Seo Ji Young – 17 Years Old (You)
She is a bright and bubbly girl but recently has had no reason to be that after the tragic death of her parents. She tries to hide the fact she’s hurt and angry in order to protect her younger brother Ji Sung. Behind the endless smiles lies a girl whose heart is emotionally dead.
Choi Young-Do - 18 Years Old
He is the bad boy of the school who doesn’t care about anyone except himself. After being raised by an abusive controlling father and with his mother running away it’s no wonder he is the way he is. It doesn’t help with the fact he lost his first love Cha Eun Sang to his ex – best friend Kim Tan. Though he is fascinated by who Ji-Young is and how she is associated with Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang, his actions definitely speak louder than words.
Jo Myung Soo – 17 Years Old
He is best friends with Choi Young-Do and is an aspiring photographer. He is a cute, enthusiastic boy who enjoys making people laugh. After becoming acquainted with Ji-Young his feelings towards her grow making his friendship with Young-Do unsteady.
Kim Tan – 18 Years Old
Tan is cousins with Ji-Young and takes care of her and her brother as his own siblings. Because he is related to them through his mother, they were rarely ever allowed to meet due to his mother being a mistress. And with his father trying to protect his own image he alienated Tan and Han Ki-Ae from their family.
Cha Eun Sang – 18 Years
She is Kim Tan’s girlfriend and is the closest thing Ji-Young has ever had to a sister. Constantly taking her out to get her mind off of everything. She is a great role model for Ji-Young and is someone who Ji Sung also looks up too.
Seo Ji Sung - 13 Years Old
He is Ji-Young's younger brother who took the death of their parents particularly hard. However he aswell knows he has to be strong for his noona, they both have to be...for eachother.

Foreword
As if Ji Young didn’t have enough to deal with. Having her parents killed by a drunk driver, transferring to a school where she doesn’t fit in, constantly pestered by her overprotective cousin Tan, while all couldn’t get any worse she becomes the target of bad boy Choi Young Do and amongst all the bad she befriends Jo Myung-Soo whom she finds comfort and trust in while dealing with the constant attacks from Young Do.
After some unfortunate happenings Young Do and Myung Soo make it their mission to protect her and while doing so they both fall for her and unknowingly she becomes trapped. Trapped between the two best friends and her feelings for the two.
