"Come back here!" He yelled at her. She ran along the road, looking back and laughing at him who couldn't catch up with her.

"Catch me if you can!" She yelled at a far end, stopping to catch her breath. He too stopped, resting his arms on his slightly bent knees and gasping for oxygen.

"Wait there. I'll catch you." He huffled out. When he started running again, she ran as fast as she can out of sight.

They couldn't be together. It was wrong, she knew, but she couldn't help it.

Sorry, she thought, I won't be there waiting for you. Don't wait for me.
