Chapter 3
One week later, it was time for our first class in Arnis. I was near the Architecture building, waiting for someone to come.
There were Accountancy students who were seated next to me. Are they my classmates? I was very shy to ask. But why are they wearing a different shirt? Should you be wearing your PE uniform since it's PE class?
I guess it's their college week after all. If ever, I am the only AB student and I won't be able to relate to them. If only there is someone, who I can talk to.
When they stood up from their positions, I followed them all the way to the grandstand. I seated there in silence. That time, I saw my friend named Kelsey Jung, who is an I.T major.
"Oh my gosh, Soo Jin!" We squealed a little, seeing each other after a month. I told ya, even if we both go to the same school, unless you're blockmates, it will be hard to see each other.
"I miss you, Kelsey!" I said. "What's your PE class?" She was wearing the uniform of the Faculty of Engineering so I wondered.
"Football." She said. "I ran out of slots, that's why." She sighed. "What about you?"
"Arnis." I said, proudly. "Mind if I sit with you? There's no people wearing the same uniform as me." I was very nervous.
"Wait, your PE class is in the grandstand? Well in my registration form it's stated there that we should go to the Quadricentenial Building, but I went there and it says that we have to go here for the orientation."
"That's odd. Maybe you will be oriented here." I said.
"Let's have a seat for a while." Kelsey sure has tons of boys as her classmates. It was football, after all. I started to look at the boys surrounding us, and they were all good looking.
"Haha, let's just pretend that I'm your classmate. Football for the win!" I laughed and so did Kelsey. Some random guy even sat beside me, and he was also handsome. He seems to be quiet and shy.
"Hi, oppa!" Kelsey gathered the courage to talk to him. I saw his name in his I.D and he was an Engineering major named Xi Luhan.
"Annyeong~" That Luhan guy smiled.
I was seated between them as they talked so I just listened. I'm a shy girl, really.
"Oppa, are you also from the football class?" Kelsey said, eager to know.
"Yes, 7-9 class." He answered. I envy Kelsey for meeting a handsome PE classmate. But she's taken anyway.
I looked at different directions that time, hoping to find a classmate. There I saw Mr. Tao, telling me to follow him.
"Ah, my professor is calling me." I stood up from where we were seating and bowed. "I've got to go now, bye!" I looked at Luhan for the last time before I left.
