Dara was so shocked to see Minho standing in front of her smiling, especially after what happened at Chaerin's party.
She stood up from her seat not knowing what to do.

"Annyeonghaseyo Dara-sshi." Minho greeted with a bow, then he handed the bouquet of flowers he was hiding behind his back.

She was too surprised to even speak a word.
She accepted the flowers looking at Chaerin who was just smiling and watching the whole scene.
Dara could hear whispers from her crew and some customers.

"Isn't that the actor, Lee Minho?"

"Hey, it's Gu Junpyo!"

"What is he doing here?"

"Are they an item?"

"Oh, he looks so handsome."

"Where are the other F4 members?"

"Are they going to shoot here?"

Dara immediately grabbed Chaerin's arm and pulled her a little to the side.

"What's he doing here?" She whispered in panic.

Chaerin gave her a smile.

"He begged me to accompany him here. He wanted to apologize for what happened last time."

Dara glanced at Minho; he was looking around and smiling warmly at the customers.

"But you could have at least told him to disguise himself." Dara whined.

"What for?" Chaerin asked with eyes widened.

"Doesn't he look gorgeous wearing the clothes that I made?" She said grinning.

Dara rolled her eyes.

"Chaerin-ah, if my name appears in the headlines along with his," Dara said gritting her teeth.

"I swear you're toast!"

Chaerin snorted.

"Chill unnie, I'll handle this."

Chaerin escorted Minho to a table where it's far away from the crowd.

She glanced at Dara who was staring at their every move.

"C'mon." Chaerin called.

She motioned Dara to join them.

Dara gave her the "what the hell?!" look.

Chaerin just ignored her.

Dara dragged herself to where they are.

The moment she sat down, Minho cleared his throat.

"Dara-sshi." He spoke.

Dara just stared at him.

She noticed how nervous Minho was.

"I... " Minho said glancing at Chaerin who was listening.

Chaerin could tell that Minho can't speak because she's around.

"How impolite of me." Chaerin chuckled as she stood up.

"Where do you think you're going?" Dara quickly asked.

"Uhmmm... " Chaerin uttered while thinking of an excuse.

"Oh yeah, I wanted to ask Cheondung something." She quickly answered.

"He's around, right?"

Dara didn't answer, her eyes turned into slits instead.

"Cheondoongie!" Chaerin called, pretending that she saw Cheondung.

"Gotta go."

She quickly walked away.

"Lee Chaerin!" Dara called her but she just walked faster away from them.

Dara sighed and glanced back at Minho who was staring at her.
She looked down avoiding his gaze.

"Dara-sshi," Minho began.

"I'd like to apologize for what happened last time at Chaerin's party. I shouldn't have said those things to Youngbae-sshi."

Dara straightened herself as she listened to him.


Chaerin went to look for Cheondung.
She was waiting for the private elevator to open when she saw him coming down from the stairs.

"Cheondung-ah!" Chaerin happily called as she went to him.

"Chaerin-ah," Cheondung said looking surprised.

"What's up?"

"Oh nothing," Chaerin said smiling. "

Just delivered something... I mean someone."

"Eh?" Cheondung asked, confused.

Chaerin pointed to where Dara and Minho are seated.

"What's he doing here?" He asked, wrinkling his forehead.

Chaerin could sense the hostility in his voice.

Dara already told her brother about the Minho and Youngbae incident and he was definitely not happy about it.

"Relax will you." Chaerin patted his back.

"He came here to apologize."

"Well he better do it fast." He said glancing somewhere.

"Huh?" She asked looking at him puzzled.

Cheondung motioned his head at the entrance.

Chaerin saw Seunghyun entering the restaurant.

Dara's secretary greeted him and was about to lead him to where Dara is.

"I think you should go to him." Cheondung suggested.

"You're right."

Chaerin dashed towards Seunghyun and Nayoung leaving Cheondung shaking his head.

"Seunghyun oppa." Chaerin called.

Seunghyun and Nayoung turned to look who was calling.

"Chaerin-ah." Seunghyun smiled as she approached them.

