Letter and Text
I Don't Know
RIIIIING~
"Urgh..." I groaned and opened my eye but quickly close it back, wanting to go back to sleep.
RIIIIIIING~~~
"Damn it.." I sit up and looked around my room, turned off the loud alarm clock.
Staring at the empty space, trying to keep my eye open until I heard my phone beep.
I reach out for it lazily.
"It's 5a.m?! Urgh... I must've accidentally set the alarm earlier than it should be.."
I open the text I received.
From:Luhannie deer.
To:Tao.
Gooooooood morning~! Get ready Tao~!
"Really.... At 5a.m?!"
I put it down next to the pillow and lie back down, intending to go back to sleep. Ignoring the text.

"Tao-ah~ wake up~" a voice disturb my sleep.
"Ah... No~"
I groan and pull the blanket, completely covering my face.
The person sighs and spanks my , "You'll be late. Come on~ it's 7a.m"
I quickly sit up, "Ah... Okay.. I'm up, I'm up. Now get out of my room. Why are you even here~!" I whined.
"Excuse me? I'm your mom! Now get your lazy up" my mom said and walks out of the room.
I sit up and grab my phone.
'Oh... 56 messages? What the-'
I sigh and look at it one by one.
Mostly are from Luhan.
"I can't believe this guy.. He texted me every minutes!"
I scrolled down, down, down and my eye shot opened at the last text.
It's from Kris.. I smiled, reading what's written.
It's nothing special but...
From: Kris~
To: Tao.
Morning.
The intention is sweet.
I chuckled as I'm standing up.
I put my phone down on the desk and go inside the toilet.
I stared at my reflection on the mirror and frowned a bit.
"Urgh... Eye bag?"
"This is all your fault Kris Wu!" I shout, pointing at the mirror.
Honestly, after yesterday's text where he called me by my full name, Zitao.
I couldn't sleep a wink and I barely get to sleep, like.. finally! And that damn alarm..
.............
I go straight to my locker as I arrived at the school.
I am about to open the locker when someone jump on me from behind.
"Tao!!!!!!!!!"
I laugh and turned around, "Kai~ oh! You're blonde!" I shouted.
He grinned "I missed you sooooooooooooo much!" And he hugs me.
I looked over his shoulder to see D.O hyung is smiling and give a nod, confirming my guess.
My mouth formed an 'o' and I pull apart from Kai, earning a frown from the latter.
"Aw... Do you hate me?" Kai asks and I smile, shaking my head.
"I need to take out my books, okay?" I pat on his head as I said so.
He nods with a grin.
I take out the books and closed the locker.
I look at D.O expectantly and ask, "Where are the other? I missed them so much"
"Oh? Didn't you get the text?" He said.
My face scrunched up in confusion, "What text? The one that Luhan sent me?"
And D.O nodded in reply.
"Well, I didn't read it all for sure. What's wrong?" I ask, worriedly.
D.O chuckles before answering,
"It's nothing. He was just informing that he'll be busy in the morning. So he can't meet up with us. Same goes to the others in the C department~"
"Then what are you doing here?" I ask.
"What do think? I'm taking care of this brat" D.O shrugs.
Kai frowns and said, "Hey.. Kai is no brat. Right, Tao?"
He looks at me with puppy eyes.
I laugh and ruffled his hair,
"Hmm. Alright, lets go to class now okay? Sehunnie must be alone"
"But Kai hates history class.. The teacher is grumpy.." Kai whined.
"I know, I know.." I pat on his head once again causing Kai to blushed.
'Cute..' I squealed mentally.
D.O clears his throat, asking for attention, "I gotta run now. See you later"
"Okay, Kyungie" I smiled.
We walk into the class while chatting happily.
Well, actually, Kai do all the talking while I'm just responding.
I sit next to Sehun and Kai sit in front of me.
But Sehun keep on tapping on his phone, without once lifting his head or eyes leaving the screen.
"Morning Sehunnie" I greeted, trying to gain his attention.
"Oh! Morning!!" He said, finally looking up from his phone.
"What.... Are you staring at? Or rather, WHO are you texting?" I said, wiggling my eyebrow and smirking.
"What-" as he is about to say something, the teacher walks in and I can hear Kai groans and tries to bury his face with the textbook.
I open my history textbook and something fell out of it.
I pick it up and look throughly at it.
It's an envelope and there's my name on it.
I hesitantly open it, trying to find out the contain of the envelope.
'Oh.. It's a letter'
I read it and my eye almost pop out in shock and I gasped a little.
"What's wrong?" Sehun asks worriedly as he heard me gasping.
I hid the letter and quickly said "nothing" trying to avoid his eye contact.
He nods hesitantly and turned back his attention to the lesson.
'What the....' I can feel heat starting to creep on my face.
"Oh no.." I mumbled to myself and my hand reach up to touch my cheek.
Ding Dong~
The school bell rang, signing the history class to end.
I sigh in relief as I can't pay attention at all during the class.
I keep on staring outside the window as the words in the letter keep on replaying in my head and I can't help feeling wary of my surrounding.
"Tao?? Are okay?" Kai asks and his hand reach up to touch my forehead.
"Yea, are you okay? Your face is red. Are you sick?" Sehun ask as he looked at me.
I take Kai's hand in mine to bring it down, "I'm okay Kai-ah, Sehunnie. Don't worry" I tried to laugh.
Just when Sehun is about to ask something, my phone beep signing a new message received.
I mentally thanked whoever the sender is and smiled, using it as my gate to escape from further questioning.
From: Kris~
To: Tao.
I'm tired.. And bored. It's killing me.
I chuckled, gaining attention from both Kai and Sehun,
"Is it Kris?" Sehun asks, smirking.
"Shut it brat" I said and I saw Kai frowned.
I turned to him, "did you not sleep Kai?"
"I.. Did not. The teacher is too loud~" he whined in small tone.
"I'm sorry" I pat on his head.
He grins.
"Don't you want to reply?" Sehun asks again and I glared at him, before I could say anything, Sehun's phone make a beeping sound.
I smirk, "don't YOU want to reply?" And he groaned.
I laugh before turning back my attention to the text.
From: Tao.
To: Kris~
Then hurry back ㅠㅠ . Anyway, fighting ㅇㅅㅇ
I replied and put my phone in my pocket.
Sehun suddenly stands up and looked panic,
"Ah.. Guys, I need to go" he said as he snapped out from his thoughts and begins to stuff his books and stationery in his bag.
Kai looks at him, feeling anxious "What? Why? What about class?"
"I'm sorry, just tell the teacher anything. It's an emergency, okay.. Bye" before we could say anything, he already walked out from the classroom.
"I wonder what happen..." I mumbled quietly.
Kai let out a sigh,
"I know right.. Mmmm. Tao-ah.. Lets skip the next class, too~ oh? Oh? Oh~~?"
he whines.
I chuckled, "Hmm.. Okay, let just do that. I'm too worried to concentrate anyway"
With that we packed our belonging and walked out from the class.
