Eunjung's POV

I ran all the way back to the hospital after the taxi dropped me off at my house as Jonghun instructed. Hongki's parents shouldnt be there now that its so late. 

I burst through the ward door and spotted Hongki.. Sitting up. Sitting up?? My heart stopped. Hongki-ah.. Your awake..? I took cautious steps towards him. "Hongki-ah.."

He looked up. "Eunjung-ah, why am I in hospital? Why can't I remember what happened?" He frowned. I heaved a sigh of relief. Hongki has amnesia but he still can remember me.

"Hongki-ah.. It's all my fault! Mianhaeyo.. From now on, I'll always listen to you." I cried, tears sliding down my cheeks. "Wait, Eunjung, why are you crying? What exactly happened?"

The nurse explained what happened to him and that he got amnesia. "You should talk about some other recent things, or people, to see if he can remember them." The nurse instructed. "Ne. Kamsahabnida." I replied.

Then I walked back to the ward. "Hongki-ah, your parents are coming later. Just rest, araseo?" Hongki smiled his sweet smile. "Araseoyo. But where is Jonghun hyung? And Seungyeon? I thought she's your bestfriend?" He asked. 

My heart turned into cold stones and dropped to my feet. That was how I felt then. Hongki only remembers things from when Seungyeon and I are still best friends, Jonghun and Seungyeon were still dating.

That was when.. Hongki still didn't love me. Tears slipped down my face. "Hongki-ah.. You forgotten? Seungyeon and I are now enemies. Thats what she thinks. Jonghun is now using me as his 'enjoyment'. I need money for my family. I'm broke. And you forgotten.. How much you loved me?"

Hongki just stared blankly at me. I ran out.