"Annyeonghaseyo oppa," She greeted him and turned to Nayoung. "I'll take it from here."

The secretary bowed and left the two alone.

"So what brings you here oppa?" She asked curiously.

"I'm here to bring this to Dara." He showed a box neatly wrapped like a gift.

"Aboji came back from Jeju Island and he wants to give this to the Park family."

Chaerin nodded and grinned. "That's so sweet."

He smiled shyly.

"So where's Dara?" He asked looking around.

Chaerin hooked her arm around Seunghyun's arm.

"Actually, he's talking to Minho oppa." She said as they started walking.

"Lee Minho-sshi?" Seunghyun asked in surprised, glancing at her.

Chaerin nod her head. "He came here to apologize."

As the two were nearing Dara and Minho, they heard a bit of their conversation.

"I know I was a jerk back there." Minho said to Dara. "But I hope you can forgive me."

Dara just let him talk.

"I can't stand you being mad at me Dara-sshi." He continued.

"I'm not mad at you anymore Minho-sshi." Dara said.
"But I'm not the one you should say sorry to."

"I know." He replied looking straight into her eyes.

"I just want you to know my sincere intentions."

Dara got confused.

"Intentions?" She asked raising her eyebrows.

"Yes Dara-sshi." He confirmed.

Minho took a deep breath and looked at her with a serious face.

"I like you Dara-sshi." He said without blinking.

"Will you give me a chance?"

Dara's mouth fell open.

No words came out from her.

Just then, Chaerin and Seunghyun showed up.

"Hello guys!"

The two heard Chaerin's voice and turned to her.

Dara was relieved to see her, but surprised to see Seunghyun with her.

Upon hearing Minho's confession to Dara, Chaerin thought that she had to do something.

"Sorry to interrupt you two but..." She paused then turned to Dara.

"Your date is here unnie."

Minho and Dara looked at each other and Seunghyun glanced at Chaerin mouthing the word "what".

"Date?" Dara repeated and gave her friend a questioning look.

Chaerin slightly nudged Seunghyun, hinting him to take her friend away.

Seunghyun puzzled, just followed Chaerin's lead and nodded his head.

"Are you ready Dara?" He asked Dara with a sweet smile.

Dara looked up at him and then to Minho who was trying to understand the whole situation.

Minho stood up and faced Seunghyun.

"Annyeonghaseyo." He greeted Seunghyun and offered a handshake.

"Lee Minho-imnida. And you are?"

"Choi Seunghyun-imnida." He answered shaking his hand then looking back at Dara with a wink.

"I'm sorry but I actually know WHO you are but..."

His voice trailed off when he saw Seunghyun walked behind Dara and put his hands on top of her shoulder.

"I'm her date." He said with conviction in his voice.

Dara's heart beat faster when she heard what Seunghyun said, but she quickly understood what was going on.

"Ah.. ye," She quickly got up from her seat and went beside him.

She turned to Minho.

"He's my date Lee Minho-sshi. We've been dating for quite some time now."



"Bye!" Chaerin waved as Seunghyun's car drove away.

She and Minho were at the restaurants entrance watching the car disappear from their sight.
Chaerin turned to Minho and saw him still in a state of confusion.

"This is really unbelievable!"

She heard him muttered while shaking his head.

"Minho-sshi?" Chaerin called his attention.

He turned to her with a serious face.

"You didn't tell me that she's already dating someone."

Chaerin chuckled.

"You never asked."

He rolled his eyes.

"How could I miss that information?"

Chaerin turned and gave him a serious look.

"Tell me Lee Minho-sshi, do you really like my friend?"

"Are you kidding me?" He exclaimed.

"I've got this major crush on her ever since I saw her on a cover of a business magazine."

Chaerin's eyes widened.

"Are you some sort of a fan?"

He smiled shyly.

"You could say that. Or it's just simply love at first sight." He said without looking at her.

"I always followed updates about her. I couldn't move back then since she's with Dong Youngbae."

He sighed as he continued. "When I found out in the news that they broke up and there were rumors of Youngbae cheating on her, my hopes went high."

