ROOM 40

Finally I’m here. Oh crap. My teacher will yell at me again.

I sneaked silently on the door on my tiptoes but then my classmates saw me and pointed at me.

“Hyeri-ah!”

“Don’t call me!” I motioned my index finger on my mouth while I’m still walking on my tiptoes.

“SO. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME.

 I’m done.  T_T

“I-I am so soooo sorry Mr. Park.” I bowed when he saw me. I really on this!

 “GET OUT!” He yelped then my classmates laughed. “This is your 3^rd time so you deserve a DETENTION!”

“But Mr. Park. I’m always there! And I can’t even—“

“DENTENTION NOW!” He threw his thick books on his table.

I got nothing to do so I just grabbed my bag then walked out.

“How does it feel to be a scholar in detention huh?” Alice said, a sassy brat, and they all laughed again.

“Shut up.” I sighed then continued to walk away.

Stupid PARK. Oh no. this is not his fault?! It’s not mine either! This is Kai’s fault/ That famous player. I swear I will kill him when I saw him. Oh… and he got my phone. That … Aish. He needs to return it ASAP.

My life today had been always in the hallway, walking. But this time, I’m going for a detention. T_T if my family is still alive, then I shouldn’t be like this. I … just … missed them so badly.

I reached the detention room and here we go again. Need to spend the whole day sitting on my day dreaming. You know. I always wanted to live my dreams.

I sat on my usual chair with my so called detention friends.

“Hey Hyeri.”

“Hey Key.” I lazily greeted him.

“Aww you look awful girl!”

“I am?”

“Yeah. So what’s up with you today?” He asked and leaned his chair closer to mine.

“I am currently suffering from a serious curse Key.” I sighed, his brow shot up.

“A curse?!” He shrugged and his cute face was like “you sure?”

“Yes Key.” I laid my head on my chair’s table.

“Well, there’s a curious kid here! And he’s BESIDE YOU.”

“Ha.” I chuckled for a bit. “But kid. It’s a curse and I can’t tell it to everyone. Or else, they’ll get cursed too.”

I smirked. That’s the way I am…

“Oh.” He nodded. “Come on! I know you can’t resist my cuteness!” He pouted and I saw his puffy face bursting out like crazy!. Ha. Sorry but that ain’t work on me.

“How about you shut your mouth and do something that can entertain your aggressive nerves?”

“WOOAAH. Relax girl!” he leaned away; I laid my head back to my first position.

“Good boy.” I whispered, he rolled his eyes. “You’re really a diva.”

“I’m glad you know that!”

“Right.” I mumbled and before I knew it, my body shut down in my chair in an uncomfortable position

“Hey!”

“Hm?”

“What do you think you’re doing?! Wake up sleepy head!” I felt a hand tapped my back.

“Huh? Wha… what’s happe—“

“It’s time to go. You don’t want to spend the rest of your life in this hell room right?”

“Yeah. Sure.” I yawned then I saw Key leaving the room.

I checked the time and it was ALREADY 4:30PM? Oh snap. Laila is already in our meeting place for sure.

I grabbed my things quickly then ran towards the door. I better text her or something! She might get mad at me again!

Oh right. My phone is not here.
