Seunghyun's POV

Inside the car, complete silence has taken over us.
I'm sure that Dara feels uneasy because of what happened earlier at the restaurant.
I kept throwing glances at her hoping that she'll start a conversation.
She's usually talkative, but now she just sat there looking out the window in deep thoughts.
'Is she mad at me or something?' I wondered.

I cleared my throat to gain her attention.
As expected, she turned to check on me.
I gave her a big warm smile and she smiled back.
Her smile slowly faded as she looked down at her hands that were resting on her lap.

"I'm sorry Seunghyun." She suddenly said.

'Just as I thought. Sorry again.' I let out a sigh.

Even if I need to concentrate on my driving, I couldn't help but glance at her.

"You know you don't have to say that." I said quietly, looking back on the road.

"But still--"

"Dara, please." I begged. Still looking ahead not checking her reaction.

'Annoyed with her? Never! Disappointed... Hurt... Maybe.' I thought.

Why does she keep saying sorry whenever I help her out?
I'm starting to feel a bit unappreciated.

"It's just that-" She started.

"Dara..." I closed my eyes for a moment; as soon as I opened them I turned the steering wheel and parked the car on the side of the road.

I can tell she was wondering why I stopped the car.
I took a deep breath and slowly faced her.

"Look, I can't take this anymore." I said with a hint of hurt in my voice. "Every time situations like these happen, you become awkward and apologetic."

 She stared at me, surprised and speechless.

"Am I not your friend?" I asked looking at her straight in the eyes.

She glanced away then she looked back at me with remorse written all over her face.

"Of course you're my friend." She answered. "Don't get me wrong. I really am thankful that you’re always there to save me. It's just that every time I'm in an awful situation, you're always there." She let out a sigh and hung her head low.

“It’s embarrassing." She muttered.

Hearing her said that last sentence made me chuckle, but she shot me a glance as if I've offended her.

I cleared my throat. "Mianhe."

She bowed her head again and I felt sorry for even doing that.

I turned my whole body to face her.

"Dara, it's not like you wanted those things to happen." I gently said to her.

Dara pouted like a child.

"Even so." She said crossing her arms.

Watching her like that made my lips curve into a smile.

"What?" She asked, noticing my amusement.
With huge grin still plastered on my face, I looked ahead and faced the road.

"Get used to it. I don't mind doing this over and over again for you."

"Huh? What do you mean?" She innocently asked.

Ignoring her question, I put my hands on the steering wheel and leaned forward to see the clear sky.

"So where do you think should we go?" I asked her trying to change the subject.

But before she could answer, I stepped on the gas and we're back on the road.

"Where are we going?" She asked, forgetting that I didn't answer her first question.

I winked at her. "You'll see."

At GD-Fam Entertainment Building...

As Chaerin and Cheondung walked in the building, they saw Jiyong stepped out of the elevator with a woman whom they both recognize.
Chaerin watched Jiyong and the woman stopped walking and continued talking in the middle of the lobby.

"Isn't she from a girl group or something?" Cheondung said, nudging Chaerin while they walked towards the two.

"Yeah, she's Hyuna of 4 Minute." She answered plainly.

"Isn't she from a different company?" He asked, glancing at Chaerin. "Why is she here?"

Chaerin shrugged her shoulders.

They are now getting closer to where Jiyong and Hyuna are standing. Both felt their presence and turned to look.
Jiyong's face beamed seeing the two while Hyuna looked unconcern about their appearance.
Jiyong wrapped his arm around his girlfriend's waist and gave her a peck on the lips.

"Hi baby," He greeted Chaerin, then he turned to Cheondung. "Hey man, what's up?" He gave him a high five.

"I'm here to deliver your annoying girlfriend, hyung." Cheondung joked, pushing Chaerin lightly.

Chaerin glared at him. The guys laughed.

Jiyong put his arm around Chaerin's shoulder.

"What's up oppa?" Chaerin asked wrapping her arm around her boyfriend's waist.

"This is Hyuna of 4 minute." Jiyong introduced.

"I know her." Chaerin said looking at Hyuna. "She and the other members of 4 Minute were at my party, remember?"

Jiyong chuckled. "Oh yeah, of course."

After a brief introduction, Hyuna decided to excuse herself.

"Jiyong-sshi, please think about it and let me know if you agree." She said with a smile.

Jiyong nod his head. "I'll just call you, Hyuna-sshi."

"Thank you, I'll be going now." She said.

She bowed politely to them and walked away. Jiyong and Cheondung were talking while Chaerin's eyes followed Hyuna to the exit.

Surprisingly, she glanced back over her shoulder.

Upon seeing Chaerin staring at her, she tossed her hair and walked out of the building.

Chaerin couldn't help but smirked.

'Oh I know a b*tch when I see one.' She thought.

Dara's eyes widened and mouth hung open while staring out the car window.

"We're here!" Seunghyun announced cheerfully.

He turned off the engine and quickly stepped out of the car.
She couldn't believe Seunghyun brought her to this place.
The next thing she knew, her door opened and Seunghyun, with a big smile, offered his hand. She reached for his hand and slowly stepped out of the car while looking around.

Seunghyun noticed Dara's astonishment. He chuckled.

"What?" He asked, also looking around the vicinity. "Don't you like it here?"

"Amusement park?!" Dara whispered.

She looked at Seunghyun wondering what he's thinking.

