"Yamaa! what the hell are you doing?" Ryo yells at them
Yamapi release her face. Its raining hard now and she can't clearly see Ryo but from the tone of his voice she knows he's angry.
"I'm just talking to her" Yamapi said calmly "have you got Massu and Shige?"
"Masami is already taking care of them" Ryo said "and what is that girl doing here? you know its dangerous here."
"They're attacking her"
"They attacked her? why? did she see something?" Ryo said "you know the rule Pi"
Maki didn't like the tone of his voice. why? what are they going to do with her? She runs.
"Oi!" Ryo yells at her. Then suddenly she felt some force pulling her. She screams as she slips. She fell to the ground.
Yamapi punch Ryo in the face "what the hell are you doing?!" he shouts at him
"She's escaping!" Ryo shouts as he punch Yamapi too. "You know we can't let someone know about this"
"what's going on here!" Tegoshi shouts as he arrive at the scene, looking at the both of them. Then his eyes widen when he spotted her on the ground. "Maki?"
"Tegoshi do it!" Ryo said
do what? Maki thinks. What are they going to with her? Are they going to kill her? She looks up at Tegoshi, his eyes is still wide, as if he's shocked and doesn't know what to do.
"No, wait Ryo I think she's-" Yamapi said but Ryo cuts him
"She's a human Pi! She shouldn't know about this. ! Tegoshi! erase her memories now! before she escapes"
Tegoshi starts to move towards her, his eyes still wide.
Maki tries to stand up, but she slips again.
"Erase my memories? like what you did to Ayu?" she said to Tegoshi. He stops on walking, then she sees him shaking slightly, she doesn't know if its from cold or what.
"Oh ! she knew too much! Tegoshi quick!" but Tegoshi didn't move
"wait Ryo! i think she will be a great help to us. She has a gift!" Yamapi finally said it.
"Great Pi! she's a human with a curse and a gift, and she definitely knows too much. Tell me how can I trust her?"
"Because Massu said so!" Yamapi shouted
what curse? what are they talking about? Maki thinks
Tegoshi walks towards her
"can you hear my thoughts?" he whispered so that Ryo and Yamapi won't hear.
Maki's eyes went wide with shock. How did he know?
And then she heard thoughts coming from behind Ryo and Yamapi
She shouts a warning to them "Behind you!"
Ryo, Tegoshi and Yamapi turn around just when 2 guys appears, both holding large knives.
A blue fire appears in Ryo's hands. Tegoshi quickly covers her eyes.
"Don't hurt me!" she yells in panic
"No, I won't" tegoshi said. "I just don't want you to see this."
Then she heard the two guys screaming, heard their thoughts of pain. She pales when she realized what is happening.
She's about to take Tegoshi's hands away from her eyes to see what's happening, when the series of images come again.

Ayu lying on a bed.................... Ayu screaming............... a beautiful woman with silver hair and silver wings............. a body of a girl lying on the snow, blood oozing from her body.............

And then its gone, Tegoshi already released her. She's a little bit hazy after seeing those images. When her vision is cleared, the two men is gone, all she can see is two knives lying on the ground.
"tch! they even put poison in their knives" Ryo said as he kicks a knife
Tegoshi quickly turns to them "Is Shige poisoned?"
"No, it was a shard of glass that wounded him" Yamapi said
Maki tries to stand up again, but she slips again. The rain is falling so hard now.
Her movements caught Ryo's attention
"You! how did you know them coming?"
Maki didn't speak
"she said, she can hear their thoughts" Yamapi said
"how? and since when?" Ryo said
Maki shrugs "I always hear the thoughts of everyone ever since that car accident that happened to me and my family"
Tegoshi quickly turns to her, eyes wide.
"Everyone? even us?"
"not you, everyone except the 6 of you" she decided not to tell them about what's happening every time that Tegoshi and Yamapi touch her.
"You can't? but you can hear the thoughts of the people who attacks us?" Ryo said
She nods. "but their thoughts is a little bit different... its like their twisted"
"twisted? why? what did you hear?" Yamapi asks
"Its different from the other people, I can't explain it, I just know it............ And their thoughts are only about killing you and eating something and something about stealing something?"
"A human who can hear their thoughts.. that is really strange and now she knows too much." Ryo said "I guess erasing her memories won't help right?"
"why don't we take her to the headquarters, its safe there and we can talk about this carefully in there." Tegoshi said. "rather than here, under the rain"
"who said I'm going with you?" Maki said
"Maki, trust me, you'll be more protected if you come with us" Yamapi said
"How can I trust you? I can't hear your thoughts, I don't know what you guys will do to me. and besides I just saw you guys kill someone." Maki said
"because they're going to kill us if we don't kill them first, you heard their thoughts right? besides if we're really that bad, we should have killed you sooner instead of talking to you now." Ryo said
'"Ryo-tan" Tegoshi said "don't scare her"
Yamapi went up to her and held out his hand.
"Come, I promise we won't hurt you"
Maki looks at his kind eyes, she reluctantly takes it. He helps her to stand up. She slips slightly but he catches her.
Tegoshi is watching them
