Dark clan castle:

“where’s mae ri kyuhyun ah?” kyuhyun raise his gaze from the document he’s reading at the oak’s office table towards the person wearing duke’s suit.

His gaze was intense that kyuhyun flinched a little. He never see donghae that tense before.

“hyung.. she’s..”

“look kyuhyun, don’t we deserve some kind of explanation over here?” donghae stern gaze changed to be more tender when kyuhyun flinched at his tone.

“we really need to know where is noona right now at the moment kyuhyun, even though she’s not our blood sister, but we are cousin, we care and worried about her just like you do..” sungmin sigh at his seat

“she’s with yunho hyung right now..”

“what?! How could that be?” sungmin flinched

Donghae on the other hand getting tense, he didn’t know what it is but something snapped in him the moment he heard that.

“why would you leave her with him? He’s the leader of white clan for Godsake..  Jung Yunho could hurt her han kyuhyun!” donghae’s dark vibe emitting from every pores of his body.

Both kyuhyun and sungmin were shocked, if there’s one thing that no one has ever seen, it would be donghae emitting the dark vibe, for he always keep calm no matter what the situation is.

“donghae yah..” sungmin block donghae whose teleport to kyuhyun’s side, grabbing his collar.

“tell me where are they right now!”

“hyung… I didn’t know.. they were at the villa but then they went away few days ago.” Kyuhyun grab donghae’s hand on his collar and lower it down

“hyung I respect you. So please, don’t make me change my mind” kyuhyun hissed. Truth is he feel challenged by donghae who did that, but still considering donghae to be the one who always cares more about his sister and he himself, he resist from throwing a blow right to his jaw when he first grab his collar in fury.

“guys please.. talk this out, we can’t afford any more glitches. The dark clan is as good as ruined!” sungmin pushed both of them apart

Donghae stomped his feet, brows knitting, frustrated.

“and start talking now kyuhyun before I get upset too, we deserved to know you know..” sungmin point to kyuhyun

“both of you don’t have to be worried about noona now, her husband wouldn’t hurt her.” He simply said, walking to the far end of couch, crossing his leg and lean his back

Both sungmin and donghae exchanged shocked gaze before glare to kyuhyun

“it is not the right time to joke now han kyuhyun” sungmin hissed his every words

“what the ing nonsense are you ing sprouting?” donghae’s gaze beaming black towards kyuhyun

“the fact..” kyuhyun said

“noona is yunho hyung sovereign.”

“nonsense! That couldn’t be!” donghae flinched form his seat, he couldn’t take this. He had it enough once siwon announced that han mae ri is his sovereign, but now what? Jung yunho’s sovereign? He definitely couldn’t accept this. Not this. Definitely not this.

“are you ing kidding me? Your sister is dark clan lady and she is siwon’s sovereign! Eventhough siwon went missing, that doesn’t change the fact that she still is his sovereign!” donghae starts yelling across the room making the chandelier vaguely hanging on top of their head in the study room starts shaking

“yeah, this couldn’t be happening kyuhyun! Not in anyway could we accept this.” Sungmin got donghae’s back this time, having relation with white clan is the last thing that they would have expected to happen.

“I am no kidding guys. They faked it, noona never exchange dark blood vow with siwon because she had already exchanged it with yunho.” Kyuhyun explain salmly

“absurd” donghae throw a blow sending the oak’s table flew across smashing the 4 meter tall old book shelf, making all the books thrown away

“there’s no use in throwing tantrum donghae, it wouldn’t change the fact. Noona is yunho’s sovereign, that’s why siwon’s dark blood vow is devoid. How do you think she revived him?” kyuhyun smrik somehow

“she did what?” sungmin is on the edge of bursting too now.

“she.revived.him?” donghae asked incredulously.

“how do you think yunho is still surviving after what siwon did to him last time? He ing throw him into the black ocean, cutting his every vein with black pearl with the help of those nomad shadow, he wouldn’t survive eventhough he’s the white clan leader.” Kyuhyun stating the logic

Donghae let his weight falls with the gravity onto the couch. He is just speechless. He never see this coming. This is just pure, absurd.

“this couldn’t be, white clan and dark clan has the treaty, there could not be any relation within the two or the committee would have the right to destroy us.” Donghae said

“what? What treaty are you talking about hyung?” kyuhyun shocked

“a very old one. At this rate, they might even disown her and rip her apart han kyuhyun.” Donghae said lifelessly, his head spinning, processing all of the information he has just acquired.

Fear grip his heart, he didn’t want this to happen, this is not a way that he would want to lose mae ri. If accepting the fact that he lose her to the opponent that he hate the most is hard enough, imagining that the committee ripping han mae ri apart to disown her is making him feel sick that he feel bile at the pit of his stomach.

