"So, G-dragon-sshi. A few years ago, you released a song called 'Butterfly'. Many of your fans were jumping through hoops to figure out who this song was for. Most of them thought it was for your label mate, Dara of 2NE1 and others thought it was about CL."  The MC stated.

G-dragon nodded. "Ne."

The MC continued. "These rumors and speculations have again resurfaced and I wanted to ask you myself, because I'm also curious about whom it is. We all know that Big Bang's dating ban was lifted a while ago, so tell me, is 'Butterfly' a song for your girlfriend? Could it possibly be CL or Dara?"

G-dragon laughed softly before bringing the mic to his mouth.

"Ne, I've heard of these rumors before. It's not CL or Dara. I said it before in an interview that I wouldn't date anyone from the same label, and I'll stick to that, but yes, this song is about my girlfriend at the time." He said.

The MC looked confused. "Girlfriend at the time? Are you not together anymore?"

"Actually, we separated for a bit because there were a few obstacles we were going through." G-dragon said.

"But aren't you supposed to jump through those obstacles together?" The MC asked.

G-dragon laughed again.

"Yes, but this was concerning both of our careers."

"Oh! So she's an idol?" 

"Yes, she is. We separated, but it was mutual in the end. We both understood each other, and we both knew that our dreams have yet to be reached and until we have succeeded, we'll do whatever it takes to get there. So when they were given a huge opportunity to work with some big labels overseas, they took the chance. At the same time, we were preparing for our Japanese debut, so we talked it out and we agreed to go on a break until she came back." G-dragon explained.

The MC looked awed. "Do you still like her? Maybe you guys are together again?"

"Actually, I still very much like her. You'd think that I would get tired of someone after I've been dating them for like 5 years, but it's completely the opposite. I like her more and more each day. She came back from overseas a while ago and is currently on a hiatus and we met up.  So right now, we are currently dating."
