A lot of people would use “memoir” in their title, but what makes this unique is that you added “a love story” there. But to be honest, I was expecting a little flashback of when Jongin and Sulli were still together, since the title said “memoir”.

To be honest I think you shouldn’t have put that statement where it said that Jongin met that volunteer and then got drawn to her. I think that would make a nice plot twist in your story if readers hadn’t found that out in the first place. Good thing you didn’t state who that volunteer was. It was well thought out, though.

I’m fine with your writing style. I really like your background and poster you used because they gave the fic a surreal feeling.

I think you used Sehun as, what they call in dramas, a cameo. It was a really really really minor SeSul in here, so I guess not to disappoint the Sehun/SeSul fans, don’t put Sehun/SeSul in the tags (however I do think this is essential to bring up more SeSul shippers hehe). On a lighter side, you described each character’s thoughts and actions just fine.

//GRAMMAR & SPELLING: (14/15)

“Jongin, you’re idol.” – “Jongin, you’re an idol.”

“It was unfamiliar yet comforting warmth.” – To be honest that sounds a little awkward to me. Either “It was an unfamiliar yet comforting warmth.” Or “It was unfamiliar yet it was comforting warmth.”

“He had scribbling on it throughout the whole afternoon that day.” – “He had been scribbling…”

“How are you feelings today?” – “How are you feeling today?”

“I can be discharge tomorrow?” – “I can be discharged tomorrow?”