“what should we do now hyung?” kyuhyun ask

“wait, we got to handle this issue one by one. We’ve got plenty on the hand now, yes we’re worried about mae ri, but considering yunho is with her right now, I believe that she is safe..” sungmin word make donghae scowl. He detest the very words that sungmin just thrown out.

“but we’ve got another issue in hand now. Its you han kyuhyun.” Sungmin point to kyuhyun

“me?”

“yes, the Vian’s would recruit you under them and they know mae ri wouldn’t let that happen at any cost.”

“so this is what noona has been talking about..” kyuhyun sigh

“what did she said?”

“she mentioned something about Vian’s before but she didn’t explain.”

“looks like she’s aware of the treaty about the death blow.. but I bet that she knows nothing about that old treaty. They will separate those two apart, trust me” sungmin said

“why is jung yunho so ing stupid? He should have know better than this. He is aware about those treaty since the very first!”

“we have no other choice, we got to see Vian’s even before they summon us to the castle.”  Donghae’s suggestion make both sungmin and kyuhyun edging on their toes.

“you think its going to work hyung? Its like going into the hunter’s den.” Sungmin’s worried

“I-I don’t think noona is going to favor the idea either hyung.. she told me last time that the Vian’s are the one that I should avoid the most.” Kyuhyun said

“now, we don’t really have a choice don’t we.. its not like we can consult her now considering..” donghae cough “she went missing with yunho.. she left you all alone with us and a pile of craps to be taken care of. We have the entire community to be protected now.” Donghae snickers

“hyung.. out of anyone else, I didn’t expect those words to come out from you.” Kyuhyun hurts

“maybe.. we should meet the white clan..”

“sungmin! Are you even in your right mind?” donghae yell

“well, I couldn’t think of any better idea for now..” kyuhyun said making donghae pissed off and swirling his way out of the castle in fury.

“you know something yunho?” you said as you leaned your head on his shoulder

“hmm..” he brush your hair off to the side when the night cold sea breeze graze upon both of you.

You sneak your hand and hug him tight from the side.

“there were so many nights that I’ve spend here.. those lonely nights without you.. those sad nights without you.. those nights that kills me everytime I have to hurt you so that everyone else buy my pretense..” you sigh, closing eyes a moment to the pain that flash back with those painful memories.

“ I wish you don’t have to go through all that painful moments..” he said while showering you with sweet kisses over your face.

“I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you babe.. I’m sorry. But from now on, nothing can separate us, I wont let you suffer in pain anymore.” He hold your hand and kiss it.

You just hug him tighter

“I don’t like this mae ri..” your brow knitted for a moment

“I don’t like it when you are having thoughts that you are going to lose me…”

You grab a fist of his shirt and pout.

“I’m really scared yun.. very scared. I know about the treaty. They are going to separate us. I don’t want that to happen.. I don’t want..” you didn’t know why but all this insecurity make you feels like being clingy now.

“don’t worry babe.. never would I let them do that. Never in my life. I’ve been given a new life and there’s no way I’m living it without you.” He cradled your head within his palm and kiss you promisingly.

You deepened the kiss desperately.

“ you promised me yun..” you said while you pull away.

“hmm..” he nod, eyes to eyes with you, both of you smiling.

You peck him one more time.

“thanx yun”

“speaking of which I really like how you’re calling me now..”

“ehh..?”

“some other men might want their wife to call them honey, dear, hubby or whatever, but your ‘yun’ win it all..” his eye twinkle.

You scrunched your nose “you like it that much?” you pinch his nose

“with all my heart babe..” he kiss your forehead

“what’s so special about it anyway?” you asked

“the way you said it.. like you are whining, but so sweet, so delicate.. I feel like you are a kitten that I need to protect..” he explain whole heartedly

“is that a good thing..?” you shrug cutely

“more than anything else babe….” he said, brushing his nose with yours.

At that time, yunho hearing and smell sense, sensed a presence near both of you but you doesn’t seem to notice though as he feels you snuggle closer to him.

He’s aware but don’t want to alert you about it.

“babe, let’s get inside”

“but I want to stay for a while more outside, I really like it here at night..” you pout

“babe you are freezing..” he rub your arm up and down and that’s when you realized how cold your hand were at the warmth his hand is providing you.

“okay yun..” you said

He drap his black sweat shirt on you. “go in first, I’ll just go get something from the store..”

“but we have everything that we need in the cabin..” you puzzled, starting to sense that something is wrong

“can you please hear me babe.. please..” he caress your cheek

“okay okay you big baby.. just come back to me fast..” you wink

“in a heartbeat time babe.” Yunho grin

He waited until you disappear into the cabin before he teleport himself to where he sense the intruder are.

“what do you want?” he hissed to a bunch of folks that he hated the most.