She hasn't been to the amusement park for a long time. The last time she came was about two years ago. It was with Seunghyun too.

"Why are we here?" She asked tugging his shirt. "I mean, why here? Aren't we a little old for this?"

Seunghyun raised one eyebrow.

"We were here two years ago, Dara.  All of a sudden you’re saying we’re old?" He jokingly remarked.

"C'mon Dara, I'm sure you believe in the saying, 'there's always a child in us'.” He said winking at her.

He went behind Dara and put his hands on her shoulders, he led her towards the entrance.

"This is going to be fun!"



Inside the amusement park, they both looked around.
It wasn't crowded this time and that made Dara calm a bit.
Seunghyun eyed the gift shop at the corner. He suddenly got an idea.

He held Dara's hand, who was busy checking the colorful rides surrounding them and pulled her towards the gift shop.

"Yah! Where are we going?" Dara managed to ask while being dragged.

"First things first." He said to her as they entered the shop.

He leaned closer to Dara and pointed at the shirts that were on display.

Dara blink to where he was pointing.

She looked back at Seunghyun, then to the couple shirt, then back to him.

Before she could open to say something.

"Her size please," Seunghyun told the lady from the shop who approached them smiling.

"What a lovely couple." The lady said. "Actually, that's our last pair of couple shirts. You're in luck because I think they are just about your size."

Seunghyun smiled at the lady. "Can we try them on?"

"Of course."


"There, don't we look cute?" Seunghyun said, grinning as he went behind Dara, who's checking herself up in front of the mirror.

Dara couldn't help but snort when she saw Seunghyun wearing the same shirt as her. She never imagined him wearing a shirt with colorful cartoon images and hearts on it.

"You look funny!" She suddenly burst out laughing.

"I think you mean, cute." Seunghyun corrected her, then he also laughed.

"Sir, do you want a pair of cute headbands to go along with the shirts?" The lady asked with a grin.

Dara and Seunghyun looked at each other. Dara gave Seunghyun a warning look.

"Oh yes, can we pick?" He said to the lady while giving Dara a teasing smile.

Dara groaned.

After putting on their cute headbands, they now walked around the park.

"That bunny ears suits you." Seunghyun said.



Dara picked a pink bunny ear headband. Seunghyun was supposed to get one like hers, but Dara thinks it's too girly for him. So she chose a reindeer headband for him instead.

"Wish I could say the same thing to you." She tried hard not to laugh again.

Seunghyun pouted. "I told you I want the bunny ears too."

"Aigoo. You look much cuter in that." She gave him an assuring smile.

Seunghyun face lit up. "Really?"

Dara laughed as they headed to their first ride.

"So what does she want?" Chaerin asked Jiyong when they entered his office.

Cheondung left already saying he has to finish some work since Dara's out with Seunghyun.

She sat on the couch and Jiyong went to his office table to check some papers.

"Hyuna-sshi plans to go solo and she wants to sign up with GD Fam Entertainment." He simply answered, reading the papers he was holding.

Chaerin rolled her eyes. "What did you say?"

Jiyong looked up from what he was doing and saw his girlfriend raising an eyebrow.

He sighed and put the papers back on the table and went to sit beside her.

"Why do I feel that you're not happy with Hyuna-sshi signing up here?" Jiyong asked putting his arm around Chaerin's shoulder.
"It's not that, oppa." She denied. "It's your business; I don't wanna meddle into that."

She snuggled into his chest.

Jiyong kissed the top of her head. "If it bugs my girlfriend, then I'm willing to make an exemption."

Chaerin looked up.

"Really?" She asked with a smile then she cleared . "I mean, no! You don't have to do that, baby."

Jiyong touched the tip of her nose and nod his head with a smile. "I want to."

"I love you oppa."

"I love you too." Jiyong said reaching to kiss her lips. "By the way, where have you been?"

Chaerin sat straight.

She was laughing when she told Jiyong the whole Minho, Dara, and Seunghyun incident.

"Tsk tsk tsk..." Jiyong shook his head.

Chaerin blushed. "Sorry."

At Youngbae's office...

Youngbae heard a knock on his door, his secretary entered.
"These are the forms you requested, sir." Sanghee said, handing the folder to him.
Youngbae checked what's inside the folder and nod his head.
"Thank you Sanghee-sshi, you can go now."

"Sir, are you staying here for dinner?" She asked her boss. "Do you want me to order food before I go?"

"No thanks, I think I'll eat out tonight." He answered with a smile.

"Okay, goodnight sir." Sanghee bowed and stepped out of the office.

Youngbae checked his watch, it was passed 6:00 PM.
He took out his cell phone and dialed Dara's number.

No answer so he tried again, still no answer.
He then decided to call her office instead.

At Dara's office in PARKSan Restaurant...

'Ring ring ring'

"Yoboseyo?" Dara's secretary answered.

"Nayoung-sshi?"

"Ye Dong Youngbae-sshi?"

"Is Dara there?" Youngbae asked.

"I'm sorry but she's out at the moment, sir."

"How about Cheondung?"

"He's also out with Chaerin-sshi."

"They went out together?"

"Aniyo, Dara-sshi is with Choi Seunghyun-sshi."

Silence on the other line.

"Yoboseyo?" Nayoung called.

"Ne, thank you Nayoung-sshi for the information." Youngbae said.
