“……” I sighed in disappointment, shaking my head slightly.

Our conversation became quite, as I wait for him to talk again. DUUH. He called me so he better make the move.

“Hellooo?” His voice went up again.

“WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I ask in a cold way.

Yooow stupid people don’t want my effin’ life to be silent.

It’s true. Really true. Maybe my life is really cursed. Right exactly what I said to Key. You guys still know her, I mean him right? How could you forget our school’s diva?

“Woaaah. Chill girl!”

“Why do you always bother my life?”

“It’s not my intention to bother you.”

“Then what smart pants?”

“I’m your friend right?” He said in delight and I can feel over the phone that he’s grinding.

“The Kai!” I shouted. Yes people, you’re right. This creep calling me in the middle of the night is no other than Kai. *cries stupidly* “How come you became MY friend?”

“Whaaaat? You don’t want me to be your friend?”

“NO.”

“How pity. I really feel sad about your stubbornness.”

“Just shut up Kai. Thing is over kaay? I got my phone back, so THANK YOU!” I shouted over the phone then hang up.

I threw my phone in the other couch beside me, twisting my arms around my body.

A friend? He thinks we’re friends? THE . What’s wrong with that jerk? Did he just eat a mushroom? Now he ruined my night. *kicks something near me*

Well as if he likes to be friends with someone like me… I am nobody just like a smoke faded away immediately. And come on~ we all know that Res and Clay’s y attitude. I know they already told everyone in school that I’m their slave here in their houseeee. I guess that make sense. *sigh

I saw the wall clock and it’s already 10:30 in the evening.

*yaaaaawns* Watching TV all night is really tiring. I better go to sleep or else I can’t wake up early for tomorrow’s another works. Including studying.

I brushed my teeth in the bathroom, washed my face, and then headed my way through my room. My guess about the queens is right. I better go to sleep.

I lied in my bed freely, I could care less. This is my bedroom. I can do what I want to do here.

I’m still lying in my bed, only a small lamp lighting my whole room. I watch the ceiling as I tried to catch my sleep when…

I may feel stupid right now, but noooooo… this is the only way. Screwww life.

I reached out my phone under my pillow where I put it before I brush my teeth. I breathe for a sec before dialing Kai’s # in my received calls.

My hands were shaking like crazy and…

I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHY I’M SWEATING. *face palm*

“Hello.” His voice finally went up, after hearing a loooooong ring sound.

I didn’t talk for a while, because I don’t know what to say.

OKAY OKAY! Just relax. Just ask him your question, and I’m done.

“Hellooooo?” He sang over the phone, Im still quite, not even moving into a different position. “Heeeeeeeeey~ so you missed me already babe? I knew it. You can’t resist my hotness.” He quickly blurted, I almost threw my phone against the wall. “So what do you want me to do? You want me to sing a lullaby for you?”

“SH… STFU, JERK! I didn’t call back for that.”

“Then what’s wrong babe?” his voice became insulting.

“Don’t call me babe! It makes me puke like crazy.”

“Oh okay.”

“I called because…”

“Because?”

“How did you get my #? Like seriously?” I finally blurted.

“Sometimes, you are just really stupid.” He chuckled, I got mad more.

I felt my fist, clenching that hard, even though I can only hear the voice of a stupid jerk.

“I’m not stupid. Stupid!” from that, he laughed. A VERY INSULTING LAUGH. “JUST TELL ME.”

“Okay! You see, this afternoon, when you finally got your phone, you unlocked the password.”

“I don’t remember that.”

“Confirmed. You’re stupid.”

“!”

“So, when you opened it, I stole it again right? You remember that?”

“……”

“And I got the chance to browse your # and here goes~”

“BABO.” Was the only word I said then hung up on his face. I really want to punch someone in the face right now, but I can’t. So just play cool.

Well I think he’s also right. I slightly remembered that I opened my phone for sec before the jerks stole it again.

I shouldn’t do that!

I keep on tapping my forehead, still lying on my bed when my phone vibrated for the last time.

