When you were young you lived with your parents in Korea, you had a lot of friends and you got along with almost everyone. When you were five your father died of an unexplained cause that the doctors never told your mother about. Your mother got remarried and you had to move away from all your friends with short notice.

Years later when you turned fifteen you found out that you had the same illness that your father died from, and it causes you to lose your memories in a slow amount of time.

When you turn seventeen your mother convinces her husband and two daughters to move back to Korea thinking that it could possibly help you to remember things that you've forgotten.

Without knowing you meet your best friend friend from years ago and they begin helping you with your dream to become a singer. Though sooner or later you knew that you wouldn't even remember anything about it... and that you were given five years to live after your seventeenth birthday unless you took the surgery that could cause you to lose all memories and never remember them again.

What will happen when you realize that your choice was between dying and being with the person you love, but not remembering them?
