Yoona bit on her lower lip hard, holding onto Yuri's hand tightly for support. She couldn't help but let out a few tears of her own, watching Jaeyoung force a smile as he walked in front of the couple with the nanny. Yuri didn't cry but her body trembled, heart breaking.

" I promise I'll be good. Just visit me, okay? " Jaeyoung smiled, turning around to Yoona and Yuri. He didn't like seeing Yoona having tears on her face and he hated to see Yuri being so vulnerable, her lips trembling uncontrollably. 

" Noona, come here... " Jaeyoung beckoned Yuri to bend down so he could talk to her properly.

Yuri bent down on one knee and cupped Jaeyoung's cheeks, she was going to miss her little buddy so much. Jaeyoung was just as upset but he understood, he knew they were busy and he wasn't going to be a burden. 

" Don't be upset, okay? You two will always be my favourite Noonas and forever be in my heart.. " Jaeyoung said in a cracked voice, he couldn't keep it together when Yuri's tears were threatening to spill. 

Yoona covered with her hand, sobbing at Jaeyoung's words. It was so hard to believe that he wasn't even 10 but here he was, teaching them about having people in their hearts. She wanted so much to keep Jaeyoung with them but how could she when there was paparazzi waiting to invade her privacy?

" I love you so much, Buddy. Don't ever, ever forget that, okay? " Yuri brought the little boy into her arms and hugged him tightly, rubbing his back. Jaeyoung was an incredibly strong boy, she thought to herself. 

" N-Noona..... I'm gonna miss you... " Jaeyoung sobbed into Yuri's neck, his little hands holding onto Yuri's shirt. He wasn't ready to go into an orphanage, he couldn't ever be prepared. After some time together with these two perfect ladies, he had to leave for a completely different environment. 

Yuri gave up and she cried too, tears soaking Jaeyoung's shirt as his did hers. If she knew that things would have come to this, she wouldn't have brought Jaeyoung back with her when she first spotted him on the sidewalk. He could have been with a perfect and loving family right now instead of being abandoned by them. 

" Yoona-noona, come here.. " Jaeyoung opened his other arm, inviting the doe-eyed girl in as well. 

Yoona wrapped her arms around her girlfriend and Jaeyoung, three of them crumbling together. Even the nanny who was in charge of bringing Jaeyoung in didn't know if it was the right thing to do after seeing how deep the relationship between the 3 of them was. 

" Okay, Noonas... I need to go now.. " Jaeyoung broke the hug reluctantly and wiped Yuri's tears with his little hands before doing the same to Yoona's. 

" Be good, baby. I'm really gonna miss you. I promise, we'll come back to get you. I'm not gonna ever forget that promise. " Yoona said firmly and kissed Jaeyoung's forehead. 

It was a tough farewell but they got through it. Yoona and Yuri were determined as hell to get Jaeyoung back because this was their only last resort. If they had any other option, they would rather die than let Jaeyoung be moved to an orphanage.

Yuri had to muster all her strength to bring her girlfriend away from there before it made Jaeyoung more upset and now the two were walking along the street, hand in hand. Yoona was still a little down but Yuri tried to be more like Jaeyoung, looking on the positive side of things - he would eventually come back to them. 

" Yoong, are you hungry? " Yuri asked, rubbing the back of Yoona's hand gently. 

" A little bit but I don't think I have much of an appetite. " Yoona answered softly and continued to look down as she walked alongside Yuri.

Yuri sighed and turned towards her girlfriend, " Baby, cheer up, okay? I know it's tough to suddenly send him there but like I said, we will get him back for sure. You know I don't ever break my promises, right? " Yuri asked, caressing Yoona's cheeks. 

Yoona was aware that Yuri wasn't one to make empty promises unless she was a hundred percent affirmative about her decision. However it wasn't just sadness, her heart was filled with guilt because she had gone through the same thing and now, she was doing the same to someone else.

" Trust me, Yoona. We will do this together. " Yuri kissed Yoona's forehead and the younger girl wrapped her arms around Yuri's waist tightly, burying her face into Yuri's neck.

All of a sudden, realisation struck Yuri hard. They were in public and Yoona wasn't wearing her disguise today. She immediately broke apart and looked around anxiously, oblivious of Yoona's hurt expression. Yoona took it the wrong way and she stormed off without another word, leaving Yuri behind jaw-dropped.

" Fany, help me.... I just don't understand why she's so angry with me... " Yuri pouted as she spoke to someone on the other side of the call.

" What exactly did you do, Kwon Yuri? " 

Yuri stomped her feet, Yoona hadn't even come home from the dispute this afternoon. Hold on, it wasn't even a dispute because Yuri hadn't said a single word to her! 

" I pushed her because I was afraid that there would be cameras and other passer bys around, what if they take photos and upload them online? Yoona might lose her career and get into trouble with the company. " 

Tiffany was chuckling on the other side of the line. Yuri had just said the possible reason why Yoona might have been angry with her and yet she still didn't know it. 

" You idiot. Next time before pushing her away, you should try telling her... " 

Yuri face palmed herself so hard that Tiffany could hear it and she hung up, she had given enough hints to her stupid best friend. The tanned girl was at a huge loss for she had no idea where Yoona could have gone at this time of the night.
