The next morning I woke up quite early, even though I didn’t have any schedules today. I quickly freshened up and got my laptop and the 2 CDs ready. I was nervous, especially after yesterday, but at the same time I had a mix of excitement and happiness. Maybe I was going to see their faces again in this video? Who knows? As fast as I could, I got the video ready and started watching…

I had prepared tissues, due to yesterday, ready to cry. But I didn’t. I stared at my laptop screen. I felt as though my thoughts were running 100m/s. I re-watched it. But I did not cry. I had no idea what I was feeling, what I was supposed to feel and how I should react. I wanted to cry… very badly. My head felt like it could explode with the thoughts I was holding in and the fact that my tears weren’t coming out.

After deciding to watch the second CD, I pulled myself together and got the CD ready… then I began watching…

Annyeonghaseyo *bow*

My name is Sian. As you have already, most likely have guessed… I’m your ELF.

You are probably wondering why I bothered doing all this just to show you that your ELFs are still with you. There is a hidden reason as well as the obvious reason. I am sure you will figure it out in time, but remember oppa… smile, work hard and remember. Don’t move on from your old life so quickly please. Remember your old friends, the country, the people who supported you and the new families you made, the ELFs… but not just that, other fanbases supported you too. They supported Super Junior as a whole.

Like I mentioned before in my letter, I am not requesting for you to come back to Super Junior. That will be your choice. Even if it’s just to perform with them once. All I am requesting for is, for you to not move on from those who supported you in South Korea.

I am sorry if I may be bold, but I know you miss Heechul oppa a lot. I also know that you are avoiding him. He is devastated… he needs a friend to comfort him… someone like you.

Kamsahamnida *bow* *smile and wave*

Before I could react… I put both the CDs back in the box, which I put safely away out of everyone’s sight and reach.

Then, I laid down… and started crying.

I woke up the next morning… with a slightly wet pillow.

Everything that happened yesterday suddenly flashed through in my mind. But I wasn’t sad anymore… in fact I was happy. Very happy. I gave out a loud laugh while getting out of bed, I smiled while getting dressed and I smiled while taking a walk in the park for a fresh start to this day.

Last night I had decided to finally let go of my painful memories, keep the cheerful ones and… see the one person I wanted to see the most. But I could not bring myself to buy the tickets. Today I will… and this is all thanks to Sian.

Meanwhile…

Sian’s POV

I looked at him smiling. I didn’t expect to see him here, especially laughing. The way he walked down the pathway, smiling and laughing as if he were thinking back of old memories, he made me smile too. I laughed and looked at the tickets… that I bought for him. 2 tickets actually… 2 pairs for him and the other 2 for…

Hangeng’s POV

I saw her. She was looking down at something, while laughing and leaning back her head, closing her eyes. She was my ELF.

I walked up to her, smiling brightly. As soon as I reached her, she had already noticed me.

I bowed down slightly and said, “Kamsahamnida” while looking at her beautiful face.

A hint of surprise passed her face, which was replaced by the same happiness I was feeling. “No problem Hankyung oppa,” she said smiling broadly and added, “I have a surprise for you oppa.”

“Ne ELF?”

She laughed and pulled out 2 tickets, “I know you will use them. Only time will tell when you actually will,” she said standing up.

“I have actually never met someone like you. I want to thank you in every way possible… I know I can’t do much… but I know that fulfilling every ELFs and Super junior member’s dreams, is the way I will be able to apologise and say my thanks.”

“No need to apologise. You had already been thinking about this, I am only giving you the chance to fulfill it. You did nothing wrong oppa,” she said while bowing, “I’m sorry, but I must leave now. Have a happy day,” she waved.

I took her hand and pulled her into a bear hug.

“Give me your number, little ELF. I need to stay in contact with the one person who helped me when I didn’t know what to do. You helped me face my pains and learn to forget them.”

“Hey, all I did was give you a box of random stuff,” she said winking and laughing.

We exchanged numbers and went separate ways. Without ELF I would be nothing.