I immediately deleted HIS message then buried my phone again under my pillow. I just do it. And I also don’t know why. I stretched my body then got the final position for my sleep. My eyes were getting heavier, and before I knew it, my body shut down for an exact reason.

 

Next day…

“Appa! Yah appa! You told me I have a little sister. Where is she?”

“I am so sorry dear, but your little sister is already gone.”

“No! Andwae appa! I need to see her.”

“I’m really sorry. But you can’t now.”

“Nooooo.” I whined for the last time, as I saw my father’s figure, fading slowly.

“Appa! Appa! Please don’t leave me!” I got up, and then tried to run as fast as I could just to follow him when…

“FREEEEAK!” I heard a very familiar voice ruining my moment. “Yah! You better wake up now or I will destroy everything from you!”

“Give me five minutes.”

“YOU!” I felt hands grabbing my blanket away from my body, I shivered from the cold as I hugged my favorite teddy bear then slightly opened my eyes only to see Res and Clay being so angry like a wild buffalo.

“This is my room. What are you doing here?” I asked, while rubbing my eyes.

“Don’t act like nothing happened Hyeri!”

“What do you mean?”

“About you, trying to get yourself into Kai!” Clay clenched her fist, and the full length of her braces already showing up.

“WHAT THE ?”

“Flirt!”

“That is not true. Who told you that?”

“DUH? Kennedy and her friends saw you yesterday!”

“Whatever that witch say, I don’t care.” I shrugged then lied again in my bed grabbing my blanket back on top of my body.

“I hate you! I can’t believe you got your body close to my oppa! I HATE YOU!” Res hissed, I sit back in my bed again.

“For your information Res, I didn’t get my body to Kai. And I don’t even care if he’s your oppa.” I shrugged. “Pffft. You can have him whenever you want. He’s a jerk anyways.”

“Oh we’re not done yet.” They said, pointing their right fingers in my face, I just shrugged then went to my personal bathroom.

It’s so funny how those girls love that jerk. I can’t even… RLAB. I faced the mirror while brushing my teeth, I almost swallowed the toothpaste playing in my mouth as I laugh in a weird way.

At school...

“You’re late again.”

“Sir, I’m just 5 minutes late. And you’re not even discussing yet.”

“Fine. Go sit down.” Mr. Park sighed, I chuckled in myself then sat on my chair. My seat is in the middle actually, so I think everyone can see what I am doing for some reason.

As I got to sit, I felt a rolled paper threw on my head. I turned around and saw Alice rolling her eyes on me. I keep on looking at my book, not even moving because my classmates, especially the girls don’t remove their glares on me.

If looks could really kill.

“What’s up?” I closed the door of my locker then saw Laila laying her head against her locker.

 I copied her position then sighed in disappointment. “Everyone hates me now.”

“They’re just jealous.” She mumbled, not looking at me. “I told you to handle your temper.”

“It’s already done. So please.” I was about to slang my bag in my shoulder when a cold, really COLD water splashes all over my body.

“OMG. Yow es! You all leave her alone!” I heard Laila hissed at the figures that I saw.

Lemme get this straight. I turned around when RES, CLAY, ALICE, and KENNEDY splashes water on me. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? I’M JUST BEING QUITE HERE.

I shivered, as Laila held me her handkerchief to wipe the liquids on my face.

“You deserve this you filthy slave!” they left laughing, as if they just got from a comedy show.

Damn it. Now I need to dry my clothes for a whole day. I stood there speechless in my position, I got shocked when the four girls approaching us again with their indescribable faces. WHAT THE? I leaned back, just to make sure that I’ll avoid their evil plans this time.

“NOW SAY SORRY TO HER THEN BOW YOUR STUPID HEADS.” I heard a husky voice, and already familiar to me.

“W-we’re sorry Hyeri.” They mumbled and obviously they’re forced to do it.

“NOW LEAVE HER!” they run like a scared cat, the crowded became less as I saw KAI, yes… the JERK… giving me this worried reaction.

“A-are you okay?” he questioned, while approaching me. I didn’t response and just looked at him with my ‘ARE YOU SERIOUS?’ face.

“Just don’t mind them.” he said, as he took off his jacket and covered it in my cold body.