He turned to Chaerin looking curious.

"Were the rumors true?" He asked.

"I mean the news died without confirming if Youngbae really did cheat on her."

Chaerin started laughing.

"What do you think Minho-sshi?"

Minho just shrugged his shoulders.

"You business people have a way of dealing with rumors. Very different from us celebrities."

Chaerin continued giggling.

"You're funny Minho-sshi."

His face turned serious again as he glanced back at the parking lot.

"I still can't believe that I missed the part about Choi Seunghyun."

Chaerin tried hard to control her laughter.

"There's such thing called privacy."

Minho just sighed as he checked his watch. "

Chaerin-sshi, I need to go on our shooting location. You want me to drop you off somewhere?"

"It's okay Minho-sshi." She declined. "I think I'll stay a bit longer here."

"Are you sure?"

She nodded.

"Okay." He said.

"Thank you for accompanying me here."

"You're welcome." She replied.

"And I'm sorry if it didn't work out."

Minho rolled his eyes.

"You don't have to apologize for that." He said patting Chaerin's shoulder.

"I'm happy that I was able to straighten things out."

Chaerin smiled.

"I'll be going then." He bowed.

Chaerin bowed in return. "Bye, Minho-sshi."

Minho stopped on his tracks and turned to face her again.

"Drop the formality already. Call me oppa."

She gave out a laugh. "Bye oppa."

Chaerin watched Minho's car leave.

"So how did it go?"

"Omo!" She exclaimed when she suddenly heard someone spoke behind her.

She turned around to look and it was Cheondung holding a glass of juice and handing it to her.

"Yah! You startled me!" Chaerin cried hitting his arm.

She took a sip of her juice.  

"It went well actually. Thanks to me." She proudly said.

Cheondung snorted as he turned around and walked back inside the restaurant, Chaerin followed.

"Yah! You don't believe me?" She said as they entered the private elevator.

The door closed behind her.

Cheondung just remained quiet.

"Yah!" She slapped his arm. "I'm talking to you."

He just smiled at her.

'Ding'

They both stepped out of the elevator.

"I believe you." He replied quietly as he opened his office door and let Chaerin in first.

He sat on his chair and stretched his arms.

"I can't believe you're nuna's best friend." He said shaking his head.

"And what's that suppose to mean?" Chaerin said, sitting at the chair across him.

"It means, how can you not see that nuna isn't interested in meeting guys right now?"

"Eh?" She gave him a questioning look.

Cheondung sighed. "Obviously, a man wants to meet my sister because he is interested in her. The problem is my sister isn't ready for that."

"Then?"

"Such a waste of time Chaerin-ah." He said seriously.

"And it's making my sister uncomfortable."

"Uncomfortable?"

"Yes, uncomfortable." Cheondung repeated.

"But she doesn't look uncomfortable with Seunghyun oppa." She retorted.

Cheondung shook his head.

"I still can't believe your one of my sister's best friend."

"Yah!"

Cheondung sighed.

"Seunghyun is different; they were friends before, no trace of anything bad."

She nodded her head, agreeing to what he said.

"She's comfortable with him because they're good friends, remember?" He continued.

"I know that." Chaerin replied.

"So please Chaerin-ah,” He said with his hands clasp together like begging her.

"Stop pairing her to guys that are like Lee Minho."

"Just let her be with the people she's comfortable with."

For a moment, Chaerin was surprise that they are having this kind of conversation.
Since they're the same age, most of the time the two of them bicker with each other.
 But when they talk about Dara, they become mellow.

"Arraseo." She answered him while checking her watch.

"I went a bit overboard in introducing her to Lee Minho-sshi."

Cheondung showed a sign of relief.

"But can you blame me?" She continued.

"I mean, as her friend I want her to be happy."

Cheondung sighed. "We all want her to be happy Chaerin, but for now, just let her be."

Chaerin made a face as she stood up from her seat.

She went behind Cheondung and started massaging his shoulders.

"What is it now?" He said sensing something fishy.

She giggled.

"Can you drive me to Jiyong's Studio?"
