Chapter 28: Minhyuk’s POV           

           I was standing by the entrance, anxiously waiting for Yun-Ae to come and already my palms were getting sweaty. I checked my phone every few seconds, looking to see if there was a new text message from Yun-Ae or to check what time it was.

           “Aren’t you coming in?” Jaehyo asked.

           Five minutes had slowly passed since we had gotten here. Guests were already going in and the first dance song of the night was beginning to die down.

           “I’m waiting for…” I began to reply when I saw a slender girl with a large package in her hands coming towards the entrance. 

           She was wearing a mini dress with a cream top and black skirt and four inch black stilettos and her pin straight hair traveled to the middle of her back.

           “Is that…Yun-Ae?” Jaehyo asked in shock as her face became more noticeable as she got closer to us.

           “Yeah,” I said as I could feel my heart begin to beat faster.

           “Well, have fun,” Jaehyo said as he rushed inside the party.             

           “Jaehyo, Ahn Jaehyo,” I hissed after him.

           My attempts at getting Jaehyo to stay with me to make sure I wouldn’t say anything really stupid around Yun-Ae were futile. How am I going to be able to talk to her alone?

           “Hi oppa,” I heard her say from behind.

           “Hey Yun-Ae,” I said, turning around to face her.

           Whatever you do, stay calm. Stay calm. You don’t want to scare her. 

           “You look…” I began to say.

           Why won’t my heart stop pounding? I can’t even compliment her it’s beating so much.

           “Wow,” I finally finished.

           “Thank you,” She said shyly. “It’s not too much, is it?”

           “No, it’s…wow,” I said.

           Is wow all you can say?

           “Is wow a good thing or a bad thing?” Yun-Ae asked nervously.

           “Good thing,” I replied. “Come on, let’s go in,”
