickly ran to ask Jason if he knew where she was going

“Do you know where Hanmi went?”

He nodded “She just left, she said she was going to cafe blanc”

I started to make my way to my car but Jason stopped me

“Sir, I don’t think you should follow her”

“Why?”

“You like her right?”

*How did he know?!*

I nodded

“If you want her to like you, give her some space, it’s not as if she’ll get kidnapped or not returned til next week”

I agreed with Jason’s reasoning and went back into the house but I still couldn’t help feeling worried...
